Abstract

Description

  The present invention is an auxiliary device that allows a person with a disability to put on and take off socks by himself / herself.

Conventionally, there has been an auxiliary tool for setting socks at the distal ends of a pair of rod-shaped bases having grips at the base ends and inserting the socks into the feet.

Therefore, there are the following problems.
In order to attach the sock to the auxiliary tool, a fastening device that completely tightens the sock is required only by attaching a non-slip member formed of an elastic material on the surface of the expanding portion.
Taking off the socks is a movement that is difficult for a healthy person, but assistance is required for people with disabilities in the legs. However, the conventional assisting device has no device for removing socks.
The present invention has been made to solve these problems.

  The present invention has an elongated plate-shaped grip plate with a length that reaches the position of the sock opening where the working tip is attached while the knee is stretched, and the multi-end can be operated by hand, and from the outside of the working tip. It is comprised from the operation board provided via the clamping mechanism so that it might become a clamping part which can pinch sock opening parts.

Socks can be worn without bending the body.
The longer the lever, the weaker the spring of the pinching mechanism becomes, making it easier for elderly and physically handicapped people to push the lever.
By providing the clamping surface adjustment mechanism, the socks can be pressed down firmly and the socks can be attached more securely.
By providing the hook portion, the sock can be easily removed.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described.
The present invention includes a gripping plate 5, an operation plate 3 provided on the gripping plate 5 via the clamping mechanism 2, and an L-shaped metal fitting 17 provided near the opposite end of the gripping plate 5.
The grip plate 5 has an elongated plate shape with a length that reaches the position of the opening of the sock worn by the working tip with the knee extended, and has multiple ends that are operable by a hand. The operation plate 3 has a width approximate to that of the grip plate 5, the tip is bent, the tip forms the clamping portion 1, and the other end forms the lever portion 4.
The grip plate 5 and the operation plate 3 are attached so as to be clamped by a clamping mechanism 2 as shown in the figure.
In the clamping mechanism 2, clip members are respectively fixed by fixing screws at the front end side near the bending position of the operation plate 3 and the grip plate position facing the operation plate 3. The clip member includes an attachment plate, a support member 6 and a clip spring 12 provided at the center of each attachment plate on the left and right sides. Mounting holes are provided at the same positions of the upper and lower clip member mounting plates and the grip plate 5 and the operation plate 3, and these mounting holes are fixed by an operation plate fixing screw 14 and a grip plate fixing screw 16, respectively. Each support member 6 is provided with a bearing hole 15 and is attached by a shaft. A coil portion of one clip spring 12 is attached to the shaft. Further, both end portions of the clip spring 12 are arranged so as to be in a direction in which the clamping portion 1 is tightened as shown in the drawing. In addition, the upper and lower ends of the operation plate 3 are arranged on the grip plate 5 and the operation plate 3 with spring-retaining screws 19 so that another coil spring 13 is expanded and contracted in the vicinity of the bending position of the operation plate 3.
A clamping surface adjusting mechanism is provided at the tip of the clamping unit. The clamping surface adjustment mechanism has a structure in which the clamping plate 7 is movable so that the clamping surfaces are parallel to each other. The clamping plate 7 is provided with four spring guides 9 and is attached to the mounting hole provided in the clamping portion of the operation plate 3 via the clamping plate adjusting spring 8 so as to move up and down. The end of the spring guide 9 is prevented from being removed by the fastening plate removal prevention screw 11.
An anti-slip sheet 10 is provided on the surface of the clamping plate 7 that is the clamping surface and on the opposite surface.
As shown in FIG. 1, a bent hook portion 17 is provided in the operation portion near the opposite end portion of the gripping portion of the grip plate 5. The hook portion 17 presses the sock in a direction in which the operation portion of the grip plate 5 is inserted into the sock, and is fixed by a hook fixing screw 18.
The present invention has the above configuration.
The usage method will be described below.
When putting on socks, as shown in FIG. 4a, the socks can be put on as shown in FIG. 4b by sandwiching the left and right side openings of the socks with the holding portion 1 as shown in FIG. At this time, the clamping part 1 is not parallel, but the spring guide 9 of the clamping surface adjustment mechanism moves up and down in the mounting hole provided in the clamping part, but the clamping surface is made horizontal by the clamping plate adjustment spring 8.
On the contrary, when taking off the socks, as shown in FIG. 5, the socks are inserted between the feet and the socks in the operation part near the opposite end of the holding part of the grip plate 5. As it is inserted, the opening of the sock is pressed into the hook part 17, and the sock can be removed by pressing it as it is.
