Abstract

PURPOSE: To enable injection molding of a resin product having an uneven part within the product without being followed by a sink, by filing up resin into a recessed part of the surface of a core set up within a die.
CONSTITUTION: A core B having an uneven part in the surface by corresponding to an interior form of a product A is molded of an alloy having the low-fusion point. Then after filling of resin 3 into a recessed part 2 of the surface of the core B, the core B is set up in a necessary part of an injection die 4 for injection molding. After cure of the resin, an injection molded product C is taken out of the die along with the core B. Then a temperature of the core B is raised at a temperature of at least the melting point of the alloy having the low fusion point and not exceeding the molding point of the resin, melted and removed from the inside of the molded product C. The resin product A having the uneven part within the product can be injection-molded without being followed by a sink.
