Description

The present invention relates to a joint capable of attaching and detaching (detaching) a tubular body with a simple operation.

Conventionally, when fixing a metal fitting constituting a joint to a hose, the hose is inserted into a metal pipe formed on the metal fitting, and the pipe is fixed to the hose by using a crimping machine. Further, an O-ring or the like disposed inside the joint is used for sealing the hose and the joint (see, for example, Patent Document 1).

However, with such a metal fitting, a dedicated caulking machine for fixing the metal fitting to the hose is required, and the work of fixing takes time. Moreover, once the metal fitting is crimped on the hose, the metal fitting cannot be removed from the hose and reused. Furthermore, although the O-ring is liable to cause fluid leakage due to sag or flat deformation, it cannot be repaired because the metal fitting is crimped to the hose.

The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a joint capable of attaching and detaching (detaching) a tubular body such as a hose by a simple operation.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, a joint according to the first aspect of the present invention is a joint that is detachably fixed to a pipe body, the joint body inserted into the pipe body, and the joint body A projecting portion that projects from the peripheral surface of the tubular body and contacts the mouth of the tubular body to position the tubular body, a movable member that is provided and movable in the axial direction of the tubular body, and the projecting portion, An elastic first bag-like portion provided between the moving members and enclosing a fluid therein, and provided between the joint body and the tubular body, and enclosing the fluid therein A stretchable second bag-shaped portion communicating with the bag-shaped portion; and provided between the second bag-shaped portion and the tubular body, and presses the inner wall of the tubular body when the second bag-shaped portion is inflated. And a fixed claw for holding the same.

According to the first aspect of the present invention, the joint body is inserted into the tube body, and the tube body is positioned by the mouth portion of the tube body coming into contact with the protruding portion. Between the projecting portion and the moving member that moves in the axial direction of the tube body, an elastic first bag-like portion in which a fluid is sealed is provided, and when the moving member is moved in the direction of the projecting portion The first bag-like portion is crushed. A stretchable second bag-like portion communicating with the first bag-like portion is provided between the joint body and the tube body, and when the first bag-like portion is crushed, The fluid moves to the second bag-like portion, and the second bag-like portion expands. A fixed claw is provided between the second bag-like portion and the tube body, and the tubular body is held by the joint body when the fixed claw presses the inner wall of the tube body when the second bag-like portion is inflated. . For this reason, it becomes possible to firmly fix the tube body to the joint body.

Further, when the tubular body is detached from the joint body, the moving member is moved in a direction away from the protruding portion. Thereby, the internal pressure of the 2nd bag-like part falls, the pressing force of the fixed claw to the inner wall of the tube body is released, and the tube body can be pulled out from the joint body. Therefore, the tube body can be attached to and detached from the joint body by a simple operation.

The invention according to claim 2 is a joint that is detachably fixed to the pipe body, the joint main body inserted into the pipe body, an overhang from the peripheral surface of the joint main body, and the mouth of the pipe body A protruding portion that contacts the portion and positions the tube, a bent portion that extends from the protruding portion and is bent toward the outer peripheral side of the tube, and is movable in the axial direction of the tube. A movable member that can be fixed, a stretchable first bag-like portion that is provided between the protruding portion and the movable member, and in which a fluid is sealed, and provided between the joint body and the tubular body. A flexible inner bag-like portion in which a fluid is sealed and communicated with the first bag-like portion; an outer bag surface of the inner bag-like portion; and the tubular body. An inner fixing claw that presses and holds the inner wall of the tubular body when the portion is expanded, and is provided between the tubular body and the bent portion, A fluid-filled outer bag-shaped portion that communicates with the first bag-shaped portion, an inner circumferential surface of the outer bag-shaped portion, and the tubular body. And an outer fixed claw that presses and holds the outer wall of the tubular body during expansion.

According to the second aspect of the present invention, the stretchable inner bag-shaped portion that communicates with the first bag-shaped portion is provided between the joint main body and the pipe body, and the first member is moved by the movement of the moving member. When the bag-shaped portion is crushed, the fluid in the first bag-shaped portion moves to the inner bag-shaped portion, and the inner bag-shaped portion expands when the inner bag-shaped portion expands. An inner fixing claw is provided between the inner bag-like portion and the tube, and the inner fixing claw presses the inner wall of the tube. An elastic outer bag-like portion communicating with the first bag-like portion is provided between the tubular body and the bent portion extending from the protruding portion, and the first bag-like portion is crushed. Then, the fluid in the first bag-like portion moves to the outer bag-like portion, and the outer bag-like portion expands. An outer fixed claw is provided between the outer bag-like portion and the tube, and the outer fixed claw presses the outer wall of the tube when the outer bag-like portion is inflated. Thus, a pipe body is hold | maintained at a coupling main body by pinching and pressing a pipe body by an inner side fixed claw and an outer side fixed claw. For this reason, it becomes possible to firmly fix the tube body to the joint body.

Further, when the tubular body is detached from the joint body, the moving member is moved in a direction away from the protruding portion. As a result, the inner pressure of the inner bag-like portion is lowered, the pressing force of the inner fixing claw on the inner wall of the tube body is released, and the inner pressure of the outer bag-like portion is lowered, and the outer fixing claw is pushed to the outer wall of the tube body. The pressure is released. Thereby, it becomes possible to pull out the pipe body from the joint body. Therefore, the tube body can be attached to and detached from the joint body by a simple operation.

According to a third aspect of the present invention, in the joint according to the first or second aspect, the second bag-shaped portion, the inner bag-shaped portion, or the outer bag-shaped portion is an annular body, and is connected through a connecting pipe. The first bag-shaped portion communicates with the first bag-shaped portion.

According to invention of Claim 3, the fluid in a 1st bag-like part moves to the annular body which comprises a 2nd bag-like part, an inner side bag-like part, or an outer side bag-like part through a connection pipe, and an annular body is Inflate. For this reason, the fixing claw is pushed out in the radial direction by the annular body and presses the inner wall or the outer wall of the tubular body, so that the tubular body is reliably held.

According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, in the joint according to any one of the first to third aspects, the moving member is a nut that is screwed into a threaded portion of the peripheral surface of the joint body. It is characterized by that.

As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, a protrusion 26 is formed at the distal end of the joint body 12 on the second bag-like portion 20 side and projects radially outward from the end of the second bag-like portion 20. Yes. Further, a protective portion 16 </ b> A that is bent so as to cover the first bag-shaped portion 18 from the outside is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the nut 16.

As shown in FIG. 3 (A), the first bag-shaped portion 18 is formed of an annular body, and a small-diameter cylindrical male screw portion 18A is projected on the side surface. The male screw portion 18A is made of plastic, for example. In addition, a female screw portion (not shown) to which the male screw portion 18 </ b> A is fastened is provided at one end portion of the inner peripheral surface of the connecting pipe 22. Further, the second bag-shaped portion 20 is formed of a flat annular body, and similarly to the first bag-shaped portion 18, a small-diameter cylindrical male screw portion (not shown) protrudes from the side surface, and the inner circumference of the connecting pipe 22. Fastened to the female screw portion 22A formed at the other end of the surface. And as shown in FIG.3 (B), the external thread part of the 2nd bag-shaped part 20 is fastened to the internal thread part 22A of the connection pipe 22 in the fluid 24 with which the inside of the bathtub which is not shown in figure was filled, and the 1st bag The male screw portion 18 </ b> A of the shaped portion 18 is fastened to the female screw portion of the connecting pipe 22. As a result, the first bag-shaped portion 18, the second bag-shaped portion 20, and the connecting pipe 22 are integrated, and the fluid 24 is filled therein.

As the material of the expansion and contraction portions of the first bag-shaped portion 18, the second bag-shaped portion 20, and the connecting pipe 22, an elastic material such as rubber is used. For example, SBR, NBR, EPDM, silicone rubber, fluororubber, IIR ( Butyl rubber) and natural rubber are used. Moreover, as the fluid 24, a liquid, a fluid with high viscosity, etc. can be used. For example, as the fluid 24, silicone oil, mineral hydraulic oil, grease, or the like is used.

The joint 10 is made of metal such as stainless steel, but is not necessarily limited to metal, and may be made of plastic, for example. The hose 30 is made of rubber or resin.

Next, the operation of the joint 10 will be described.

As shown in FIG. 1, when the hose 30 is attached to the joint 10, the inside of the hose 30 is inserted outside the annular member 32 of the joint body 12. And the 1st bag-shaped part 18 is crushed by tightening the nut 16 to the direction of the protrusion part 14 (arrow A direction). As a result, as shown in FIG. 2, the fluid 24 in the first bag-shaped portion 18 moves to the second bag-shaped portion 20 through the connecting pipe 22, and the second bag-shaped portion 20 expands.

When the second bag-like portion 20 expands, the diameter of the annular member 32 is expanded, and the fixing claw 32A presses the inner wall of the hose 30, whereby the hose 30 is held by the joint body 12. The annular member 32 is stretchable, and the fixing claw 32A bites into the inner wall of the hose 30 and adheres firmly to the entire circumferential direction, so that the hose 30 and the joint 10 can be sealed.

On the other hand, when the hose 30 is detached from the joint 10, the nut 16 is turned in a direction away from the protruding portion 14 and returned to its original state. Thereby, the internal pressure of the 2nd bag-shaped part 20 falls, the pressing force of 32 A of fixed claws to the inner wall of the hose 30 is open | released, and the hose 30 can be extracted from the coupling main body 12. FIG.

In such a joint 10, a dedicated crimping machine for fixing to the hose 30 is not required, and the labor of the operation is reduced. Further, since the hose 30 is held by the fixing claw 32A of the annular member 32, the hose 30 is reliably held on the joint body 12. Further, the joint 10 can be attached to and detached from the hose 30 by a simple operation, and the joint 10 can be detached and reused. Furthermore, since the joint 10 and the hose 30 are sealed by the fixing claw 32A, it is possible to reduce the occurrence of fluid leakage due to sag or flat deformation when an O-ring is used. Even if the holding force of the joint 10 is reduced, the annular member 32 having the fixing claws 32A, the second bag-like portion 20, the first bag-like portion 18 and the like may be replaced, so that the repair becomes easy.

In addition, as shown in FIGS. 5A and 5B, a stretchable spherical first bag-like portion 42 may be used instead of the first bag-like portion 18 of the joint 10. By fastening the male screw portion 42A of the first bag-like portion 42 to the female screw portion 22A of the connecting tube 22, the second bag-like portion 20 and the first bag-like portion 42 are integrated via the connecting tube 22. . The first bag-like portion 42 is disposed inside the protection portion 16 </ b> A of the nut 16.

In the above embodiment, a plurality of the fixing claws 32A are formed on the peripheral surface of the stretchable annular member 32, but the present invention is not limited to this configuration. For example, the structure which forms the fixed nail | claw 32A in the surrounding surface of the curved piece divided | segmented into plurality, expands a curved piece to radial direction, and presses the inner wall of the hose 30 may be sufficient.

In addition, a 1st bag-like part and a 2nd bag-like part are not limited to the said shape. If it is the structure which extrudes a fixed nail | claw to the inner wall side of a hose by a 2nd bag-shaped part, it can set suitably.

FIG. 6 shows a joint 50 according to a second embodiment of the present invention.

In addition, the same code | symbol is attached | subjected to the member same as 1st Embodiment, and the overlapping description is abbreviate | omitted.

In the joint 50, a protruding portion 52 that protrudes from the peripheral surface of the joint body 12 is provided, and the hose 30 is positioned by bringing the mouth portion of the hose 30 into contact with the protruding portion 52. On the outer diameter side of the protruding portion 52, a bent portion 54 that is bent toward the outer peripheral side of the hose 30 is extended.

A stretchable inner bag-like portion 56 is disposed between the joint body 12 and the hose 30 on the side opposite to the nut 16 of the protruding portion 52. The first bag-like portion 18 and the inner bag-like portion 56 are communicated with each other by a stretchable connecting pipe 58. The connecting pipe 58 is penetrated through an opening 52 </ b> A formed at the base of the protrusion 52.

Further, a stretchable outer bag-like portion 60 is disposed between the hose 30 and the bent portion 54 on the side opposite to the nut 16 of the protruding portion 52. The first bag-like portion 18 and the outer bag-like portion 60 are communicated with each other by a stretchable connecting pipe 62. The connecting pipe 62 passes through an opening 52B formed in the projecting portion 52 in an oblique direction.

The first bag-shaped portion 18, the inner bag-shaped portion 56 and the outer bag-shaped portion 60 are filled with a fluid 24 having viscosity therein. The fluid 24 can move between the first bag-shaped portion 18 and the inner bag-shaped portion 56 through the connecting pipe 58, and between the first bag-shaped portion 18 and the outer bag-shaped portion 60, the connecting pipe. 62 is movable. That is, when the fluid 24 moves from the first bag-shaped portion 18 to the inner bag-shaped portion 56 and the outer bag-shaped portion 60, the inner bag-shaped portion 56 and the outer bag-shaped portion 60 are expanded.

Between the inner bag-like portion 56 and the hose 30, an inner annular member 64 having a plurality of inner fixing claws 64A that press the inner wall of the hose 30 when the inner bag-like portion 56 is inflated is disposed. Further, between the hose 30 and the outer bag-shaped portion 60, an outer annular member 66 having a plurality of outer fixing claws 66A that press the outer wall of the hose 30 when the outer bag-shaped portion 60 is inflated is disposed. As shown in FIGS. 8A and 8B, the inner annular member 64 and the outer annular member 66 are formed of a stretchable material, and the inner annular member 64 expands in the radial direction, thereby forming the outer annular member. The member 66 can be reduced in diameter in the radial direction.

As the material of the inner annular member 64 and the outer annular member 66, an elastic material such as rubber is used. For example, SBR, NBR, EPDM, silicone rubber, fluorine rubber, IIR (butyl rubber), natural rubber, or the like is used. . In addition, as a material for the expansion and contraction portions of the inner bag-like portion 56, the outer bag-like portion 60, the connecting tube 58, and the connecting tube 62, an elastic material such as rubber is used. For example, SBR, NBR, EPDM, silicone rubber, fluorine Rubber, IIR (butyl rubber), natural rubber, etc. are used.

In addition, a protruding portion 54 </ b> A is formed at the distal end of the bent portion 54 on the outer bag-like portion 60 side and projects in the radial direction outside the end portion of the outer bag-like portion 60.

Next, the operation of the joint 50 will be described.

As shown in FIG. 6, when the hose 30 is attached to the joint 50, the hose 30 is inserted between the inner annular member 64 and the outer annular member 66 of the joint body 12. And the 1st bag-shaped part 18 is crushed by tightening the nut 16 in the direction (arrow B direction) of the protrusion part 52. As a result, as shown in FIG. 7, the fluid 24 in the first bag-shaped portion 18 moves to the inner bag-shaped portion 56 through the connecting tube 58 and moves to the outer bag-shaped portion 60 through the connecting tube 62. Then, the inner bag-like portion 56 and the outer bag-like portion 60 expand.

When the inner bag-like portion 56 expands, the inner annular member 64 is expanded in diameter, and the inner fixing claw 64A presses the inner wall of the hose 30. Further, when the outer bag-like portion 60 is inflated, the outer annular member 66 is reduced in diameter, and the outer fixing claw 66A presses the outer wall of the hose 30. As a result, the hose 30 is held by the joint body 12 with the inner fixed claw 64A and the outer fixed claw 66A sandwiched therebetween.

The inner annular member 64 and the outer annular member 66 are stretchable, and the inner fixed claw 64A and the outer fixed claw 66A bite into the wall of the hose 30 so that they closely adhere to the entire circumferential direction. Can be sealed.

On the other hand, when the hose 30 is detached from the joint 50, the nut 16 is turned in a direction away from the protruding portion 52 and returned to its original state. Then, the internal pressure of the inner bag-like portion 56 and the outer bag-like portion 60 is lowered, and the pressing force of the inner fixing claw 64A and the outer fixing claw 66A on the hose 30 is released. Thereby, the hose 30 can be extracted from the joint body 12.

In such a joint 50, a dedicated crimping machine for fixing to the hose 30 becomes unnecessary, and the labor of the work is reduced. Further, since the hose 30 is sandwiched and held between the inner fixed claw 64A and the outer fixed claw 66A, the hose 30 is reliably held on the joint body 12. Furthermore, since the joint 10 and the hose 30 are sealed by the inner fixing claw 64A and the outer fixing claw 66A, it is possible to reduce the occurrence of fluid leakage due to sag and flat deformation when an O-ring is used.

In addition, an inner side bag-like part and an outer side bag-like part are not limited to the said shape. The inner fixing claw can be appropriately set as long as the inner fixing claw is pushed out to the inner wall side of the hose by the inner bag-like portion and the outer fixing claw is pushed out to the outer wall side of the hose by the outer bag-like portion.

FIG. 9 shows a joint 80 according to a third embodiment of the present invention.

In addition, the same code | symbol is attached | subjected to the member same as 1st Embodiment and 2nd Embodiment, and the overlapping description is abbreviate | omitted.

The joint 80 is formed with a long male screw 84 in the axial direction in which the nut 16 is screwed onto the peripheral surface of the joint body 12. On the opposite side of the nut 16 from the first bag-shaped portion 18, a lock nut 82 is fastened to the male screw 84 as a detent for the nut 16 when the nut 16 is moved toward the protruding portion 14. The lock nut 82 prevents the nut 16 from loosening to the opposite side to the first bag-like portion 18 due to an external force when the joint 80 is used, and prevents the hose 30 from being inadvertently detached from the joint 80.

FIG. 10 shows a joint 90 according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention.

In addition, the same code | symbol is attached | subjected to the member same as 3rd Embodiment from 1st Embodiment, and the overlapping description is abbreviate | omitted.

In the joint 90, a resin collar 92 that can move in the direction of crushing the first bag-like portion 18 is extrapolated on the peripheral surface of the joint body 12. Further, a resin-made color lock 94 protrudes from the peripheral surface of the joint body 12 at a position facing the collar 92 and the first bag-shaped portion 18. The outer peripheral side of the color lock 94 is bent in the direction of the first bag-like portion 18, and an engaging claw 94A is formed on the inner diameter side of the tip. Further, the outer peripheral portion of the collar 92 protrudes in the upper direction of the first bag-shaped portion 18, and an engaging groove 92 </ b> A for engaging the engaging claw 94 </ b> A is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the protruding portion. As the material of the collar 92 and the color lock 94, for example, a resin such as PP, polybutylene terephthalate, or POM is used.

In this joint 90, as shown in FIGS. 10 and 11, the first bag 18 is crushed by moving the collar 92 in the direction of the color lock 94 (arrow C direction), and the fluid 24 is connected to the connecting pipe. 22 moves and the 2nd bag-shaped part 20 expand | swells. When the annular member 32 is expanded in diameter by the second bag-shaped portion 20 and the hose 30 is held by the fixed claw 32A, the engagement claw 94A of the color lock 94 is elastically deformed into the engagement groove 92A of the collar 92. Engaged and the collar 92 is locked.

In such a joint 90, the joint 90 can be fixed to the hose 30 with one touch by moving the collar 92 in the direction of the collar lock 94 and engaging the engaging claw 94A with the engaging groove 92A. Further, when the joint 90 is used, the engagement claw 94A and the engagement groove 92A are not disengaged and the collar 92 does not move to the opposite side of the first bag-shaped portion 18, and the hose 30 is not connected to the joint body 12.
