Abstract
【解決手段】リニアモータ1及びこれを用いたリニア圧縮機100は、巻回されたコイル10を有するボビン2が設けられたアウタコア20の、コイル10に通電することにより、インナコア40が被運動体30と一緒に直線往復動可能に設置されると共に、その外周面にマグネット挿入溝38が形成されて、マグネット50がマグネット挿入溝38に挿設される。

ここで、Brは、マグネット内の磁束密度(固有性質)であり、tは、マグネットの厚さであり、2(g1+g2+t)は、リニアモータの空隙である。

Claims (8)
- ボビンと、
前記ボビンに巻線されたコイルと、
前記ボビンに設置されたアウタコアと、
被運動体と一緒に直線往復動可能に設置され、外周面にマグネット挿入溝が形成されたインナコアと、
前記マグネット挿入溝に挿設されたマグネットとを備えることを特徴とするリニアモータ。 - 前記マグネット挿入溝が、前記インナコアの外周面に沿って円筒状に形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のリニアモータ。
- 前記マグネット挿入溝の入口部が、前記マグネットよりも大きく拡張されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のリニアモータ。
- 前記マグネット挿入溝の入口部が、前記マグネットが最大のストロークであるとき、前記アウタコアのポールを超える位置まで形成されたことを特徴とする請求項3に記載のリニアモータ。
- 前記マグネット挿入溝の入口部が、前記インナコアのポールの端部まで形成されたことを特徴とする請求項3に記載のリニアモータ。
- 前記被運動体がピストンである請求項1から5の何れか1項に記載のリニアモータと、
前記ピストンが直線往復動可能に設置されたシリンダと、
とを備えることを特徴とするリニア圧縮機。 - 前記リニアモータがアウタカバーとシリンダブロックに挟持されると共に、前記シリンダが前記シリンダブロックに取り付けられ、前記ピストン内に流路、前記ピストンと前記シリンダとの間には開閉弁を介して圧縮室が形成されて、リニア圧縮部が構成されていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のリニア圧縮機。
- 前記リニア圧縮部がシェル内に浮動保持されており、前記リニア圧縮部の流体吸入口が前記シェルに設けられた吸入管に接続され、前記リニア圧縮部の前記圧縮室に隣接する吐出弁アセンブリの吐出管が管路により前記シェルから引き出されることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のリニア圧縮機。
