上記メンバ部材の前面部の上縁と上記シートリテーナの上面部の前縁とを結合するとともに、上記メンバ部材の下面部の後縁と上記シートリテーナの後面部の下縁とを結合して上記リヤクロスメンバを閉断面構造となし、
リヤクロスメンバの左右の端末を左右のリヤサイドメンバに結合したことを特徴とする車体後部構造。
