軸方向に延びる転動体転動溝を有すると共に、上面から下面まで貫通する取付穴が軸方向に所定の間隔で複数箇所形成された案内レールと、外周部に締め代部を有し、前記取付穴の上部に設けられた座ぐり穴に嵌め込まれて該取付穴を閉塞するレールキャップと、前記案内レールの前記転動体転動溝に対向する転動体転動溝を有し、これらの転動体転動溝間に挿入された多数の転動体の転動を介して軸方向に沿って移動可能に前記案内レールに支持されたスライダとを備えた直動案内軸受装置において、
前記レールキャップの上面側外周縁に、前記座ぐり穴の開口部内周縁に形成された面取り部を覆うフランジ部を設けたことを特徴とする直動案内軸受装置。
