Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a speaker system.
In general, commercially available stereo systems tend to be unacceptably large when aiming for sound fidelity. Also, when aiming for sound spread or faithful sound field reproduction, install the speaker far enough, and placing the speaker close to walls or furniture often degrades the sound quality. Therefore, the substantial occupied installation area tends to be larger. In contrast, stereo systems with small footprints, such as so-called radio cassettes and mini-components, tend to have little change in timbre depending on the listening position, but the fidelity of the sound is low or the type of music to be played is not suitable for It tends to occur. Therefore, there is a demand for a stereo system with a small occupied installation area, a listening position that is not so limited, and a high sound fidelity so that music lovers can fully enjoy music.
The present invention has been made to solve such a conventional problem, and the object of the present invention is high sound fidelity and occupied footprint in a space such as a general house or a small-scale business office. It is a small speaker system that can fully enjoy music.
The center, left, and right speaker units are connected in a matrix wiring manner, and these are arranged in a columnar enclosure, and the speaker units are three-dimensionally arranged in different horizontal positions as shown in FIG. The horizontal distance of each of the left and right speaker units from the listener is contrasted on the left and right with the center speaker as the center.
Separate air chambers for the central speaker unit and left and right speaker units. The air chambers of the left and right speaker units may be independent on the left and right.
The central speaker unit is a back loading horn type enclosure or a double bass reflex type enclosure in order to improve sound quality.
In the case where the left and right speaker units have the same air chamber, a partition wall or a sound deadening material is disposed between the units in order to reduce the interference of sound between the units. In addition, in order to reduce the reverberation sound in the air chamber, an appropriate silencer and duct are arranged, and the duct does not interfere with the progress of the sound wave in the back loading horn for the central speaker unit or the second air chamber of the double bass reflex. Open in the direction.
In order to improve the sound quality of the central speaker unit, a plurality of central speaker units may be provided. In this case, a plurality of central speaker units are arranged in series to perform the same operation.
Each speaker unit may be coated with lacquer on the diaphragm of each speaker in order to improve sound quality. Each speaker unit is a full-range type, but may be a plurality of speaker units, and the speaker units may be divided for each frequency band.
As the material of the enclosure, particle board, medium density fiber board, natural wood, aluminum, iron, plastic and the like can be used. In order to prevent the speaker system from toppling over, a pedestal with a large area or a heavy pedestal is preferably provided. If the total height is extremely high, it is preferable to support from a ceiling or a wall.
When installing a pedestal, the rear part of the pedestal has a trapezoid with a hypotenuse of about 45 degrees on the left and right so that it can be along the sides and corners of the wall to improve sound quality and reduce the substantial occupied area. It is good to do.
In order to enhance the reproduction effect of the stereo sound field, it is desirable that the connected player or amplifier has a higher quality and excellent phase characteristics. Also, so-called balanced amplifiers cannot be connected.
In the speaker system of the present invention, since the left and right speaker systems that have been conventionally configured can be configured integrally, the substantial occupied installation area of the entire device including the space around the speaker, It can be greatly reduced.
For example, in the case of using a speaker unit having an 8 cm diameter, the horizontal cross-sectional area can be approximately 13 cm × 13 cm at the pillar portion. Further, the substantial occupied floor area including the space around the speaker that is normally required can be reduced.
Since the sound quality is improved by the backloading horn type and the double bass reflex type, a wide sound range can be reproduced regardless of the small unit, and high-fidelity music reproduction can be performed.
By appropriately silencing the air chambers of the left and right speaker units, mutual interference between the left and right speaker units is reduced, and clear sound quality can be obtained.
By arranging multiple central speaker units in series and operating them in the same way, the driving power of the central speaker unit is increased, the operation fidelity is improved, and a wide sound range can be reproduced despite the small unit. Faithful music playback.
By coating lacquer on the diaphragm of the speaker unit, it is possible to improve sound quality, reduce leakage of reverberant sound from the air chamber to the front, and change the color.
Compared to the case where the left and right speaker units are spread out, there is less discomfort associated with the timbre change due to the listening position and the difference in the arrival time and phase of the sound, so it is not limited to the ideal listening position, so you can enjoy music be able to.
Hereinafter, the form which implement | achieves the speaker unit of this invention based on drawing is demonstrated.

The left speaker unit L applies an LR signal, the right speaker unit R applies an RL signal, and the central speaker unit applies an L + R channel signal or a difference signal to generate respective sound waves.
The sound waves emitted from the respective speaker units are mixed as they reach the listener, and mainly the L channel sound reaches the listener's left ear and the R channel sound mainly reaches the right ear. Thereby, the listener can experience the reproduction of the stereo sound field regardless of one speaker system.
