基部が内視鏡の処置具挿通チャンネルの入口部分に取り付けられる筒状の鉗子栓本体と、上記鉗子栓本体の突端入口部に着脱自在に取り付けられる蓋体とが共に弾力性のある部材により形成されて、上記処置具挿通チャンネルに挿通される処置具により押し開かれる閉鎖膜が上記鉗子栓本体と上記蓋体とに設けられた内視鏡の鉗子栓であって、
上記鉗子栓本体の外周面に円周溝が形成されて、上記鉗子栓本体の周囲を囲む状態に蓋体側から突設された環状壁の先端部分に上記円周溝に対して係脱自在な環状の内方突起が突出形成され、上記蓋体の内方突起部分を、弾性変形させて上記鉗子栓本体の外周面に沿わせて押し広げた状態でスライドさせることにより上記円周溝に係合させるようにした内視鏡の鉗子栓において、
上記蓋体の内方突起部分を弾性変形させて上記鉗子栓本体の外周面に沿ってスライドさせる際に上記蓋体の環状壁で囲まれた空間と外部とを連通させて上記空間内の空気を外部に排出させる通気溝を、上記内方突起部分に設けたことを特徴とする内視鏡の鉗子栓。
