Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a package filled with, for example, confectionery, processed food, agricultural products, etc., a package manufacturing apparatus, and a packaging sheet.
Conventionally, a package filled with confectionery or the like has been manufactured by a so-called vertical pillow packaging machine. In
The triangular folding guide is set so as to be pushed into the cylindrical body before the cylindrical body is laterally sealed. Further, in conjunction with the operation of the triangular folding guide, there is provided a vertical guide that enters both sides of the cylinder in which the fold is formed.
In the case of the above-mentioned
On the other hand, in the above-mentioned
Therefore, the objective of this invention is providing the manufacturing method of a package, the manufacturing apparatus of a package, and a packaging sheet which has favorable productivity and can make it easy to take out a to-be-packaged object.
In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the method for manufacturing a package of the present invention is such that the package sheet supplied by the sheet supply means is formed into a cylindrical shape on the outer periphery of a cylindrical cylinder disposed in the vertical direction via a former. Winding
The seam of the packaging sheet wound around the outer periphery of the cylinder is welded in the vertical direction by a vertical sealer,
In a state where the lower end of the packaging sheet is already welded and sealed by a horizontal sealer, the article to be packaged is introduced from the cylinder, and the article to be packaged is filled into a cylindrically formed packaging sheet,
Before or after the filling, the packaging sheet is pulled downward by a predetermined dimension by the sheet pulling means, and a position to be welded and sealed in order to enclose the article to be packaged by a predetermined distance above the lower end of the packaging sheet In the method for manufacturing a package body in which the package sheet is sealed in the horizontal direction with the horizontal sealer so as to enclose the article to be packaged,
A pair of folding means capable of folding both sides of the packaging sheet is disposed below the cylinder and above or below the horizontal sealer,
When the packaging sheet is welded by the horizontal sealer, the folding means is actuated every other time, a fold is formed on both sides of the packaging sheet, and a portion welded in the lateral direction by the horizontal sealer, and the packaging sheet Instead of forming a crease on both sides of the sheet, portions welded in the horizontal direction by the horizontal sealer are alternately formed.
According to the above invention, when the packaging sheet is welded in the lateral direction by the transverse sealer, the folding means is operated every other time so that both sides of the packaging sheet are folded. It is possible to continuously produce a package with no productivity.
When the packaging body obtained in this way stands up with the creased welded portion facing downward, the portion in which the folding means is formed is pressed against the packaged object and spreads outward in a square shape. As a result, a flat surface is formed at the bottom of the package, and the package can be held in an upright state, thereby providing self-supporting properties.
Moreover, since the opening becomes larger when the welded part where the fold is not formed is opened and the packaged article is taken out, the packaged article can be easily taken out.
In the manufacturing method of the package of the present invention, it is preferable that the folding means includes a folding plate that is pushed into both sides of the packaging sheet to form a fold. According to this, since the folding plate is inserted into both sides of the packaging sheet, the folds can be surely and clearly formed on both sides of the packaging sheet, and the quality of the package is improved.
The packaging body manufacturing apparatus of the present invention includes a cylindrical cylinder disposed in a vertical direction into which an article to be packaged is placed, a former that winds a packaging sheet around the outer periphery of the cylinder, and a packaging for the former. A sheet supply means for supplying a sheet, a vertical sealer for welding the seam of the packaging sheet wound around the outer periphery of the cylinder in the longitudinal direction to form the packaging sheet in a cylindrical shape, and the cylinder below the cylinder A pair of folding means disposed on both sides of the packaging sheet formed in a shape, a horizontal sealer that is disposed below or above the folding means, and welds the packaging sheet formed in a cylindrical shape in the lateral direction; And a sheet pulling means for pulling the packaging sheet formed in a cylindrical shape downward by a predetermined dimension, and when the packaging sheet is welded by the horizontal sealer, the folding means is operated every other time for packaging. Characterized in that it is configured to folded on both sides of the over bets.
According to the above invention, when the opening of the packaging sheet is welded, the folding means is operated every other time so that both sides of the packaging sheet are folded. Thus, it is possible to continuously produce a package without a crease with high productivity.
In the packaging body manufacturing apparatus of the present invention, it is preferable that the folding means is composed of a pair of folding plates capable of moving back and forth in a direction orthogonal to the axial direction of the cylinder. According to this, since the folding plate is inserted into both sides of the packaging sheet, the folds can be surely and clearly formed on both sides of the packaging sheet, and the quality of the package is improved.
The packaging sheet of the present invention is a packaging sheet used in the above-described method for producing a packaging body, has a continuous shape in a strip shape, and constitutes one packaging body along the length direction of the packaging sheet. The pattern of the package is printed so as to be alternately reversed, and the mark for detecting the position of the sheet is attached at the same interval as the length of the sheet constituting one package. Features.
According to the above invention, since the printing is performed so as to be alternately reversed along the length direction of the packaging sheet, when applied as the packaging sheet of the manufacturing method, the bottom portion formed with a crease and sealed On the other hand, it is possible to manufacture a package with a correct printing direction. In addition, since the mark for detecting the position of the sheet is attached at the same interval as the length of the sheet constituting one package, the sheet is accurately determined by the length of the sheet constituting one package. Can be sent out.
In the packaging sheet of the present invention, the mark is attached with the same interval as the length of the sheet constituting one package, and twice the length of the sheet constituting one package. It is preferable to have the one attached with a gap. According to this, with the marks attached with the same interval as the length of the sheet constituting one package, the sheet can be accurately sent out by the length of the sheet constituting one package, The position at which the folding means is actuated to insert the gusset can be accurately set by the marks provided at intervals of twice the length of the sheet constituting one package.
According to the present invention, when the packaging sheet is welded in the lateral direction by the transverse sealer, the folding means is operated every other time so that both sides of the packaging sheet are folded. It is possible to continuously produce a package with no productivity. Moreover, since the opening becomes larger when the welded part where the fold is not formed is opened and the packaged article is taken out, the packaged article can be easily taken out.
Hereinafter, with reference to FIGS. 1-6, one Embodiment of the manufacturing apparatus of the package of this invention is described.
As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the package manufacturing apparatus 10 (hereinafter simply referred to as “
FIG. 7 shows an example of the packaging sheet S. As the packaging sheet S, for example, a heat-weldable film such as polypropylene, polyethylene, nylon, or polyester is employed. In addition, since the inner surface of the film for a package is sealed, a film in which a heat sealable sealant layer is laminated on the base film layer, or an intermediate layer between the base film layer and the sealant layer. It is also preferable to adopt a film having a multilayer structure by sandwiching.
As the base film layer, a uniaxially stretched film (film stretched in one direction) or a biaxially stretched film (film stretched in the vertical and horizontal directions) such as polyethylene, polypropylene, polyester, and nylon can be used. . As the intermediate layer, high density polyethylene film, biaxially oriented polypropylene film (OPP film), nylon film, ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer saponified product (EVOH), polyvinylidene chloride (PVDC), polyacrylonitrile (PAN), etc. Further, a vapor deposition layer of aluminum foil, silica, or the like can be used. Moreover, as a heat sealable sealant layer, unstretched polypropylene film (CPP), low density polyethylene (LDPE), linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE), or the like can be used. In addition, as for the thickness of the said packaging sheet S, 20-200 micrometers is common.
Further, as shown in FIG. 7, as the packaging sheet S, for example, the contents of an article to be packaged such as “milk caramel” or the like printed in advance on the outer surface of the packaging sheet S may be used. Further, a mark M may be attached to the side of the packaging sheet S with a predetermined interval (for example, an interval corresponding to the length of the sheet constituting one package). Such a mark M is detected by a phototube device (not shown) provided in the
Further, from the viewpoint of manufacturing management, as shown in FIG. 8, a mark M1 for controlling the operation timing of the folding means may be added. By attaching the mark M1, it is not necessary to align the position of the film with human eyes, and in addition, there is an advantage that the folding means can be operated at a position where the gusset is surely inserted even during the production.
In the case of the packaging sheet S shown in FIG. 8, the mark M is attached to one side of the packaging sheet S, and the mark M1 is attached to the other side. In this case, the mark M is attached at the same interval as the length of the sheet constituting one package, and the mark M1 is attached at an interval twice the length of the sheet constituting one package. Yes.
Further, as shown in FIG. 9, a short mark M in the width direction and a width in the width direction are provided on one side of the length direction of the packaging sheet S with an interval corresponding to the length of the sheet constituting one package. Long marks M2 may be alternately attached. In this case, the mark M2 is a mark obtained by combining the mark M and the mark M1 in the embodiment of FIG. 8, and is used for controlling the operation timing of the welding seal and also controls the operation timing of the folding means. Also used for.
Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 7, the printing is performed so as to be alternately reversed for each sheet constituting one package along the length direction of the package sheet S. In the case of this embodiment, “milk caramel” and the design representing its contents are printed in the horizontal direction at the lowermost part of the packaging sheet S, and the print printed on the upper side is the reverse of the lowermost printing. Further, printing in the same direction as the lowermost printing is performed above the printing.
Further, the
A former 31 is attached to the outer periphery above the
A
On the outer periphery of the
A pair of
The

Next, the manufacturing method of the package by this invention using the
First, the packaging sheet S is fed from the
In this state, the
Next, as shown in FIG. 1, the longitudinally sealed cylindrical packaging sheet S is pulled out by a predetermined length until it is positioned at the holding blocks 37, 37 where the
When the predetermined position of the packaging sheet S is pulled out until it is located in the holding
When the push-in operation of the
On the other hand, an upper packaging sheet S that is not filled with an article to be packaged is sealed at the lower end to form the
When the packing material has been filled, the
And this time, without performing the pushing-in operation of the
The said process is repeated and the
That is, in the case shown in FIG. 4, the lower end of the packaging sheet S located below the
Then, the wrapping sheet S is drawn downward again by the
Further, at the time of the next horizontal seal, the
As described above, in the present invention, when the packaging sheet S is welded by the
That is, when the packaging sheet S is welded in the lateral direction by the
When the
Moreover, when opening the
Furthermore, since the
INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY The present invention can be used for, for example, a manufacturing method and a manufacturing apparatus for a package filled with confectionery, processed food, agricultural products, and the like.
