Description

The present invention relates to a separator for an air conditioning filter in which a filter medium made of a nonwoven fabric of glass fiber or synthetic fiber is folded and folded, and a separator folded in a corrugated shape is sandwiched between the folded and held in a frame.

In an air-conditioning filter in which a separator folded in a corrugated shape is sandwiched between filter media obtained by folding filter media and these are held in a frame, in order to reduce the pressure loss of the filter media and to maintain the life of the air-conditioning filter, the filter media of the same size frame is used. It is considered to increase the number of folds to increase the filter medium area as much as possible.

However, since the separators are folded at the same peak height, the folded part of the filter medium sandwiching the separator is substantially U-shaped, and there is a limit to increasing the number of folded filter mediums. In addition, a method of reducing the height of the folding peak of the separator to reduce the folded portion of the filter medium and increasing the number of filter medium folds was considered, but even if the number of filter medium folds is increased too much, the gap between the filter media is narrowed. On the contrary, there is a drawback that the pressure loss, that is, the shape pressure loss caused by the increase is increased.

On the other hand, a mountain-shaped separator is considered in which the height of the crest at one end and the height of the crest at the other end are changed so that the bent portion of the filter medium is substantially V-shaped. Therefore, a preferred mountain-shaped separator capable of increasing the number of filter media folded and suppressing the shape pressure loss has not been achieved yet.

Problems to be solved by the invention

An object of the present invention is to solve the above-mentioned problems. An air conditioner is formed by folding and folding a filter medium made of nonwoven fabric of glass fiber or synthetic fiber, and sandwiching a separator folded in a corrugated shape between the folded back and holding it in a frame. To provide an air-conditioning filter separator that can increase the number of filter media folding by increasing the number of filter media folding without increasing the shape pressure loss, and maintain the filter media with a low pressure loss and a long service life under the same frame size. With the goal.

Means for solving the problem

The solution of the present invention is an air-conditioning filter in which separators formed in a zigzag shape are alternately sandwiched between folded filter media and held in a frame body. One end of the separator is about 3.3 mm in height and the other end is It is characterized by being formed with a mountain height of around 1.1 mm.

One end of the separator crest with a height of 3.3 mm is sandwiched between the air inflow side and the air outflow side of the filter medium, and the other end of the crest with a height of 1.1 mm is sandwiched between the filter media. It is what.

The manufacture of the separator is characterized in that a fan-shaped aluminum plate is folded in a zigzag shape so as to be folded in a fan shape and formed into a rectangular shape.

Here, the material of the separator may be a non-woven fabric made of synthetic fibers in addition to a metal plate such as aluminum, and various types can be used.

Further, the filter medium may be a filter medium having a structure of two or more layers of a low density layer on the upstream side in the airflow direction and a high density layer on the downstream side, and has a density gradient from the upstream side to the downstream side in the airflow direction. A sheet formed by sandwiching both sides of the filter medium or the adsorbent with a non-woven fabric may be used as long as it is a filter medium used for an air conditioning filter.

The operation of the problem solving means is as follows. That is, the present invention alternately sandwiches separators formed by folding a folded filter medium in a zigzag shape with one end being about 3.3 mm in height and the other being about 1.1 mm in height. Therefore, the distance between the surface filter media on the air inflow side and the air outflow side is 3.3 mm, and the gap between the filter media is not narrowed. Since the other end of the 1.1 mm separator is sandwiched, the bent portion of the filter medium becomes substantially V-shaped, and the inflow and outflow of air becomes smooth.

The invention's effect

As described above, the separator of the air conditioning filter of the present invention has the following effects.
(1) Since the separator of the present invention is closely inserted between the folded filter media, it is possible to increase the filter media area by increasing the number of folding of the filter media.
(2) Since one end of the separator of the present invention is formed with a peak height of about 3.3 mm and the other end is formed with a peak height of about 1.1 mm, the filter medium area can be increased without increasing the shape pressure loss. it can.
(3) Since a wider filter medium area can be folded, the pressure loss value can be suppressed lower than that of a frame of the same size, and the life can be maintained longer.
(4) If the processing air volume is made the same, the air conditioning filter can be made smaller.
(5) It is possible to increase the processing air volume compared to a frame of the same size.
(6) Since the separator is formed in a zigzag shape so as to be folded in a fan shape from a fan-shaped aluminum plate, the structure is simplified and the cost is low.

Hereinafter, an air-conditioning filter according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.

One end 6 of the separator 3 bent in a zigzag shape has a height of a crest 7 of about 3.3 mm, and the other end 8 has a height of a crest 9 of about 1.1 mm. The separator 3 has one end 6 with a height of about 3.3 mm between the peaks 7 between the surfaces of the air inflow side A filter medium, and the other end 8 with a height of about 1.1 mm between the peaks 9 between the filter media. . Further, one end 6 with a height of about 3.3 mm of the peak 7 is sandwiched between the surfaces between the air outflow side B filter media, and the other end 8 with a height of about 1.1 mm of the peak 9 is sandwiched between the filter media.
