Description

The present invention relates to a drain trap installed at a drain in a bathtub or a washing place in a bathroom and a drain structure using the drain trap.

Conventionally, in a drainage structure using a drain trap 200 installed in a bathroom washroom 201 as shown in FIG. 7, a container-like trap body 202 is provided at the drain outlet of the washroom 201 and sealed inside the trap body 202. A water pipe 203 is provided, and a pipe 204 that guides drainage that rises in the gap between the trap body 202 and the sealing pipe 203 to the external drain pipe 206 is connected to a pipe connection portion of the trap body 202, and is further connected to a drain outlet of the bathtub. The bathtub pipe 205 to be connected is joined to the pipe 204 so that the drainage flows to the external drain pipe 206.

In the case of the drainage structure, for example, when a large amount of drainage from the bathtub pipe 205 flows in the drainage direction, the inside of the pipe 204 becomes negative pressure. At that time, the level of the sealed water collected in the drain trap 200 gradually decreases. When the water level falls below the lower end of the sealed water tube 203, the sealed water is cut off, and a sound is generated at that moment. Once the sealed water is cut and air is sucked into the pipe 204, the water level in the drain trap 200 is recovered to some extent. However, while this continues to be drained, such a thing is repeated, so that the sound is continuously generated. Further, when the branch pipe 207 as shown in FIG. 7 is connected to the drain trap 200, the sealing of the branch pipe 207 is also cut off.

In order to prevent such noise, it is conceivable to provide a ventilation valve in the pipe 204. Further, for example, in the drain trap described in Patent Document 1, the mounting height position of the drain tube can be adjusted, and the drain flow rate can be adjusted. The sound is prevented by decreasing.
JP 2004-353212 A

However, it is difficult to attach a ventilation valve to a site once constructed, and the cost increases even if it is installed from the beginning. When the drain trap of Patent Document 1 is used, the drainage resistance is reduced, so that sufficient drainage capacity may not be ensured, and the height of the sealing cylinder needs to be adjusted according to the sound of pipes and other installation conditions. Therefore, it takes time and effort even after installation.

Therefore, in view of the problems of the prior art, the present invention prevents a loud noise, reduces costs, secures sufficient drainage capacity, and does not require labor after installation. It aims at providing the drainage structure using the drain trap.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention takes the following technical means.
That is, the present invention comprises a cylindrical trap body having a connection part of an external drain pipe on the outer peripheral surface, and a water sealing cylinder arranged by opening an annular drain passage on the inner peripheral side of the trap body, In the drainage trap in which the drainage passage has a sealing depth from the lower end edge of the water seal tube to the upper end edge of the trap body, a lower end edge of the water seal tube causes a smaller amount of water seal than the water outage in the drainage passage. A sub-sealing passage that is raised above is provided in the sealing cylinder.

According to the present invention, the sub seal water passage that causes a small amount of seal water out of the drain passage to rise above the lower end edge of the seal tube is provided in the seal tube, so that it is connected to the trap body. Even if the pressure inside the pipe becomes negative and the water level of the drainage accumulated in the drainage passage decreases, only a small amount of the sealing water breaks out than the sealage breakage in the drainage passage. For this reason, it is possible to prevent a loud noise due to the drainage of the drainage passage.
In addition, since it is not necessary to provide a vent valve in the pipe, the cost is reduced, and since the sealing tube is not lowered to narrow the flow path as in the prior art, sufficient drainage capacity is ensured. Furthermore, it is possible to prevent the generation of loud noises without any effort after the installation once, regardless of the pipe installation status.

The sub-sealing passage in the present invention includes, for example, a water intake formed on the lower side of the water-sealing tube, an inner wall extending upward from the water-intake to the inside of the water-sealing tube, and the water passage from the water intake to the upper side What is necessary is just to consist of the outer wall extended in this.
Moreover, when setting it as such a subsealing passage, it is preferable that the said outer wall has the height same as the upper end edge of the said trap main body, or higher than this upper end edge. In this case, it is possible to prevent the drainage in the drainage passage from flowing back to the sub-sealing passage.

Further, the inner wall has a height that allows the sealed water in the sub-sealed passage to be recovered as the water level in the water-sealed cylinder rises after the sub-sealed passage has run out. preferable. In this case, after the subsealing passage has run out, when the pressure in the pipe connected to the trap body becomes normal pressure and the water level in the sealing cylinder rises, the sealing water in the subsealing passage recovers. The sealing function in can be maintained.

In the present invention, the outer wall may be formed of a guide member that is separate from the sealing cylinder and is formed so as to be attachable to the sealing cylinder.
In this case, the sub seal water passage can be provided in the seal tube simply by attaching the guide member to the seal tube, and the sub seal water passage can be easily cleaned by removing the guide member.

As the drainage structure according to the present invention using the drain trap, for example, the drain trap joined to the drain of a waterproof pan for a washing place installed in a washing place, and connected to the drain trap and connected to an external drain pipe A washing station pipe for guiding drainage and a bathtub pipe that is connected to the drain of a waterproofing pan for bathtubs installed under the bathtub and is connected to the drain trap or the washing station pipe to conduct drainage to an external drain pipe Can be.
With such a drainage structure, even if a large amount of drainage flows from the bathtub through the bathtub pipe to, for example, the external drain pipe, and the inside of the washing station pipe to which the trap body is connected becomes negative pressure, The sound of the trap is small, so there is no discomfort.

As described above, according to the present invention, since the sub seal water passage causes the seal water to be cut in a smaller amount than the drain water seal of the drainage passage, a loud noise can be prevented. In addition, since it is not necessary to provide a vent valve in the piping, the cost can be reduced, and it is not necessary to lower the sealing tube to narrow the flow path as in the conventional case, so that sufficient drainage capacity is secured and the piping installation status Regardless, once installed, there is no need for trouble.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 shows an embodiment of a drain trap 1 according to the present invention. The drain trap 1 of the present embodiment includes a trap body 2 installed at a drain outlet of a bathroom, and a sealing cylinder 3 located inside the trap body 2, and the trap body 2 and the sealing cylinder 3 are connected to each other. An annular drainage passage 8 is opened between them. Further, a support member 50, a flange member 51, a hair catcher 52, and the like are provided on the upper portion of the drain trap 1.

As shown in FIG. 1, the trap main body 2 is formed in a bottomed cylindrical shape, and a pipe connection portion 103 integrated with the trap main body is formed on a part of the outer peripheral surface of the trap main body 2 and its upper end. An inclined portion 2a extending outward and a large-diameter portion 2b extending upward from the inclined portion 2a are formed. When drainage overflows from the upper opening of the trap body 2, the drainage flows into the pipe connection portion 103 from the inclined portion 2a and the large diameter portion 2b.

The sealing cylinder 3 is formed in a cylindrical shape having a smaller diameter than the trap body 2, and as shown in FIG. 2, a cylindrical portion 31 extending in the vertical direction, and a conical portion 32 extending obliquely upward from the upper end of the cylindrical portion 31, A flange portion 33 is provided at the upper end of the conical portion 32. As shown in FIG. 3, the cross section in the horizontal direction of the cylindrical part 31 is such that a part of the cylindrical shape is missing, and a part of the cylindrical part 31 is a flat part 31h. A water intake 31s whose upper edge a1 is higher than the lower end a2 of the cylindrical part 31 is cut out at the lower part of the flat part 31h, and drainage and air pass from the intake 31s to the outside of the sealed cylinder 3. It is like that. In addition, at the lower part of the cylindrical part 31, a flange part 31t that inclines inward as it goes downward, an inner wall 11 that extends to the upper side of the upper edge a1 of the water intake port 31s, and this inner wall 11 are integrally connected to the sealed cylinder 3. The side part 12 and the lower support part 13 are integrally formed with the sealing cylinder 3.

A required interval is provided between the inner wall 11 and the cylindrical portion 31 (flat portion 31h), and serves as a passage for drainage and air. Further, on the outside of the flat portion 31h, a pair of side support portions 14 are integrally formed with the water sealing cylinder 3 with the same width as the side portion 12 from slightly above the water intake port 31s to the conical portion 32.
On the other hand, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 3, a guide member 20, which is a separate body from the water seal cylinder 3, is attached to the side support portion 14 and the lower support portion 13 of the water seal tube 3. The guide member 20 is made of a rubber material such as EPDM, and can be detachably fitted into the water seal tube 3.

As shown in FIGS. 4A and 4B, the guide member 20 is formed in an L shape from an outer wall 21 that extends vertically when attached to the seal tube 3 and a bottom portion 22 that extends inside and outside the seal tube 3. Further, guide side portions 23 are formed on both sides of the outer wall 21 and the bottom portion 22. Then, the guide members 20 are attached to the seal tube 3 by fitting both the guide side portions 23 into the side support portions 14 of the seal tube 3 and placing the bottom portion 22 on the lower support portion 13 of the seal tube 3.

After the guide member 20 is attached, the inner wall 11 and the side part 12 integrated with the water seal cylinder 3 and the bottom part 22, the outer wall 21 and the guide side part 23 (outer wall) of the guide member 20 A sub-sealing passage 81 is formed which is folded back at the upper edge a1 and extends upward in the drainage passage 8. Therefore, if the guide member 20 as described above is employed, the sub seal water passage 81 can be easily formed, and the sub seal water passage 81 can be easily cleaned by removing the guide member 20. Can do.

As shown in FIG. 1, the position of the upper edge of the outer wall 21 coincides with the upper end edge of the trap body 2, and the upper end of the inner wall 11 is lower than the upper end of the outer wall 21. It should be noted that the upper edge of the outer wall 21 only needs to coincide with the upper end edge of the trap body 2 or be slightly higher. Thereby, it is possible to prevent the drainage in the drainage passage 8 from flowing backward to the sub sealed water passage 81. Furthermore, after the subsealing passage 8 has run out of water, the inner wall 11 has been drained and the inner wall 11 has the inner wall 11 to recover the sealing water in the subsealing passage 8 as the water level in the sealing cylinder 3 rises. The upper edge is located above the upper edge a1 of the water intake port 31s by a required dimension.

In FIG. 1, a ring-shaped support member 50 is attached to the large-diameter portion 2 b of the trap body 2, and a flange member 51 is inserted inside the support member 50 and a flat portion 51 a of the flange member 51. A U-shaped packing 53 is provided between the support member 50 and the upper surface of the support member 50. The hair catcher 52 is inserted inside the flange member 51, and the heel of the hair catcher 52 is positioned above the flat portion 51 a of the flange member 51. And the protrusion 51c formed in the flange member 51 fits into the recessed part 52a of the hair catcher 52, The said hair catcher 52 is not dropped from the position shown in a figure. Further, the flange portion 33 of the water seal cylinder 3 is placed on the lower flat surface portion 51b of the flange member 51, and a necessary interval is provided between the lower end a2 of the water seal cylinder 3 and the lower surface of the trap body 2. The sealing cylinder 3 is positioned.

An example of a drainage structure in which the drain trap 1 having the above configuration is used in a bathroom is shown in FIGS. The drainage structure 100 is connected to a drain trap 1 joined to a drain outlet of a waterproof pan 101 for a washing place installed in a washing place, and to a pipe connection portion 103 of the drain trap 1 and to an external drain pipe 102 (in FIG. 7) connected to the drain outlet of the tub pan 104 installed under the bathtub and joined to the wash basin pipe 108 to the external drain pipe 102. A bathtub pipe 105 (corresponding to 205 in FIG. 7) for guiding the drainage and a joint 107 for connecting the pipes are provided. Further, a branch pipe 106 (corresponding to 207 in FIG. 7) connected to another drain outlet is connected to the drain trap 1. The drainage trap 1 is formed deeper than usual, and the sealing depth t1 (sealing depth of the drainage passage 8) t1 from the lower end edge of the sealing cylinder 3 to the upper end edge of the trap body 2 is 70 mm. The sealing depth from the upper edge a1 of 31a to the upper end of the trap body 2 (sealing depth of the sub sealing passage 81) t2 is 50 mm. Further, a trap body of φ100 is used for the trap body 2 and a seal tube 3 of φ66 is used. In the present embodiment, a bathroom waterproof pan is configured in which a waterproof pan 101 for a washing place and a waterproof pan 104 for a bathtub are joined together.

In FIG. 6, a large amount of drainage flows from the bathtub 104 to the external drainage pipe 102, the inside of the washing place pipe 108 (204) becomes negative pressure, and the sealed water in the drain trap 1 flows out to the washing place pipe 108 (204). Indicates the state. When the inside of the washing place pipe 108 (204) becomes negative pressure, the sealed water 110 stored in the drain trap 1 moves up the sub-sealing passage 81 and the sealed passage 8 and flows into the washing place pipe 108 (204).

When the water level in the drain trap 1 gradually decreases and reaches the upper edge a1 of the water intake port 31s, the subsealing passage 81 is cut off at the upper edge a1. When the sealed water is exhausted, the sub sealed water passage 8 becomes a passage for air in the sealed water tube 3. Accordingly, the sealing water does not run out at the lower end edge a2 of the sealing cylinder 3. In other words, the sub sealed water passage 81 can cause a small amount of sealed water out of the sealed water in the drainage passage 8 above the lower end edge a <b> 2 of the sealed water cylinder 3.
Since the amount of sealed water in the sub sealed water passage 81 is small, the sound produced when the sealed water breakage occurs is smaller than that in the case where the sealed water passage 8 runs out of water. Therefore, there is no discomfort. Further, in the present drainage structure 100, the upper end of the inner wall 11 is located below the upper end of the outer wall 21 and above the upper edge a1 of the water intake port 31s by a predetermined dimension. Is easier to recover. Further, since the upper edge of the outer wall 21 coincides with the upper end edge of the trap body 2, the drainage in the drainage passage 8 hardly flows back into the sealing cylinder 3, and the noise can be further reduced.

Further, if such a drain trap 1 is used, it is not necessary to provide a vent valve for escaping air in the pipe and the like, so the cost can be reduced, and the flow path is not narrowed by lowering the sealing tube as in the prior art. Therefore, sufficient drainage capacity is secured. Furthermore, it is possible to prevent the generation of loud noises without any effort after the installation once, regardless of the pipe installation status. Further, even when the branch pipe 106 is connected to the drain trap 1 as shown in FIG. 6, the branch pipe 106 is not sealed off, so that the branch pipe 106 can be prevented from sounding.

In addition, this invention is not limited to the said embodiment. For example, as another drainage structure (not shown), the bathtub piping connected to the drainage outlet of the bathtub is directly connected to the drainage trap 1 installed at the drainage outlet of the washing place, and all drainage is passed to this drainage trap. 1 may be passed through an external drain pipe.
