Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a lower limb orthosis used as an assisting device during walking, and a planter for a lower limb orthosis used for a lower limb orthosis.
There are cases where the ankle joint cannot be moved freely on its own will due to cerebral overflow, cerebral infarction, radial paralysis due to trauma, or a congenital disease. Since a patient with this disorder cannot walk well, a lower limb orthosis is generally used as an auxiliary device. As a case, hemiplegia in which one leg is paralyzed is the most, and walking training using the lower limb orthosis is recommended in order to realize a healthy walking.
The lower limb orthosis includes a type that fixes the ankle, a type that assists the movement of the ankle, a type that is integrated with the shoe (hereinafter sometimes referred to as a shoe integrated type), and a type that wears the shoe from above the lower limb orthosis ( Various types have been proposed, which may be referred to as an internal mounting type hereinafter.
Among these, for example, a type in which a cloth band is attached to a synthetic resin main body that covers the bottom surface of the foot to the inflated shin surface has been proposed (for example, see Patent Documents 1 and 2). The synthetic resin material of the lower limb orthosis body generally has a low frictional resistance, and when inserted into the shoe with the lower limb orthosis attached to the foot, the synthetic resin body is used as a cloth in the shoe. It slides smoothly when touching, and you can easily wear shoes.
Although the lower limb orthosis according to various life scenes has been proposed as described above, it is necessary to change to another lower limb orthosis each time when going out with shoes and walking indoors. Since it is complicated and it is necessary to prepare a plurality of types of lower limb orthosis, it imposes an economic burden on the user.
Therefore, it has been attempted to put on shoes from the back rubber type. However, when the shoes are put on, there is a problem that the rubber sheet on the back side rubs against the inner surface of the shoes and this causes frictional resistance, which makes it hard to wear. In particular, it is desirable for a user who has been paralyzed due to cerebral infarction or the like to easily operate not only his feet but also his hands.
The present invention has been made paying attention to the circumstances as described above, and its purpose is not to be slippery when walking indoors, and the lower limb that can be worn smoothly when wearing shoes from above. An object of the present invention is to provide an orthosis and a planter for lower limb orthosis.
From the viewpoint of operability when wearing shoes as described above, it is better that the bottom back surface of the foot rest is slippery, but when walking with the lower limb orthosis without wearing shoes, the bottom back surface slips. The harder is better. As a result of intensive studies by the present inventors regarding this conflicting request, (1) in the operation of wearing a shoe, the part that contacts the inner surface of the shoe is the side edge part of the left and right (inside / outside of the foot) of the bottom surface. (2) When walking, especially where the grip force with the floor surface is required, the heel part and the metatarsal proximal phalanx joint (hereinafter referred to as the MP joint) (3) In addition, the present inventors have found that the entire range of these portions does not necessarily need to be non-slip.
A plantar placement body for a lower limb orthosis according to the present invention made from such a viewpoint is a plantar placement body used for a lower limb orthosis for placing a sole, and the bottom back surface of the plantar placement body Comprises an anti-slip portion and an easy-slip portion, and the anti-slip portion is at least one of the second to fourth fingers, the metatarsal proximal phalanx joint position, and the heel rear part excluding the left and right side edge positions of the heel ~ It is formed in the back surface position, The said easy slip part is formed in the right-and-left both-sides edge position covering the full length of the said bottom back surface, It is characterized by the above-mentioned. The above-mentioned “back of the heel” is a portion of the back of the heel on the bottom back surface, and does not mean a position that rises to the Achilles tendon side beyond the bottom back surface.
A lower limb orthosis according to the present invention is characterized by comprising the above-mentioned sole placement body and a lower leg appendage that supports a lower leg part.
FIG. 1 [(a) is a bottom surface for explaining the location of the slippery portion on the bottom back surface of the sole mounting body in relation to the sole, with respect to the placement location of the non-slip portion and the easy slip portion on the bottom back surface. FIG. 4B is a bottom view for explaining the location of the non-slip portion on the bottom rear surface of the sole placement body. In FIG. 1, the shape of the foot is drawn in order to make it easy to understand the position of the MP joint and the position of the finger pad.
The slippery portion needs to be formed over the entire length of the bottom back surface at least at the left and right side edge positions on the bottom back surface (locations D and E shown in FIG. 1A). When wearing shoes, first insert the tip of the foot from the ankle opening of the shoe, then proceed in the longitudinal direction of the foot (longitudinal direction), and finally insert the heel part, at that time D, E locations Will rub against the inner surface of the shoe. And since this rubbing part is an easy-slip part, it can wear shoes smoothly.
Although the back of the heel is a non-slip part, there is a concern that this may become a resistance when the heel is inserted into the shoe, but the back of the heel is gripped with the floor when walking as described below. Since this is a place where force is required, it is not appropriate to make this whole part slippery. Although the anti-slip part is arranged in the heel part, the left and right side edge positions of the heel part are easy-sliding parts, so that sliding into the shoe can be performed relatively well. The operation of inserting the part is an operation of pulling up the center of the back of the shoe (the position of the Achilles tendon), and the heel can be inserted relatively easily, so that the operability of wearing the shoe is not adversely affected.
The range of the left and right side edge positions forming the easy-sliding portion is preferably a range of 4 mm or more (indicated by width W) inward from the left and right side ends. More preferably, it is 5 mm or more. However, from the viewpoint of securing the anti-slip portion between the rear portion of the heel and the back surface of the heel, the range of the easy-slip portion between the rear portion of the heel and the back surface of the heel (the range indicated by the widths W 1 and W 2 in FIG. 1A). Is preferably 15 mm or less from the left and right ends.
As the non-slip portion, at least one metatarsal proximal phalanx joint position (at least a part of the position A shown in FIG. 1B) of at least one of the second to fourth fingers on the bottom back surface, and It is necessary to form in the rear part of the heel to the rear face position of the heel (excluding the entire area B shown in FIG. 1B) excluding the left and right side edge positions. In FIG. 1B, the range of wrinkles is indicated by a two-dot chain line.
Basically, the body support on the sole of the foot is based on a total of 3 points, 2 points on the MP joint and the heel. When walking, first put the heel on the floor and then put the weight on the entire sole. Next, the operation of raising the kite and stepping back and kicking out with the MP joint is performed.
As for the heel among the three points of the above support, grip force is required in the first heel-contacting scene and the sole-full-face contact scene, but at this time, the slipper is not necessarily provided on the entire heel surface. However, if 40% (area ratio) or more of them are non-slip parts, the anti-slip part will be a frictional resistance and can catch the floor, so there is no anti-slip part at the left and right side edge positions. But there is almost no trouble. In particular, when the front part of the heel is grounded, the rear part of the heel is also grounded at the same time. Therefore, if a non-slip part is formed at the rear part of the heel, the front part of the heel is not necessarily slippery. It need not be part. On the other hand, for the back of the heel and the back of the heel, a grip force is required in the scene of heel contact during walking. Therefore, as described above, the anti-slip portion is formed at the rear portion of the heel to the rear surface of the heel except for the left and right side edge positions of the heel.
Next, the two support points of the MP joint will be described. These two support points are required to have a gripping force with the floor surface in the scene where the sole of the foot is in contact with the ground during walking and in the scene of stepping back and kicking out. Because the two support points hit the floor at the same time, it is not always necessary to provide anti-slip as two separate points, and the entire range of the MP joint need not be anti-slip, at least If the MP joint position of one finger is a non-slip part, the anti-slip part of the MP joint of the one or more fingers is a frictional resistance in the above-mentioned ground contact surface and stepping back / kicking out scenes. Thus, walking can be performed smoothly. From this point of view, as described above, an anti-slip portion is formed at the MP joint position of at least one of the second to fourth fingers.
In addition, it is preferable that the non-slip portion is formed in 60% (area ratio) or more of the entire range of the second to fourth finger MP joint positions (A range shown in FIG. 1B). This is because the grip force to the floor surface during walking increases.
As described above, by arranging the non-slip part and the easy-slip part at a predetermined place on the bottom back surface, the operation of putting on shoes is easy and the floor surface is gripped when walking with the lower limb orthosis. I can walk.
About the said non-slip | skid part, a slip resistance coefficient (The coefficient (henceforth a CSR value may be called hereafter) measured by the JIS A1454 high tension type flooring material test method slip performance test)) is 0.45. This is recommended. C. for shoe sole materials. S. This is because an R value of 0.45 or more is considered difficult to slip. In addition, from the point that the grip power to the floor surface increases, C.I. S. A higher R value is preferable, but generally, if the grip force is too high, wear tends to occur and the durability of the non-slip portion tends to be inferior. S. The R value is preferably 1.0 or less.
For easy-slip parts, C.I. S. It is recommended that the R value be 0.2 or less. In general, since it is said that it is easy to slip when it is 0.2 or less, if it is about this level, a high frictional resistance is hardly generated with respect to a general shoe inner surface, and the operation of wearing shoes can be performed smoothly. Because. C. of slippery part S. The R value is more preferably 0.1 or less.
In addition, in the present invention, the anti-slip portion is a finger pad position of at least one of the first to fifth fingers (of C 1 , C 2 , C 3 , C 4 , C 5 shown in FIG. 1B). It is preferable that it is formed in at least one of the locations.
When kicking out during walking, the finger pad part also contributes to the kicking out action. Therefore, if a non-slip part is formed at the finger pad position, it can be expected that walking can be performed more smoothly. However, with respect to the finger pad portion (C 1 ) of the first finger and the finger pad portion (C 5 ) of the fifth finger, as shown by C 1 and C 5 in FIG. The non-slip portion is not formed in the case. As described above, this position is a place that often rubs against the inner surface of the shoe when the shoe is worn, and if a non-slip portion is formed at this position, the shoe may be difficult to wear.
Furthermore, in the present invention, it is preferable that the anti-slip portion projects beyond the easy-slip portion. The term “projecting” means that the surface of the anti-slip portion is higher than the surface of the easy-sliding portion, in other words, it is protruding or raised.
Since the non-slip portion protrudes in this way, when walking, the anti-slip portion hits the floor before the adjacent easy-slip portion, and when the foot sole leaves the floor, it also leaves later, so to the floor The grip power of can be demonstrated well.
However, if the non-slip portion is excessively projected, a feeling of foreign matter is given to the sole, so that the protruding height is preferably 3 mm or less. On the other hand, the lower limit of the overhang height is preferably 0.3 mm at the initial stage of the plantar body product. The reason for this is that the material generally used for the non-slip part is more easily worn than the material used for the easy-slip part. It is because there is a possibility that it may not change. As described above, it has been found that if the height is 0.3 mm or more, a certain height can be maintained for about three years in a normal use state. The above-mentioned overhang height does not mean the height from a special depression (such as a depression for attaching a lower leg appendage, which will be described later) formed in the easy-sliding portion, but a level difference in a state where it is completed as a lower limb orthosis. (Height).
In the present invention, it is preferable that the easy slip portion is formed at the metatarsal proximal phalange joint position of the first finger and the metatarsal proximal phalange joint position of the fifth finger on the bottom back surface.
Since the MP joint is a portion having a wide foot width, it is relatively easy to hit the inner surface of the shoe when wearing the shoe. Therefore, in addition to the left and right side edge positions, the first finger MP joint position (point F shown in FIG. 1 (a)) and the fifth finger MP joint position (shown in FIG. 1 (a)). The operation of putting on shoes can be performed more easily.
According to the plantar body for lower limb orthosis and the lower limb orthosis according to the present invention, the operation of wearing the lower limb orthosis and wearing shoes from above can be easily performed, and the lower limb orthosis without wearing the shoes on top. When walking as it is, there is a grip force with respect to the floor surface, and walking can be performed smoothly.

The sole mounting
The
In addition, if it is the structure which affixes a non-slip sheet | seat with an adhesive agent, when it is a form raised a little along the shape of a heel or a foot inside and outside, it will be easy to peel from the edge of a non-slip sheet in this rising part. In particular, since olefinic resins are difficult to adhere, there is a concern of peeling when a rubber sheet is bonded with an adhesive. However, if the molding method is to laminate in an uncured state and cure this as described above, the

Next, the case where the
When the

In the first embodiment, the

However, the present invention is not limited by the above examples, and may be implemented with appropriate modifications within a range that can be adapted to the above purpose. Of course, they are all possible and are included in the technical scope of the present invention.
