Claims (10)
- 前方および後方内部境界面(180、182)を有したバケット(100)を備え、前記バケットは、前方および後方内部境界面に沿って、複数の傾斜面(184、186)と充填材料で充填された空洞(122)を有する翼形部(102)。
- 前記空洞(122)は翼形部を貫通しておらず、前記前方および後方境界面(180、182)は端部を有し、前記前方および後方境界面は前記端部に沿って凹状または凸状の何れかである請求項1記載の翼形部(102)。
- 前記前方および後方境界面(180、182)は、保持特性、複合材の積層の容易さ、或いはその両方に応じて前記端部の周りに凹状または凸状の何れであるかが選択される請求項2記載の翼形部(102)。
- 前記翼形部を貫通しない浅い空洞(122)を有する請求項2記載の翼形部(102)。
- 貫通する空洞(122)を有する請求項2記載の翼形部(102)。
- 前記貫通する空洞(122)は、前記バケット(100)への応力集中を最小化するように構成される請求項3記載の翼形部(102)。
- 前記複合材料(101)は、樹脂マトリックスの布地材料の層を含む請求項2記載の翼形部(102)。
- 前記布地材料は予め含浸された単方向性布地テープレイアップである請求項7記載の翼形部(102)。
