Description

  The present invention relates to a cap for producing a stick-shaped cosmetic, and more specifically, prior to filling a bulk of the melted cosmetic into a stick-shaped cosmetic container during the production of a stick-shaped cosmetic such as lipstick. The cosmetic is attached to the tip of the cylindrical sleeve in the container, and after the cosmetic is solidified and molded, it is removed to form a three-dimensional pattern on the tip of the cosmetic.   Stick-shaped cosmetics are used in various cosmetics including lipsticks because of their simplicity and portability.   Among the above, the problem that the tip surface of the stick-shaped cosmetic product is particularly prone to chipping due to unfilled parts and bubbles is because the product value of the stick-shaped cosmetic material is significantly reduced, and the production efficiency is reduced. There was a strong demand for improvement. Therefore, according to the present invention, when manufacturing stick-shaped cosmetics, it is possible to efficiently provide a concavo-convex pattern on the front end surface of the obtained product, to improve the yield of the product, and to fit between the cylindrical sleeve It is an object of the present invention to provide a stick-type cosmetics production cap that is excellent in properties and can always give an appropriate holding force.

  Under such circumstances, as a result of intensive studies to solve the above problems, the present inventors have provided a certain gap on the side of the cap, and the above-mentioned JP-A-2002-291529 in which a holding portion and an air vent hole are provided in this portion. In the cap described in the gazette, by providing irregularities on at least the inner surface of the top of the cap, it is possible to achieve both air circulation and fitting properties, and a stick-shaped cosmetic having a three-dimensional pattern on the tip surface of the stick Has been found to be able to be produced efficiently, and the present invention has been completed.

  That is, the present invention is a cap that is attached to the tip of a cylindrical sleeve of a stick-shaped cosmetic container, and is in close contact with the cylindrical sleeve at a plurality of holding portions provided on the upper surface inner circumferential portion and the lower side surface of the cap.
