Description

The present invention relates to a magnetic therapeutic fabric and a method for producing the magnetic therapeutic fabric. More specifically, the present invention relates to a magnetic therapeutic fabric fixed on the surface of the fabric by heating and pressurizing the magnetic therapeutic device, and a method for producing the same.

The body has various symptoms such as stiffness that interfere with blood circulation. For these symptoms, use permanent magnets to improve blood circulation, and ores that emit far-infrared rays. Some magnets are used to promote blood circulation, and these magnets come into direct contact with the skin, such as underwear, by using a heat-melted synthetic resin material as an adhesive or by means such as sewing. It is attached to various wears.

In addition, a health material in which a mixture of a fine powder of radioactive mineral and a resin is applied to a cloth is attached to a supporter, bedding, or clothes.

However, when these magnets and minerals are brought into contact with the skin, the effect is exerted, and on the other hand, it has a function for promoting health, but at the same time, it is a heat-foaming type synthetic resin used as an adhesive. The heated melt also comes into direct contact with the skin, and if it has an allergic constitution, it may cause adverse effects such as rashes and eczema, and when attached by sewing, the needle attracts by the magnetic force of the magnet. In addition to being troublesome during installation and having trouble, there was a problem that the magnet moved and it was difficult to install in the purpose and place.

In order to solve such a problem, an attachment jig is disposed on the lower surface of the base fabric for attaching the permanent magnet to the clothes, and a plurality of magnets are provided on the upper surface of the base fabric via the attachment jig with one or appropriate intervals. A protective sheet with a diameter larger than that of a permanent magnet that does not impede the transmission of magnetism, in which the generated permanent magnet is installed at a predetermined position by suction with a magnetic body fitted to a mounting jig, and a hot melt type fusion tape is provided on the back surface It is known that the protective sheet is covered and covered with a hot press machine and the permanent magnet is fixed to the base fabric in a covering state (see, for example, Patent Document 1).

Patent Document 1 also describes a method for attaching a permanent magnet to clothing. And the attachment method of the permanent magnet to the said clothing is the process of setting to the lower surface side of the base fabric of the clothing which attaches a permanent magnet to the attachment jig | tool fitted to the substantially uniform shape so that a magnetic body may not protrude in a predetermined position. And a step of installing a permanent magnet that generates magnetism through a magnetic body of the mounting jig at a predetermined position on the upper surface of the base fabric, and a hot melt type fusion tape provided on the back surface thereof for protection that does not prevent magnetic transmission A step of cutting the sheet into a predetermined size, and a protective sheet cut to a diameter larger than that of the permanent magnet so as to surround the upper surface of the permanent magnet installed at one or a plurality of predetermined positions at an appropriate interval And a step of pressurizing and heating the covering sheet with a hot press machine and fixing the permanent magnet to the base fabric in a covering state.

Conventionally, there is an undergarment in which a treatment instrument is bonded with an adhesive or the like. However, in such an undergarment, since the treatment instrument cannot be attached or detached, the attachment position cannot be changed, and the attachment of the treatment instrument is performed according to the user's request. Setting the position is difficult. In addition, when the washing or the like is repeated, the treatment instrument bonded with an adhesive may be peeled off.

As a solution to such a problem, is a therapeutic instrument detachable underwear that makes the therapeutic instrument in which the engaging portion is configured by the support of the hook-and-loop fastener that can be engaged with the surface loop-shaped support, detachable, There is known a structure in which the entire inner surface or a part of the inner surface is made of a cloth to which a support body of the surface fastener can be attached (for example, see Patent Document 2).

Furthermore, there is also known a technique in which a magnet is attached to the affected part of the underwear that directly touches the skin with glue, a thread, or a synthetic resin rivet (for example, see Patent Document 3).

A magnetic therapeutic fabric can be produced in which there is no risk of the magnets attached to the tape being peeled off. Further, according to the method for manufacturing a magnetic therapy cloth according to claims 3 to 4, (a) in a mold composed of an upper mold and a lower mold, the lower mold having a protrusion provided on the bottom of the cavity is provided. A step of loading a core having a substantially cylindrical recess, (b) a step of injecting a mixture of magnetic powder and silicone oil into the recess of the core, (c) following the step (b), Since the method includes a step of heating for a predetermined time and taking out a substantially disk-shaped magnet from the lower mold, the number of steps is larger than that of the manufacturing method according to claim 2, but a magnetic treatment device having a magnet made of magnetic powder is provided. In addition, since the magnetic treatment fabric can be obtained, the magnetic treatment device can be slightly deformed with the movement of the body when worn on the body, so that there is an advantage that the uncomfortable feeling can be reduced.

The magnetic treatment fabric of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.

1-4 is explanatory drawing which shows the manufacturing process of the fabric for magnetic treatments of this invention.

Embodiment 1
With reference to FIGS. 1 and 2, a method for manufacturing the magnetic therapy fabric of the present embodiment will be described.

First, in step (a), a thermosetting silicone 4 is injected into a cylindrical cavity C provided in a lower mold 1 of a mold composed of an upper mold 3 and a lower mold 1 functioning as a press machine. (See FIG. 2A). Note that RTV silicone is suitably employed as the thermosetting silicone.

Next, in the step (b), the disk-shaped magnet 5 is immersed in the thermosetting silicone 4 injected in the step (a) (see FIG. 2B). As shown in FIG. 1, three protrusions 2 protrude from the bottom portion Ca of the cavity C of the lower mold 1 (the number of protrusions 2 is not limited to 3. Four, five, or more are also provided. May be) The diameter of the magnet 5 is smaller than the diameter of the cavity C. For this reason, when the magnet 5 is loaded into the cavity C of the lower mold 1, the magnet 5 is surrounded by the thermosetting silicone 4 except for the protrusions 2 as shown in the figure.

Thereafter, in step (c), after holding the fabric F between the upper mold 3 and the lower mold 1, the mold (1, 3) is closed, and pressurization / heating is performed under predetermined pressure, temperature and time conditions. To be molded (see FIG. 2B). As the fabric F, for example, a fabric made of 95% polyurethane (PU) and 5% cotton is preferably used.

Finally, the mold (1, 3) is opened, and the magnet 5 in a state of being accommodated in the cured silicone 4 functioning as a container is in close contact with the fabric F (that is, accommodated in the cured silicone 4 functioning as a container). When the magnet 5 in close contact with the fabric F is taken out from the mold (1, 3), it functions as a container that substantially covers the entire outer surface of the magnet 5 and the magnet 5 having a substantially disk shape. Thus, a magnetic therapeutic fabric provided with a magnetic therapeutic device comprising the silicone layer 4 is obtained.

Embodiment 2
3 and 4, the bottomed cylindrical core 6 is loaded into the cavity C of the lower mold 1 (see FIG. 4A).

Thereafter, a mixture of magnetic powder and silicone oil is injected into the recess R of the core 6 by an injection device 7 or by hand. At this time, if left in the recess R for an appropriate time, the magnetic powder having a large specific gravity settles downward, and a layer mainly composed of the magnetic powder and a silicone oil layer on the layer mainly composed of the magnetic powder are formed. The Then, when loaded in an electric furnace and heated at a temperature of about 120 ° C. for 10 minutes, the disk-shaped magnet 5 in which the silicone oil layer on the layer mainly composed of magnetic powder is cured and the silicone layer is formed is obtained. In addition, it is preferable that the mixture ratio of magnetic powder and silicone oil is 7: 3-9: 1. This is because the strength of magnetization can be increased.

Next, as described in the first embodiment, the thermosetting silicone 4 is injected into a cylindrical cavity C provided in the lower mold 1 of the mold composed of the upper mold 3 and the lower mold 1 ( (See FIG. 2 (a)). Thereafter, a disk-shaped magnet 5 is immersed in the thermosetting silicone 4 (see FIG. 2A). Thereafter, after holding the fabric F between the upper mold 3 and the lower mold 1, the molds (1, 3) are closed, and molding is performed by pressurizing and heating under predetermined pressure, temperature and time conditions (FIG. 2 (b)). And finally, when the mold (1, 3) is opened and the magnet 5 in a state accommodated in the cured silicone 4 functioning as a container is in close contact with the fabric F, the mold (1, 3) is taken out. A magnetic therapeutic fabric provided with a magnetic therapeutic device comprising a magnet 5 having a substantially disk shape and a silicone layer 4 functioning as a container that substantially covers the entire outer surface of the magnet 5 is obtained.
