Description

The present invention has an infusion bag, in particular, a plurality of storage chambers partitioned by a partition portion that can be opened for use, and the partition portion is formed by pressing at least one of the plurality of storage chambers with a palm or the like during use. The present invention relates to an infusion bag in which the contents stored in each of the plurality of storage chambers are mixed by opening and communicating with the plurality of storage chambers.

This type of conventional infusion bag is also referred to as a double bag, a multi-chamber container, etc., but is not used without opening the partition, that is, without mixing the contents of a plurality of storage chambers. Various unmixing prevention mechanisms have been devised.

As such an unmixing prevention mechanism, for example, a suspension hole for suspending the infusion bag is covered with a protective member, and the protective member is opened to the liquid medicine from the storage chamber adjacent to the suspension hole by opening the partition portion. A mechanism (Patent Document 1) or the like that can be removed from the suspension hole by moving it to a storage chamber is known.
JP 2005-245679 A

However, in the conventional non-mixing prevention mechanism, the protective member covers the entire one accommodating portion, and thus becomes large and bulky. For this reason, problems such as high costs, disadvantages in conveyance, difficulty in folding the infusion bag, and increase in waste capacity arise.

Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide an infusion bag including an unmixing prevention mechanism, which can solve the above-described conventional problems.

In order to achieve the above object, an infusion bag according to the present invention includes a bag body having a plurality of storage chambers partitioned by a partition portion that can be opened for use, and a note attached to one longitudinal end of the bag body. An infusion bag comprising an outlet, a hanging portion provided at the other longitudinal end of the bag body, and a sandwiching body sandwiched between the bag body, wherein the infusion bag is the sandwiching body The bag body further includes a stopper that prevents the bag body from being pulled out from the other side end in the longitudinal direction. The bag body contains at least a liquid agent in a first storage chamber adjacent to the hanging portion, and the holding bodies are connected to each other. A pair of sandwiching pieces and a covering portion covering the hanging portion, and the pair of sandwiching pieces are disposed on the other side of the first storage chamber so that the covering portion covers the hanging portion. Placed across the body, The gap between the pair of sandwiching pieces allows the sandwiching body to slide on the first housing chamber in the longitudinal direction by opening a partition that divides the first housing chamber in which the liquid agent is housed. It is formed in such a dimension, The said clamping body is comprised so that the said suspension part may be exposed by moving to the said one side.

As described above, since the covering portion of the sandwiching body covers the hanging portion before the opening of the partition that divides the first storage chamber, the infusion bag cannot be hung and the liquid before mixing is administered to the patient. Can not. In addition, since the infusion bag has a stopper that prevents the holding body from being pulled out from the other longitudinal end of the bag body, the holding body is placed on the other side of the first storage chamber adjacent to the hanging portion. The arranged state can be maintained. This does not affect the folding of the infusion bag and does not affect the conveyance. In addition, since the distance between the sandwiching body and the hanging portion can be shortened, it is not necessary to enlarge the covering portion for covering the hanging portion, and the cost can be reduced. Furthermore, since it is comprised so that a hanging part may be exposed only by moving to one side, without removing a clamping body after the 1st storage chamber opening, generation | occurrence | production of the unnecessary thing in a medical field can also be reduced.

Moreover, the said clamping body may be provided with the uneven | corrugated | grooved part in the surface which contact | connects the said bag main body of the said clamping piece so that it can slide easily in a vertical direction. By forming the concavo-convex portion in this way, the sandwiching body can move smoothly on the bag body. In addition, it is preferable that this uneven | corrugated | grooved part is extended in the vertical direction.

Further, the bag main body may be provided with a scale for measuring the internal volume in the storage chamber. By moving the holding body to the one side in the vertical direction while holding the bag body, the liquid agent in the bag body can be forcibly moved to the spout side. The remaining amount of liquid in the bag body can be measured.

Moreover, the said clamping body may have a finger hook part which can provide the tractive force at the time of sliding this clamping body to a vertical direction. The holding body can be slid more easily.

In the claims and the specification, the “vertical direction” means the vertical direction when the infusion bag is hung on a dedicated hook called an infusion stand, and “crossing” means “vertical direction”. It means to extend in the direction that intersects.

According to the present invention, the liquid agent before mixing is not administered to the patient, and the infusion bag can be reduced in size, cost, and easy transportation.

A preferred embodiment of an infusion bag according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. In addition, the same code | symbol was attached | subjected to the same component through the whole figure.

The infusion bag 1 includes a bag body 5 having a plurality of storage chambers 3 and 4 partitioned by a partition 2 that can be opened for use, a spout 6 attached to one longitudinal end of the bag body 5, a bag A hanging part 11 provided at the other longitudinal end of the main body 5, a sandwiching body 7 sandwiched by the bag body 5, and the sandwiching body 7 prevent the bag body 5 from being detached from the other longitudinal end. And a stopper 10 to be used. In the figure, reference numeral 8 denotes a seal for guaranteeing unopening.

The bag body 5 has a liquid agent stored in at least the first storage chamber 4 adjacent to the hanging portion 11, and the other storage chamber 3 has a case where a liquid agent is stored and a case where a powder agent is stored. There is.

The partition part 2 is formed by heat sealing in the illustrated example. The peripheral part 5a of the bag body 5 is also heat-sealed. However, the heat seal of the partition part 2 has weaker sealing strength than the heat seal of the peripheral part 5a, so that any one of the storage chambers 3 and 4 The inner pressure is increased and the circuit is opened by pressing the button with a palm or the like. In addition, the partition part 2 can replace the heat seal and can use the kind of sealable zipper.

The sandwiching body 7 includes a pair of sandwiching pieces 7 a and 7 b connected to each other and a covering portion 9 that covers the hanging portion 11. The pair of sandwiching pieces 7a and 7b are arranged so as to cross the bag body 5 on the other side of the first storage chamber 4 (see FIG. 1). In this state, the covering portion 9 of the sandwiching body 7 is a hanging portion. 11 is covered. A gap 7c between the pair of sandwiching pieces 7a and 7b is formed so that the partitioning body 2 that defines the first storage chamber 4 in which the liquid agent is stored opens the first storage chamber 4 so that the sandwiching body 7 extends vertically from the bag body 5. It is formed in such a size as to be slidable in one direction (the lower side in FIG. 1). The gap 7c can be changed as appropriate depending on the size and thickness of the bag body 5, the amount of the liquid agent accommodated, and the like. It can be set so that the sandwiching body 7 cannot be slid. The gap 7c does not need to have the same dimension over the entire length of the sandwiching pieces 7a and 7b, and can be gradually narrowed from one end to the other end, or in the middle of the lengths of the sandwiching pieces 7a and 7b. Various modes can be adopted such as widening in the vicinity and narrowing toward both ends. In order to more reliably prevent the holding body 7 from moving to one side in the vertical direction, the width of the holding body 7 in the vertical direction is set to the first storage chamber in which the liquid agent is stored in consideration of the volume capacity of the storage chamber. The size of the holding member is appropriately designed to be slidable on one side in the vertical direction on the first storage chamber by opening the partition portion for partitioning, but may be, for example, 5 to 70 mm.

Here, the sandwiching body 7 can be formed of plastic, metal, or the like, but the material is not particularly limited as long as it has a desired strength. Further, by providing vertical embossments (such as ridges or ribs extending in the sliding direction) on the inner surfaces of the sandwiching pieces 7a and 7b, that is, the surface in contact with the bag body 5, or by forming minute irregularities ( (Not shown), the contact area with the infusion bag can be reduced to facilitate sliding.

In addition, the sandwiching body 7 can be attached later after the bag body 5 in which the liquid agent or the like is accommodated in the storage chambers 3 and 4 and the spout 6 is attached, and can be attached to the bag body 5 by retrofitting. For example, both ends of the holding pieces 7a and 7b are connected by a known means such as fitting and fusion in a state where the bag body 5 is held by the pair of holding pieces 7a and 7b, or one end is connected by a hinge There is a method in which the other end of the bag body 5 is connected by a known means such as fitting or fusion while the bag body 5 is held between the pair of connected holding pieces 7a and 7b. By adopting such a retrofitting configuration, an infusion bag manufactured by a conventional method (without a clamping body) can be used, so that it can be manufactured without changing the production facility on a large scale. There is a merit that you can.

The stopper portion 10 can be constituted by a protrusion formed on the peripheral edge portion 5a on the other longitudinal side of the bag body 5. In the example shown in FIG. 1, the protrusion which comprises the stopper part 10 is formed of the button fixed to the peripheral part 5a.

Next, a method for using the infusion bag configured as described above will be described.

In the state where the partition portion 2 is not opened, the holding body 7 is prevented from moving to one side by adjusting the gap between the holding pieces 7a and 7b based on the thickness of the first storage chamber 4. Further, the stopper 10 prevents the movement to the other side. Therefore, the sandwiching body 7 maintains a state in which the covering portion 9 covers the hanging portion 11 (see FIG. 1).

And when using, the partition part 2 is opened by pressing at least one of the storage chambers 3 or 4 by hand. As described above, since the partition portion 2 is opened, the liquid agent can be circulated from the first storage chamber 4 to the storage chamber 3, and the volume of the storage chamber is increased due to the opening of the partition portion 2. The thickness of the first storage chamber 4 is reduced, and the holding body 7 can move on the first storage chamber 4 to one side in the vertical direction. Here, when the clamping body 7 is moved to one side, the hanging portion 11 is exposed (see FIG. 2). Thus, since the hanging part 11 was exposed, it becomes possible to suspend the infusion bag 1 on the infusion stand and administer the liquid agent to the patient.

As mentioned above, although embodiment of this invention was described, this invention is not limited to these, A various change is possible unless it deviates from the meaning of this invention.

For example, the clamping body 7 moves the liquid agent in the storage chamber to one side while sliding the bag body 5 between the pair of clamping pieces 7a and 7b after the partition part 2 is opened. An internal pressure can be generated in the accommodation chamber on the spout 6 side from the position of the holding body 7. Accordingly, the shape of the storage chamber on the side of the spout 6 from the position of the holding body 7 can be substantially specified according to the amount of the liquid agent, and a level height corresponding to the amount of the liquid agent can be obtained. By attaching the scale, the remaining amount of the liquid agent can be accurately measured by combining the scale with the lower end or the upper end of the sandwiching body 7. In addition, by making the sandwiching body 7 transparent and adding a scale to the sandwiching body 7, the scale of the bag body 5 sandwiched between the sandwiching body 7 and flattened with the scale of the sandwiching body 7, Furthermore, the remaining amount of the liquid agent can be accurately measured.

Moreover, in the said embodiment, although the both ends of a pair of clamping piece 7a, 7b are connected, not only that but only the one end is connected, and the other end is like the change aspect shown, for example in FIG. What is necessary is just to be set as the structure which the clamping body 7 does not pull out from the other end by setting it as the shape turned up without connecting.

Moreover, the protrusion which comprises the stopper part 10 is not restricted to the form which protrudes on the surface of the peripheral part 5a as shown in the said embodiment, For example, as shown in FIG. It can also be formed by forming the end sideways. The form of the stopper part 10 should just be the structure which can stop the sliding of the clamping body 7, and is not specifically limited to a protrusion. For example, a mixed injection port (not shown) similar to the injection port 6 may be provided in the upper (the other side in the vertical direction) storage chamber, and this can also be used as a stopper portion.

In the example illustrated in FIGS. 1 to 4, the example in which the partition 2 extends in the horizontal direction has been described. However, the present invention can also be applied to an example in which the partition 2 extends in the vertical direction as illustrated in FIG. 5. It is. In this example, it is preferable that the liquid agent is stored in both of the storage chambers 3 and 4, but if the covering portion 9 of the holding body 5 covers the hanging portion 11, the storage chambers 3 and 4 are retained. It is sufficient that the liquid agent is accommodated in at least one of the above.

In addition, the sandwiching body 7 may be provided with various options such as a finger hole (not shown) for facilitating sliding and a lateral rib for increasing the strength.

As is apparent from the above description, according to the infusion bag according to the present invention, the holding body covers the hanging portion with the covering portion unless the accommodation chamber in which the liquid agent is accommodated is opened. Therefore, it is possible to reliably prevent the medicine in the accommodation chamber from being administered to the patient when the accommodation chamber is not opened. Furthermore, the structure is simple and can be manufactured at low cost. Since the sandwiching body is configured to be disposed on the other side of the first storage chamber adjacent to the hanging portion, it can be reduced in size and bulk as compared with the conventional case.
