Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to an in-vehicle device remote control device, and relates to an in-vehicle device that performs code verification by communication with a portable device (hereinafter also referred to as a portable wireless device) and controls whether to permit or disallow use of a vehicle based on the verification result. The present invention relates to a remote control device.
Conventionally, in addition to the remote operation function of operating / operating the operation unit of the portable wireless device to lock / unlock the door of the vehicle, the transmission request signal from the vehicle side can be transmitted without operating the operation unit of the portable wireless device. On the other hand, there is a smart entry system in which a return code signal is returned from a portable wireless device and the door is locked / unlocked by checking the code. As an example of this smart entry system, for example, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 5-106376 discloses a portable radio apparatus including a first transmission unit that transmits a response signal when a call signal is received by a first reception unit. When the second receiving means receives the call signal transmitted from the second transmitting means at a predetermined time interval and receives the transmitted response signal, it outputs a signal for unlocking the vehicle door. If a response signal is not received, a system including a vehicle radio apparatus including a control unit that outputs a signal for locking the door of the vehicle after a predetermined time has elapsed is described.
Further, conventionally, a return code signal is returned in response to a transmission request signal from the vehicle side, and the code is collated to unlock the steering lock mechanism and release the engine start prohibition device, and no mechanical key is used. There is a smart start system that enables engine start operation. As an example of this smart start system, for example, in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 63-1765, a call signal is transmitted to a portable wireless device, a code code signal is received from the portable wireless device, and the code is collated and matched. Sometimes a system is described which comprises means for allowing each of the unlocking operation of the steering lock mechanism, the switching operation of the engine switch and the switching operation of the accessory switch.
As an example of a loop antenna rectangular wave drive circuit, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 10-154951 discloses an antenna drive circuit with an output (trapezoidal wave) of a waveform shaping circuit that shapes a sine wave of a sine wave transmission circuit into a trapezoidal wave. A transmission device is described which is driven to prevent a decrease in transmission efficiency.
The name of the system combining both the above systems will be referred to as a smart entry / start system.
In the smart entry / start system, low frequency (LF) band wireless communication is used from the vehicle to the portable wireless device, and the antenna drive is a sine wave with an LC resonance circuit including a rectangular wave drive and an antenna with low switching loss. Although it is output, since the antenna drive is a rectangular wave drive, its harmonics may reach the AM radio frequency band and become radio noise.
The noise path is when the radio wave from the transmission antenna enters the radio reception antenna, or when the radio wave leaking from the drive circuit (in the ECU) and the transmission antenna wiring passes through the radio reception antenna or other wiring. Radio noise enters the radio from the input section.
For this reason, it is necessary to take measures to limit the arrangement, such as making the wiring to the transmission antenna a shield line, or increasing the distance between the LF transmission antenna and the radio reception antenna.
As a measure against radio noise, it can be solved by changing the driving of the transmitting antenna to a sine wave drive, but the sine wave drive is a sine wave generating means, a control means for a low distortion sine wave amplification, etc. In addition, the cost associated with the generation of the additional cost and the loss of the final stage drive element is increased, and in addition, the power utilization rate is deteriorated by about 30% compared to the rectangular wave drive. There is also an increase in cost due to a decrease in
In addition, when the power utilization rate is poor, in a system that always transmits outside the vehicle in a waiting state of boarding in the so-called area detection method as disclosed in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 5-156651, the dark current of the vehicle battery increases, and the viewpoint of preventing the battery from rising. Is not preferable.
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described problems, and an object thereof is to provide an in-vehicle device remote control device that can achieve both radio noise countermeasures and power supply utilization rate at low cost.
In the in-vehicle device remote control device according to the present invention, a code request signal is transmitted from a transmitting antenna to a portable device, and a return code of a return signal returned from the portable device that has received the code request signal is collated. In the in-vehicle device remote control device having the operation control means for controlling the operation state of the in-vehicle device, the sine wave generating means for generating the sine wave and the rectangular wave generating means for generating the rectangular wave as the driving means for driving the transmitting antenna A waveform switching control means for selecting and deriving either a sine wave signal generated by the sine wave generating means or a rectangular wave signal generated by the rectangular wave generating means, and a sine selected by the waveform switching control means Antenna drive control means including a transmission circuit unit that receives a wave signal or a rectangular wave signal and outputs a transmission antenna drive output having a waveform corresponding to the input waveform The antenna driving control means is to the transmission antenna based on usage, and to be driven by switching to the sinusoidal wave driving or rectangular wave driving.
According to the in-vehicle device remote control device of the present invention, since it is a drive circuit capable of switching the transmission antenna drive waveform by the antenna drive control means for switching the waveform between the sine wave and the rectangular wave, depending on the situation used, A suitable drive waveform can be selected, and a system that can achieve both radio noise countermeasures and power supply utilization can be realized at low cost.

A switcher (waveform switching control means) 604 inputs a rectangular wave Vp and the rectangular wave pulse train Vp to the input signal Vs of the amplifying unit (transmitting circuit unit) 17a of the transmitting unit, and is referred to as a low-pass filter (hereinafter referred to as LPF). ) Control for switching the sine wave obtained through 603 is performed at the output terminal P1 of the
A predetermined analog voltage output Vos is output from the output terminal DA of the
Here, the relationship between the input signals Vs and Vos of the amplifying
First, when a sine wave is selected as the input signal Vs, since the signals other than the fundamental wave are sufficiently attenuated by the LPF, the input signal Vs is expressed by the following equation (1).
The output V1 of IC2 of the amplifying
The output voltage Vo of the amplifying
Here, when the input signal Vos is set so that the following formula (4) is established, the above formula (3) becomes the following formula (5).
That is, the output Vo of the amplifying
Note that when a rectangular wave is selected as the input signal Vs, a rectangular wave output can be realized in the same manner only by changing the first term on the right side of the equation (1) to a rectangular wave.
Next, the power supply utilization rates of the sine wave and the rectangular wave when the antenna is driven will be compared.
For simplicity, when the voltage drop due to the on-resistance of the transistor and the protection resistors R10 and R11 (for example, 0.5Ω or less) is ignored, the maximum AT of the fundamental voltage amplitude is expressed by the following equation (6) in the rectangular wave drive.
Next, the maximum A S in the case of a sine wave becomes the following equation (7).
That is, in the case of a sine wave, the power supply voltage utilization factor is as bad as π / 4 (78.5%) with respect to a rectangular wave.
As for the output of the amplifying
Further, the output Vo of the amplifying
The output voltage Vo when the transistor Tr2 is on and the Tr1 is off in the case of the rectangular wave drive is approximately 0 when the antenna current is 0 due to a failure, whereas when the antenna current is normal, the output voltage Vo is Since the generated non-zero voltage can be monitored, a failure of the antenna drive circuit can be easily detected. In the case of sine wave drive, since the output voltage Vo is feedback-controlled to a sine wave voltage, it is difficult to easily discriminate as in the case of detecting a failure in rectangular wave drive. The failure detection is scheduled to be executed, for example, when the getting-off state is detected.

It consists of a certain response code and parity bits. FIG. 5F shows the structure of the check signal, which is only the preamble.

The rolling code is a value that is counted up each time the portable wireless device transmits radio waves. The in-vehicle device stores the rolling code included in the predetermined code received from the portable wireless device last time, and receives this time. When the rolling code included in the predetermined code is within a predetermined range from the value of the previous rolling code, it is determined that the current rolling code is correct, and it is determined that the received predetermined code matches the specific code. This additional code includes identification information of the response signal and the remote control signal.

As described above, according to the in-vehicle device remote control device according to
(1) Since a suitable driving waveform can be selectively supplied to the transmitting antenna according to the situation in which it is used, a system capable of achieving both radio noise countermeasures and power supply power utilization can be realized.
In the case of only sine wave driving, in order to obtain an antenna driving current equivalent to rectangular wave driving even in the power supply fluctuation range, the driving unit needs to be made into a full bridge. However, according to the present invention, switching to rectangular wave driving is performed. Thus, a half-bridge configuration is sufficient, and as a result, a low-cost system can be constructed.
(2) When the power supply voltage of the vehicle is lowered, switching from sine wave driving to rectangular wave driving makes it possible to realize a system with a half-bridge configuration, thereby enabling a low-cost system.
(3) When the main power of the vehicle is off, or when the supplementary power source of the vehicle is off, switching to rectangular wave drive and radio noise does not become an obstacle, Since it can be high, it becomes a suitable system.
(4) Since the configuration of the sine wave generating means is a structure that performs low-pass filter processing on the output of the rectangular wave generating means, there are few components, and the offset voltage adjustment is common and simple, and can be realized at low cost. Is preferred.
(5) By detecting the failure of the antenna unit or the antenna drive transmission circuit unit by using the rectangular wave drive, there is an advantage that the failure determination can be performed more stably with respect to power supply fluctuations with a simple configuration.
(6) Area detection that periodically performs antenna transmission outside the vehicle by selecting the rectangular wave drive with high power utilization rate in the so-called boarding state when the main power of the vehicle is off and the door is locked This type of system has the advantage of reducing vehicle battery consumption.
(7) The transmission antenna to be used often operates before getting on or after getting off, which does not cause radio noise, and when it is an external antenna with a relatively large output, by using a rectangular wave drive with a high power utilization rate, It is preferable because a stable output can be obtained.
The present invention can be applied to an in-vehicle device remote control device that performs code collation by communication with a portable device and performs control of permission or non-permission of use of a vehicle based on the collation result.
