Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a mounting method and a mounting structure for a vehicle back door module, and more particularly, a back door in which a back door wire harness routed to a back door of a vehicle and an electrical component attached to the back door are assembled in advance. A method and a structure in which modules can be easily attached to a back door in a vehicle assembly line in a lump.
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a back door wire harness is routed to a back door of a vehicle such as an automobile, and a plurality of electrical components are attached, and the back door wire harness is connected to these electrical components by connectors. If these back door wire harnesses and electrical components are individually attached in the vehicle assembly line, the number of man-hours in the vehicle assembly line will be very large. The assembly work to the back door in this vehicle assembly line must be performed with the back door opened upward and the worker facing upward, which makes it difficult to perform the work. There is a problem that the work efficiency becomes very poor when the number is increased.
Therefore, instead of attaching the wire harness and electrical parts individually to the back door in the vehicle assembly line, the back harness module and the required electrical parts are assembled in advance to produce a back door module. Proposals have been made to reduce the man-hours in the vehicle assembly line by assembling the door module to the back door.
For example, in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2002-225565 (Patent Document 1), as shown in FIG. The door module 4 is modularized, and the back door module 4 is attached to the
As described above, the electrical components and the wiring members are assembled in advance on the panel 1 and modularized, so that in the vehicle assembly line, only the back door module 4 is attached to the
However, when the back door module 4 is attached to the back door in the vehicle assembly line, as shown in FIG. 11, the back door module 4 is weighted by an operator with the
The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and eliminates the work of lifting the back door module attached to the back door of an automobile upward by the worker, thereby reducing the physical burden on the worker and improving the work efficiency. It is a problem to improve.
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention is pre-assembled with a back door wire harness routed to a back door of a vehicle and an electrical component connected to the back door wire harness and attached to the back door. Provide a back door module,
The vehicle is characterized in that the back door module is carried into the room from the outside through an opening surrounded by the window frame of the back door that is closed with respect to the vehicle body, and is attached to the frame on the indoor side of the back door. A method for attaching the back door module is provided.
According to the above method, since the vehicle back door module is carried into the room from the outside through the opening surrounded by the window frame portion of the closed back door module and attached to the back door, the worker faces the back door module upward. The physical burden can be reduced by simply lifting up to the waist where the window frame portion is provided. Thereby, the attachment operation | work of a back door module can be performed continuously for a long time, and work efficiency can be improved.
The back door module placed in the vehicle interior is temporarily fixed to the interior side of the back door, and then the back door is opened upward to operate the back door on the interior side that is the lower surface of the back door at the upper position. It is preferable that the door module is fixed by bolting.
Examples of the temporary fixing method of the back door module include the following modes.
(1) A part of the back door module carried into the vehicle interior is hooked and temporarily fixed on a hook portion for temporary fixing provided on the indoor side of the back door.
(2) A temporary fixing clamp provided in the back door module is inserted into a through hole provided in the frame of the back door and temporarily fixed.
(3) The temporarily fixing magnet provided in the back door module is magnetically attached to the metal frame of the back door and temporarily fixed.
That is, the entire process of mounting the back door module is not performed with the back door closed, but the simple operation of temporarily fixing the back door module by placing it on the interior side of the back door closed the back door. After being temporarily fixed and fixed, the back door is opened upward and the back door module is permanently fixed to the back door by bolting.
In this way, if the bolt tightening operation for permanently fixing the back door module to the back door is performed from the outdoor side with the back door closed, it is difficult to visually observe the bolt tightening position, but the back door is moved upward. When in the open state, the worker can easily perform the bolting operation while standing on the indoor surface side, which is the lower surface side of the back door, while visually observing the bolting position. This bolting work is an upward facing work, but since the back door module is temporarily fixed to the back door, there is no need for the operator to hold and support the back door module, and there is no physical burden. Therefore, work can be continued for a long time.
Since the back door is opened with the back door module temporarily fixed to the back door, it is necessary to prevent the back door module from falling even when the back door is opened. Therefore, as described in (1) above, when the back door module is hooked on the hook portion provided on the back door and temporarily fixed, the back door module is preferably elastically held between the hook portions.
When the back door module is temporarily fixed to the back door by clamping as described in (2) above, a clamp is provided integrally with the protector that covers the back door wire harness or a band is attached to the back door wire harness. Preferably, a clamp is attached.
Further, in combination with the temporary fixing, if the step door is provided with a step portion and the back door module is placed on the step portion, the back door module is temporarily fixed to the back door in a more stable state. Can be kept.
The back door module includes a wiper motor and a back door lock assembly as the electrical components, and the wiper motor and the back door lock assembly are fastened to a metal bracket with bolts.
It is preferable that the bracket of the back door module is fastened to the frame of the back door using the bolt.
According to the above configuration, when the bolt that fastens the electrical component to the bracket is also used as a bolt that fastens the bracket to the frame of the back door, the electrical component is fastened to the bracket in advance by bolting when the back door module is manufactured. Therefore, when the back door module is assembled to the back door, the back door module can be easily assembled to the back door only by tightening the bolt through the bolt hole formed in the frame.
Moreover, the number of bolts to be used can be reduced by sharing the bolts that fasten the electrical parts to the bracket as bolts that fasten the bracket to the metal frame of the back door.
If the bracket is made of metal, the wiper motor and the back door lock assembly are heavier among the electric parts attached to the back door. Large electric parts can be mounted in a stable state and modularized.
Moreover, this invention provides the structure which attached the said back door module to the said back door by the said method.
Specifically, a bracket that is bolted to the electrical components of the back door module is bolted and fixed to the frame of the back door, and the back door wire harness is covered with a protector provided on the back door module, while the wire harness on the vehicle body side And the connector is connected.
The electrical components of the back door module include a noise filter, a power back door buzzer, and a back door interior lamp, and these electrical components are installed below the window frame to which the back door glass is attached. It is preferable to tape-fix to the outer surface of this and connect to the branch line of the back door wire harness pulled out from this protector.
According to the above configuration, among the electrical components attached to the back door, a relatively lightweight noise filter, power back door buzzer, and back door indoor lamp can be easily fixed to the outer surface of the protector by tape winding and modularized. In addition, you may attach these noise filters, a power back door buzzer, and a back door interior lamp to the metal bar for a connection mentioned later.
In addition, since the electrical component is fixed to the protector passing through the branch line of the back door wire harness connected to the electrical component, it is possible to connect the branch line to the electrical component by drawing the branch line connected from the vicinity of the location where the electrical component is arranged. it can.
The fixing of the electrical component to the protector is not limited to tape winding, and a band may be wound around and fixed.
The protector has a horizontally long cylindrical shape, is provided with an opening / closing slit in the axial direction, and is formed of a resin molded in a shape having a hinge portion at a position opposite to the slit. It is preferable that the door wire harness is inserted.
Specifically, the protector has a hinge part molded with a soft resin and the other part is molded with a hard resin to form a two-color mold, and a slit facing the hinge part is pushed open to open the back door wire in the protector. The harness can be easily inserted.
Alternatively, the entire protector may be formed of a hard resin, and the hinge portion may be a thin hinge.
According to the said structure, since the protector which penetrates a back door wire harness is shape | molded by hard resin, a back door wire harness can be hold | maintained in a required shape by making this protector insert a back door wire harness. .
In addition, since the back door wire harness is held in the required shape as described above, it is easy to fix the back door wire harness to a bracket or a connecting metal bar described later, and the back door wire harness is not inserted into the protector. The number of clamps necessary for fixing can be reduced as compared with.
It is preferable that the protector is fixed to a connecting metal bar that connects the wiper motor fixing bracket and the door lock assembly fixing bracket.
Further, it is preferable that a locking hole is provided in a required portion of the connecting metal bar, and a clamp attached to the protector is inserted and locked in the locking hole to fix the protector to the connecting metal bar.
The protector in which the back door wire harness is inserted and the electrical component is fixed with tape is also increased in weight. According to the above configuration, the protector can be attached to the connecting metal bar in a stable state to produce the back door module. it can.
In addition, if the wiper motor fixing bracket and the door lock assembly fixing bracket are connected by a separate connecting metal bar, the connection metal can be changed when the wiper motor and the door lock assembly are rearranged. Only the bar needs to be changed, and the versatility of the wiper motor fixing bracket and the door lock assembly fixing bracket can be enhanced.
The connecting metal bar has a strip shape, and the width of the connecting metal bar is 10 to 50 mm so that an operator who assembles the back door module to the back door can hold one connecting metal bar with one hand. preferable.
The wiper motor fixing bracket, the door lock assembly fixing bracket, and the connecting metal bar may be integrally provided and formed from a single metal plate.
As described above, according to the present invention, the vehicular back door module is inserted into the room from the outside through the opening surrounded by the window frame portion with the back door in the closed position, and is attached to the back door. Therefore, the worker does not need to lift the back door module upward, and it is only necessary to lift the back door module to the waist where the window frame portion is provided, and the physical burden can be reduced. Thereby, the attachment operation | work of a back door module can be performed continuously for a long time, and work efficiency can be improved.

Next, the

The fastening between the

As shown in FIG. 7, the

Also by the above method, the
In this embodiment, the back door module is clamped and placed on the step portion. However, if the back door module can be sufficiently held only by the clamp, a step portion is provided on the inner panel. It does not have to be.
