In this case, as described in claim 2, the lower running portion of the endless belt is accommodated in a cylindrical or lower opening cylindrical lower case, and the lower running portion is formed in a bowl shape having a lower opening along the shape of the lower case. It can also be made to deform. According to a third aspect of the present invention, a relief portion for avoiding contact with the back surface of the endless belt is formed on the inner surface of both end edges in the axial direction of the upper case and / or the lower case. In addition, the relief portion of the lower belt case can be formed on the outer side ascending slope so that the endless belt can be prevented from being damaged by contact with the upper belt case and the lower belt case.

The belt conveyor device according to claim 1 of the present application has the following effects.
(1) Since the upper traveling portion of the endless belt is automatically deformed along the shape of the upper case having a cylindrical shape or an upper opening cylindrical shape, there is no need to use an auxiliary roller for deforming the upper traveling portion. , Simple structure, easy assembly, disassembly, maintenance, etc., making it less likely to cause failure or trouble.
(2) Since the upper running part of the endless belt is automatically deformed along the shape of the upper case that is a cylinder or an upper opening cylinder, the shape (powder, granular, lump), size, etc. of the conveyed article In addition, it is possible to change the inner diameter (curved shape) of the upper traveling portion of the endless belt only by changing the inner diameter of the upper case, and it is possible to provide a belt conveyor device suitable for the conveyed article.
(3) Since the upper case has a cylindrical shape or a cylindrical shape with an upper opening, the existing pipe can be used as it is, or a part of the existing pipe can be cut and used, and the cost is greatly reduced.
(4) Since the upper traveling portion of the endless belt has a bowl shape with an upper opening, rigidity is generated in the upper traveling portion and is less likely to be deformed as compared to a flat plate shape, and slack and meandering are less likely to occur during traveling.
(5) When the upper case has a cylindrical shape with an upper opening, since the endless belt in the upper case can be taken out from the upper opening, it is easy to replace the endless belt or to attach and detach the endless belt during cleaning.
(6) When the upper case is cylindrical, the dust generated from the conveyed object is hardly scattered to the outside, and the sanitary belt conveyor device does not contaminate the work environment.

The belt conveyor device according to claim 2 of the present application has the following effects in addition to the above effects.
(1) The lower traveling part of the endless belt is also automatically deformed along the shape of the lower case, which is a cylinder or a cylinder with a lower opening, so it is necessary to use an auxiliary roller for curving the lower traveling part Nor. For this reason, the upper traveling portion and the lower traveling portion of the endless belt are both accommodated in the case, and are reduced in size and size, and can be installed in a reduced space.
(2) Since the lower traveling portion of the endless belt is also deformed into a bowl shape with a lower opening, the lower traveling portion is also rigid, and is less likely to be deformed than a flat plate, so that slack and meandering are less likely to occur during traveling. .
(3) When the lower case has a cylindrical shape with a lower opening, since the endless belt in the lower case can be taken out from the lower opening, it is easy to replace the endless belt and to attach / detach the endless belt during cleaning.
