Description

The present invention relates to a corrugated cardboard box, more specifically a wrap round type cardboard box, which can be opened as an opening without leaving an unopened portion on the top board (upper surface) at the time of opening. The present invention relates to a cardboard box in which an internal package can be easily taken out.

Cardboard boxes are widely used for the purpose of transporting, organizing and storing various articles. In particular, a wrap round type cardboard box assembled from corrugated paperboard can simultaneously assemble a corrugated cardboard box from corrugated paperboard and pack an article into the cardboard box, thereby enabling full automation of the packaging of the article. So there are many advantages.

Conventionally, a cardboard box 1 shown in FIG. 7 has been used as a wrap round type cardboard box for packing agricultural chemicals such as herbicides.
The cardboard box 1 is assembled from the cardboard paperboard 2 shown in FIG. In the corrugated paperboard 2, the top plate 3, the side plate 4, the bottom plate 5, and the side plate 6 are sequentially connected, and the top plate 3 is provided with an upper flap 7, an upper flap 8 and a connecting margin 9. Are provided with an inner flap 10 and an inner flap 11, a bottom plate 5 is provided with a lower flap 12 and a lower flap 13, and a side plate 6 is provided with an inner flap 14 and an inner flap 15. Further, the top plate 3 is provided with an opening cutting line 16 (for example, perforation).

It has been found that the cardboard box 1 that has been used conventionally has a problem depending on the article to be packed, for example, when four agrochemical storage bags 17 are packed as shown in FIG.
Hereinafter, based on FIG. 7 thru | or FIG. 9, the procedure in the case of taking out the agrochemical storage bag 17 from the cardboard box 1 is demonstrated.

The corrugated cardboard box 1 in FIG. Since the cutting part 18 has the cutting line 16 for opening around, it can be easily cut off from the top plate 3 as shown in FIG.
That is, as shown in FIG. 8 (a), the center of the cutout 18 is pressed downward with a finger to provide an opening, and then the left side and / or the right side is picked up with a finger and pulled up to raise the cutout. Cut out 18 whole. Then, as shown in FIG. 9, the top plate 3 can be opened by pushing the remaining part of the top plate 3 upward and left and right in the drawing.

However, as shown in FIG. 8B, since the cutting line 16 for opening is not provided on the side x, in FIG. 9, the edge portions 19 at both ends of the top plate 3 remain unopened. Therefore, in FIG. 9, when four pesticide storage bags 17 are taken out from the cardboard box 1, the peripheral edge of the pesticide storage bag 17 comes into contact with the edge 19 of the top plate 3, and the pesticide storage bag 17 is very removed. hard.

In FIG. 8B, the edge 19 does not exist if the opening cutting line 16 is provided so as to overlap the side y. In FIG. 9, the entire top plate 3 can be opened. However, if the cutting line 16 for opening is provided so as to overlap the side y, the strength of the top plate 3 of the cardboard box 1 (strength of the side portion of the top plate 3) decreases, and a plurality of cardboard boxes 1 packed with articles are provided. When stacked, there is a risk that the side y breaks. Therefore, in order to secure the strength of the cardboard box 1 when a plurality of cardboard boxes 1 packed with articles are stacked, the unsealing cutting line 16 cannot be provided on the side y.

As a result of earnest research to overcome the drawbacks of the cardboard boxes that have been used in the past, the present inventors have provided a plurality of cardboard boxes packed with articles by appropriately providing cutting lines for opening on the top plate of the cardboard boxes. A wrap-round cardboard box has been completed that has sufficient strength even when stacked individually, can open the entire top plate when opened, and allows easy removal of articles from the cardboard box.

That is, the wrap round type cardboard box of the present invention is
A cutting line for opening is formed on the top plate,
The opening cutting line includes a pair of upper and lower opening cutting lines formed along the upper and lower opposite sides of the top plate, a pair of opening left and right cutting lines formed along the left and right opposite sides of the top plate, It consists of a pair of left and right cutting lines for opening and a single starting cutting line for opening,
The pair of upper and lower cutting lines for opening is formed in the vicinity of the upper and lower opposite sides of the top plate, and the pair of left and right cutting lines for opening is formed at the center of the top plate and the pair of upper and lower cutting lines for opening. A wrap round type cardboard box formed continuously at a predetermined interval,
An opening end cutting line that is continuous with the end portions of the pair of upper and lower opening cutting lines and the pair of upper and lower end edges is formed.
In the wrap round type corrugated cardboard box of the present invention, the opening end cutting line is formed on, for example, the left and right sides or in the vicinity of the left and right sides.

The wrap round type cardboard box of the present invention can open the whole top plate without leaving an unopened portion on the top plate when opening, and can take out the package inside the cardboard box to the outside easily. it can.
In addition, the wrap round type cardboard box of the present invention has a practically sufficient strength even when a plurality of cardboard boxes packed with articles are stacked, and can be formed in various sizes, so that the application range is wide.

Description of Basic Principle The basic principle of the present invention will be described below with reference to FIG. FIG. 6 is a plan view showing the top plate 20 of the wrap round type cardboard box of the present invention. For convenience of explanation, in FIG. 6, the top, bottom, left and right respectively indicate the directions of the arrows in the figure.

The top plate 20 is provided with a cutting line 21 for opening (the entire cutting line is shown; for example, a perforation), and an edge portion 22 and an edge portion 23 are provided above and below the top plate 20.
Of the cutting lines provided in the periphery of the edge portion 22, those in the left-right direction are referred to as opening cutting lines 24, and those in the vertical direction or in the vertical and horizontal directions are referred to as opening cutting lines 25.
In the wrap round type cardboard box of the present invention, if the width of the edge 22 and the edge 23 (distance m between the upper and lower opposite sides and the upper and lower cutting line for opening) is too narrow, the strength of the edge 22 and the edge 23 (particularly, The strength when a plurality of cardboard boxes packed with articles is stacked is not sufficient. On the other hand, if the cardboard boxes are too wide, it is difficult to open the top plate.
Therefore, there is an optimum range for the width of the edge 22 and the edge 23.
That is, in the wrap round type cardboard box of the present invention, the ratio between the distance m between the upper and lower opposite sides and the opening and closing cutting line and the distance between the upper and lower opposite sides or the length M of the left and right opposite sides is expressed by the following formula (1): :

m / M = 1/20 to 1/4 (1)

What is represented by these is preferable, and what is represented by m / M = 1/15-1/6 is more preferable.

The opening cutting line 24 is, for example, linear, and the length n of the linear opening cutting line 24 is n ≦ N with respect to the length N of the edge portion 22 in the longitudinal direction (left-right direction in the figure). There is a relationship. The opening cutting line 25 is, for example, a straight line, and is represented by A in FIG. 6 (the opening cutting line 25 is formed on opposite sides; in this case, the length n = N of the opening cutting line 24) And B or C (n in the case of B is shown in FIG. 6); the cutting cutting line 25 is formed along the longitudinal direction in the portion from the center of the edge 22; , The length of the cutting line 24 for opening is n <N).
When the opening cutting line 25 is represented by A, the length of the opening cutting line 25 is m. Setting the ratio of m and M as in the above formula (1) is preferable because the edge 22 can be opened and the strength of the left and right sides of the cardboard box can be sufficiently secured.
When the opening cutting line 25 is represented by B, since the opening cutting line 25 does not exist on the left and right sides, the strength of the left and right sides of the cardboard box is compared with the case where the opening cutting line 25 is represented by A. Can be reduced more.
However, when the opening cutting line 25 is represented by C, since the long opening cutting line 25 is provided in the vicinity of the upper side of the edge portion 22, the strength of the edge portion 22 of the cardboard box tends to decrease.
Therefore, there is an optimum range in the ratio between the length N of the upper and lower opposite sides and the length n of the upper and lower cutting lines for opening.
That is, in the wrap round type cardboard box of the present invention, the ratio between the length N of the upper and lower opposite sides and the length n of the upper and lower cutting lines for opening is expressed by the following formula (2):

n / N ≧ 3/4 (2)

Is preferred.

What is packed in the wrap round type cardboard box of this invention is not limited. The wrap round type cardboard box of the present invention is particularly suitable for packing four pesticide storage bags.

The size of the wrap round cardboard box of the present invention is appropriately selected according to the type of package. In addition, as for the type of corrugated paperboard, the type of cutting line for opening (for example, perforation, etc.), those conventionally used in wrap round type cardboard boxes can be used.

In the following examples, the present invention will be described specifically and in more detail. The following examples are for illustrative purposes only and are not intended to limit the technical scope of the present invention.

Example 1
FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a cardboard box 26 according to Embodiment 1 of the present invention. The cardboard box 26 is assembled from the cardboard paperboard 27 shown in FIG. In the corrugated paperboard 27, the top plate 28, the side plate 29, the bottom plate 30 and the side plate 31 are sequentially connected, and the top plate 28 is provided with an upper flap 32, an upper flap 33 and a connecting margin 34. Are provided with an inner flap 35 and an inner flap 36, a bottom plate 30 is provided with a lower flap 37 and a lower flap 38, and a side plate 31 is provided with an inner flap 39 and an inner flap 40. Further, the top plate 28 is provided with an opening cutting line 41 (for example, perforation).
It can be seen that the corrugated paperboard 27 shown in FIG. 4 is provided with opening cutting lines 41 at sides x ′ (four locations), unlike the corrugated paperboard 2 shown in FIG.

The cardboard box 26 of the present invention shown in FIG. 1 differs from the conventionally used cardboard box 1 shown in FIG. 7 in that four pesticide storage bags 42 are packed as shown in FIG. In some cases, it has been found that problems occur.
Hereinafter, a procedure for taking out the agrochemical storage bag 42 from the cardboard box 26 will be described with reference to FIGS.

A corrugated portion 43 is provided in the cardboard box 1 of FIG. Since the cutting part 43 has the opening cutting line 41 around, the cutting part 43 can be easily cut from the top plate 28 as shown in FIG.
That is, as shown in FIG. 2 (a), the center of the cutout 43 is pressed downward with a finger to provide an opening, and then the left side and / or the right side is picked up with a finger and pulled up to raise the cutout. Cut out the entire 43. Then, as shown in FIG. 3, the top plate 28 can be opened by pushing the remaining part of the top plate 28 upward and left and right in the drawing.

As shown in FIG. 2 (b), unlike FIG. 8 (b), the cutting line 41 for opening is also provided on the side x ′, so in FIG. 3, the edges 44 at both ends of the top plate 28 are also opened. can do. Therefore, in FIG. 3, when the four pesticide storage bags 42 are taken out from the cardboard box 27, the peripheral edge of the pesticide storage bag 42 does not contact the edge 44 of the top board 28, and the pesticide storage bag 42 is very removed. easy.

Example 2 and Example 3
FIG. 5A is a plan view of the top plate 45 of the wrap round type cardboard box according to the second embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 5B is a plan view of the top plate 46 of the wrap round type cardboard box according to the third embodiment of the present invention. Plan views are shown respectively.
The top plate 45 is provided with an opening cutting line 47, and the top plate 46 is provided with an opening cutting line 48.
The opening cutting line 47 corresponds to the case of B in the opening cutting line 25 of FIG. 6, has an inclined cutting line portion 49, and is different from the opening cutting line 41 of FIG. 2 (Example 1). Since no cutting line is provided on the side x ′, the strength of the left and right sides of the top plate 45 can be further reduced in strength.
