Abstract
【解決手段】ポリヒドロキシカルボン酸合成における解重合工程または脱モノマー工程の少なくとも一つにおいて発生する上記酸の縮合物を含むプロセス飛散物を、原料であるヒドロキシカルボン酸を冷媒とした湿式コンデンサを用いて捕捉し、原料として再利用することを特徴とする合成法及びその方法を実施するのに適した合成装置。

Description
乳酸濃縮装置2では、加熱により乳酸に含まれる水分を蒸発させる。加熱は窒素ガス流通下、120〜150℃で行う。
従来の間接熱交換器を排気系に用いるポリ乳酸合成装置でポリ乳酸を合成したところ、原料収率は60%となった。間接熱交換器を用いた場合には、反応装置や脱モノマー装置からの飛散物を捕捉・回収・再利用することができないので、原料利用率が直接接触型である湿式コンデンサを用いた場合と比べると、低くなる。
Claims (8)
- ポリヒドロキシカルボン酸合成における解重合工程及び脱モノマー工程の少なくとも一つにおいて発生する上記酸の縮合物を含むプロセス飛散物を、原料であるヒドロキシカルボン酸を冷媒とした湿式コンデンサを用いて捕捉する工程を含むことを特徴とするポリヒドロキシカルボン酸の合成方法。
- 捕捉された飛散物を、ポリヒドリキシカルボン酸合成の原料として再利用することを特徴とする請求項1記載のポリヒドロキシカルボン酸の合成方法。
- 請求項1において、ヒドロキシカルボン酸が、乳酸であることを特徴とするポリヒドロキシカルボン酸の合成方法。
- 請求項1において、ヒドロキシカルボン酸が、グリコール酸であることを特徴とするポリヒドロキシカルボン酸の合成方法。
- ポリヒドロキシカルボン酸合成における解重合装置及び脱モノマー装置の少なくとも一つにおいて発生するヒドロキシカルボン酸の縮合物を含むプロセス飛散物を、ヒドロキシカルボン酸を冷媒として捕捉する湿式コンデンサを備えることを特徴とするポリヒドロキシカルボン酸合成装置。
- 捕捉した飛散物をポリヒドロキシカルボン酸合成の原料として再利用することを特徴とする請求項5記載のポリヒドロキシカルボン酸合成装置。
- 請求項5において、ヒドロキシカルボン酸が、乳酸であることを特徴とするポリヒドロキシカルボン酸合成装置。
- 請求項5において、ヒドロキシカルボン酸が、グリコール酸であることを特徴とするポリヒドロキシカルボン酸合成装置。
