上記組付部30における車両用内装材の組付方法は次の通りである。
先ず、一方の部品であるアームレスト20側に設けられた爪部31を、他方の部品であるドアトリム基材10側に設けられた爪係合面32に係合させる。
爪部31を爪係合面32に係合させるときには、爪部31に設けられた配設部31eにボス部33を位置させる。
上記工程では、ドアトリム基材10とアームレスト20の外観を目視しながら取り付けを行う。

本発明では、爪部31とタッピングねじ34の両方による固定を行う構成であるため、爪部31とタッピングねじ34による固定方法を使い分けることにより、部材によって、最適な強度で、効率良く、車両用内装材の組み付けを行うことが可能となる。

少なくとも二つの部品からなる車両用内装材であって、
一方の部品側に設けられた爪部と、他方の部品側に設けられた前記爪部の係合部と、該係合部に隣接して設けられたボス部と、を備え、
前記ボス部に、前記爪部と前記ボス部の端部に押圧される固着部材が配設されて組み付けられたことを特徴とする車両用内装材。
