前端と後端との間で広がる植毛面に、刷毛を多数束ねた毛束を複数配したヘッド部と、このヘッド部の後端に接続されるハンドル部とを有する歯ブラシであって、
前記ヘッド部の前端寄りで前記植毛面の周縁に沿って略U字型に配され、かつ前端に2つ並べられた大口径毛束と、前記ヘッド部の後端寄りに配された小口径毛束とを有し、前記大口径毛束の植毛範囲の外周を取り囲む前端側植毛領域の植毛密度を、前記小口径毛束の植毛範囲の外周を取り囲む後端側植毛領域の植毛密度よりも高くしたことを特徴とする歯ブラシ。
