前記温度センサで検出した冷却水の温度に基づいて前記冷却水冷却装置及び前記水ポンプの運転を制御する制御装置と
前記水熱交換器と前記タービン軸受冷却部とを結ぶ前記循環路の往路管及び復路管の中間部に介在するクッションタンクを備え、
前記水ポンプは、
前記クッションタンクから前記水熱交換器に至る復路管に設けた第1水ポンプと、
前記クッションタンクから前記タービン軸受冷却部に至る往路管に設けた第2水ポンプとを備え、
前記温度センサは、
前記水熱交換器の入口側の冷却水の温度を検出する第1温度センサと、
前記水熱交換器の出口側の冷却水の温度を検出する第2温度センサと、
前記クッションタンクの入口側の温度を検出する第3温度センサと、
前記クッションタンクの出口側の温度を検出する第4温度センサとを備え、
前記制御装置は、
前記第1温度センサの検出温度に基づいて前記冷却水冷却装置の運転をオンオフ制御する機能と、
前記第2温度センサの検出温度が所定温度以下の場合に前記冷却水冷却装置の運転をオフ制御する機能と、
前記第3温度センサの検出温度に基づいて前記冷却水冷却装置の運転をオンオフ制御する機能と、
前記第4温度センサの検出温度が所定温度以下の場合に前記冷却水冷却装置の運転をオフ制御する機能と
を備えている水力発電所用発電機軸受の冷却システム。
