Description

The present invention relates to an electromagnetic switch suitable for a power load relay, an electromagnetic switch or the like.

Conventionally, as this kind of electromagnetic switching device, as shown in FIG. 7, a device provided with an operation unit A and a contact device B has been provided. The operation unit A includes a hollow cylindrical coil bobbin 2 around which an exciting winding 20 is wound, a fixed core 3 housed on one end side of the coil bobbin 2, and a stationary iron core 3 housed on the other end side of the coil bobbin 2. And a movable iron core 4 that is movable between a position that contacts the iron core and a position that is separated from the fixed iron core 3. The fixed iron core 3 and the movable iron core 4 form a magnetic path through which a magnetic flux generated by energization of the exciting winding 20 is formed together with the yoke 5 made of a magnetic metal material and surrounding the coil bobbin 2. When the energization is turned on and off, the movable iron core 4 comes into contact with and is separated from the fixed iron core 3. One end portion of an operating shaft 6 made of a nonmagnetic material is attached to the movable iron core 4, and the operating shaft 6 is inserted through an insertion hole 3 a that extends in the axial direction of the fixed iron core 3. A substantially rectangular movable contact 6 a made of a conductive material is connected to the other end of the operation shaft 6 so that the contact device B is opened and closed in conjunction with the movement of the movable iron core 4. Fixed contact points 7 are arranged opposite to the left and right ends of the movable contact 6a in the same figure. When the movable core 4 is in contact with the fixed core 3, the movable contact 6a and the fixed contact 7 are arranged. Is closed. On the other hand, when the movable iron core 3 is separated from the fixed iron core 4 by the spring force of the return spring 8 provided between the fixed iron core 3 and the movable iron core 4, the contact device B is opened.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described. However, since the basic configuration of the present invention is the same as that of the conventional example except for the cover 1, the same parts as those of the conventional example are denoted by the same reference numerals as those in the conventional example, and the description thereof is omitted. Only explained. That is, the present invention is characterized in that the cover 1 is formed by bending a single plate-like member. In the following description, the top, bottom, left, and right in FIG.
(Embodiment 1)
Hereinafter, a first embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. As shown in FIG. 1 (b), the cover 1 of the present embodiment includes a main portion 10 that covers the upper surface of the flange portion 30 of the fixed iron core 3, and a flange portion 30 of the fixed iron core 3 that is formed integrally with the main portion 10. The two bent portions 11 covering the side surfaces of the first and second bent portions 11 and the two fixed portions 12 formed integrally with the bent portion 11 and fixed to the upper surface of the yoke 5, each of which is composed of one plate-like member. It is formed by bending.
As shown in FIG. 1 (a), the main portion 10 is formed in a substantially square shape, and a shaft hole 1a is formed through substantially the center thereof. Each of the bent portions 11 has a substantially rectangular shape, and is formed integrally with both left and right edges of the main portion 10, and is bent downward so as to be orthogonal to the main portion 10 at a boundary line with the main portion 10. Yes. Each of the fixing portions 12 is substantially rectangular, and the right fixing portion 12 is formed integrally with the right edge of the right bent portion 11 and is folded rightward so as to be parallel to the main portion 10 at the boundary line. It is tuned. The left fixing portion 12 is formed integrally with the left end edge of the left bent portion 11 and is bent leftward so as to be parallel to the main portion 10 at the boundary line. Note that the right end edge of the right-side fixing part 12 and the left end edge of the left-side fixing part 12 are both rounded.
In the cover 1, the main portion 10 is brought into contact with the upper surface of the flange portion 30 of the fixed iron core 3, and the bent portion 11 is brought into contact with the side surface of the flange portion 30 of the fixed iron core 3. It is fixed by adhering to the upper surface of 5. Therefore, the flange portion 30 of the fixed iron core 3 is accommodated in the space surrounded by the main portion 10 and the bent portion 11 of the cover 1, and the fixed iron core 3 is fixed between the cover 1, the coil bobbin 2, and the yoke 5. .
As described above, the cover 1 is formed by bending a single plate-like member, so that it is not necessary to use an extra material when removing the material as compared with the case where the cover 1 is formed by drawing. Since it can process without investing in the metal mold | die and equipment required for a process, the cost required for manufacture can be reduced.
By the way, as shown in FIG.2 (b), you may integrally form the substantially rectangular wall part 13 in the front-and-rear both-ends edge of the main part 10, respectively. As shown in FIG. 2A, the wall portion 13 is bent downward so as to be orthogonal to the main portion 10 at the boundary line with the main portion 10, and the cover 1 is connected to each lower end edge. In the state attached to the iron 5, it comes into contact with the upper surface of the yoke 5. By comprising in this way, since the wall part 13 contact | abuts to the upper surface of the yoke 5 and supports the main part 10 with the bending part 11, the intensity | strength of the main part 10 can be raised, Therefore, the fixed iron core 3 is made. It can be firmly fixed. Further, deformation of the cover 1 due to external force can be suppressed.
Further, as shown in FIG. 3B, a welded portion 14 welded to the upper surface of the yoke 5 may be integrally formed on each wall portion 13. As shown in FIG. 3A, the welded portions 14 are all formed in a substantially rectangular shape, and the front welded portion 14 is formed integrally with the front end edge of the front wall portion 13 and is mainly formed at the boundary line. It is bent forward so as to be parallel to the portion 10. The rear welded portion 14 is formed integrally with the rear end edge of the rear wall portion 13, and is bent rearward so as to be parallel to the main portion 10 at the boundary line. Note that the front end edge of the front welded portion 14 and the rear end edge of the rear welded portion 14 are both rounded. Thus, the wall part 13 can be fixed by welding the welding part 14 to the upper surface of the yoke 5, Therefore Therefore, the intensity | strength of the main part 10 can further be raised.
Further, as shown in FIG. 4B, a connecting portion 15 that contacts the bent portion 11 and the fixed portion 12 and connects the bent portion 11 and the fixed portion 12 in FIG. 1A may be provided. As shown in FIG. 4A, the connecting portion 15 is formed in a substantially triangular prism shape, and two substantially rectangular side surfaces orthogonal to each other are in contact with the bent portion 11 and the fixed portion 12, respectively. As described above, the connecting portion 15 connects the bent portion 11 and the fixed portion 12 to increase the strength of the bent portion 11 and to suppress deformation due to the external force of the bent portion 11.
(Embodiment 2)
Hereinafter, a second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. As shown in FIG. 5 (b), the present embodiment is formed by bending the same plate-shaped member as in FIG. 1 (b). It is bent so that the formed angle becomes an obtuse angle (see FIG. 5A). When the main portion 10 of the cover 1 is brought into contact with the upper surface of the collar portion 30 of the fixed iron core 3 and the fixed portion 12 is fixed to the upper surface of the yoke 5, the main portion 10 is pushed by the fixed iron core 3 so that the bent portion is formed. 11 bends upward. Therefore, the bending part 11 can urge the fixed iron core 3 downward, and can fix the fixed iron core 3 more firmly.
