Claims (6)

ラグスクリューを構成するストッパースクリューのねじ込みによる押し込み力により、ネイルとラグスクリューとを固定する固定構造であって、
前記ラグスクリューは、先端部材と、該先端部材の基端部と連結する胴部材と、該胴部材の基端部に螺合侵入するストッパースクリューとから構成され、
前記胴部材は、ネイルを胴部材に対して斜めに貫通させるために、その一方の側面のほぼ中央位置から他方の側面における中央よりやや後方位置に達するネイル貫通穴が形成され、基端部はネイル貫通穴に連通する中空であって、その内周面にはストッパースクリューと螺合する螺子溝とストッパースクリューを案内するガイド溝とが形成されており、
前記ストッパースクリューは、先端部と螺子棒部とからなり、先端部の先端面は、胴部材に対して斜めに貫通するネイルの側面に面接触するように傾斜しており、先端部の外周面には、胴部材基端部内部にストッパースクリューの先端部が侵入していく際に先端部先端面がネイルの側面に面接触する姿勢を維持するように胴部材基端部の内周面に形成したガイド溝に嵌合するガイド凸部が形成され、螺子棒部はその外周面に胴部材基端部の内周面に形成した螺子溝と螺合する螺子山が形成されてなる
