Abstract

<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a showcase which has a simple shelf structure, demonstrates an excellent effect in cost reduction and cleanability as well, and can cope with the principle of first in and first out for merchandise article. <P>SOLUTION: This showcase is equipped with merchandise display shelves which are arranged in the vertical stages inside. In this case, the merchandise display shelf is equipped with forward tilted type shelf plates on which a large number of merchandise articles are aligned in the longitudinal direction and mounted. The showcase includes a plurality of partitioning plates which are provided in a manner to align and mount the large number of merchandise articles in the longitudinal and lateral directions. Description

  The present invention relates to a showcase that is equipped with a merchandise display shelf in a cabinet to display merchandise.

On the other hand, as a means for aligning products, a partitioning guide with adjacent products is provided together with a rolling mechanism, and this partitioning guide has to change the partition position based on the size of the products to be displayed. For example, in the case of a rod-shaped partition guide, a structure that is fixed by mounting holes provided at the front and rear of the shelf plate is generally used, and the position of the partition guide is determined by the pitch of the mounting holes, so that it is efficient for all product groups. There are also problems such as being unable to display without waste.

  The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and an object of the present invention is to provide a showcase capable of solving the above-described problems and having a simple structure for sliding and aligning displayed products.

In order to achieve the above object, according to the present invention, in a showcase equipped with a product display shelf arranged in the upper and lower stages provided with a forwardly inclined shelf plate on which a large number of products are arranged in the front-and-rear direction. A plurality of partition plates having a low-friction surface treatment provided so as to place a large number of products in a line up, down, left, and right are provided.
More specifically, the partition plate has a substantially inverted T-shaped section or a substantially L-shaped cross section having a horizontal portion and a rising portion, and a portion of the partition plate that contacts the bottom surface of the product has an outer diameter of the product. The dimension should be 1/2 or less.
In addition, the partition plate may be subjected to a low friction surface treatment only at a portion in contact with the bottom surface of the product, and further, a projection is provided on the partition plate.

  According to the present invention, by providing a plurality of partition plates subjected to a low friction surface treatment provided so as to arrange a large number of products in front, rear, left, and right, the products are aligned only by the partition plates. Smoothly slide forward along the slope of the shelf. As a result, the first-in and first-out principle can be secured and products can be easily replenished and removed from the showcase without providing a complicated rolling mechanism such as a roller and a partition bar.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS Embodiments of the present invention will be described below based on the examples shown in FIGS. Note that the same reference numerals are used for portions corresponding to the showcase of FIG. 6 shown in the prior art.
First, as shown in FIG. 4, the product display shelf 2 according to the embodiment includes a shelf plate 10 that is inclined forward, and includes a partition guide that aligns the products 3, which will be described later in detail, and a product sliding floor plate. The product display shelf 2 is configured by placing a substantially inverted T-shaped partition plate 11 that also functions as a shelf plate on a shelf plate and a fence 12 provided on the front end side.
Here, as shown in FIG. 1 to FIG. 3, the partition plate 11 has a substantially inverted T shape formed by bending a thin steel plate (for example, an alloyed zinc steel plate), and the shelf plate 10 in contact with the bottom surface of the product 3. The surface of the horizontal portion 11a (the sliding surface of the product 3) is formed with a fluororesin coating film as a low friction paint, and a rising portion 11b as a partition guide with an adjacent product is formed. The products 3 are placed on the shelf board 10 at intervals of the products 3, and the products 3 are placed thereon.

As shown in FIG. 1, the dimension of the portion of the partition plate 11 that is in contact with the product is set to a width W that is ½ or less of the outer diameter L of the product.
The partition plate 11 is degreased on the surface, and fluororesin-based ink (mixed with an organic filler as necessary in order to obtain high strength) is applied to the surface as a low friction paint by screen printing or the like. It is printed in stripes with thick-wall printing or dispersed in dots, and the ink is dried and then baked to form a coating film.
In the above configuration, when the product 3 is displayed on the product display shelf 2, the bottom surface of the product 3 comes into contact with the horizontal portion 11 a of the partition plate 11. Thereby, in addition to the high slipperiness by the low-friction fluororesin coating film, the product 3 smoothly slides forward along the inclined surface of the shelf board 10 while being guided by the rising portion 11 b of the partition plate 11. Further, when the product 3 is extracted from the product display shelf 2, the products 3 arranged in the rear of the product 3 slide forward and are aligned without gaps, so that the first-in and first-out of the products can be reliably ensured.

In addition, although the fluororesin coating film was formed only on the surface of the horizontal portion 11a of the partition plate 11 as a low friction paint, this fluororesin coating film was also formed as a low friction coating on the rising portion 11b as necessary. Is also possible.
