Description

The present invention relates to an injection needle attaching / detaching jig used when attaching / detaching a needle unit whose outer side is covered with a protective cover to / from a distal end portion of a pen-type syringe main body.

Conventionally, a pen type syringe is known as a syringe for the patient himself to perform insulin injection (see, for example, Patent Document 1). This pen type syringe is used by loading a cartridge containing an insulin injection solution into a pen type syringe body, and attaching a needle unit to the tip of the pen type syringe body. This needle unit includes both sword needles fixed to a sleeve, and by attaching the sleeve to the distal end portion of the pen type syringe body, the proximal end side of both sword needles is made to reach into the cartridge in the pen type syringe body. It has become. In addition, as a method for attaching the needle unit to the pen-type syringe body, a concave portion (recess) provided on the peripheral surface of the tip portion of the pen-type syringe main body, and a convex portion provided on the inner peripheral surface of the sleeve of the needle unit ( (Internal projection) is fitted. On the other hand, in order to more easily and reliably attach and detach the needle unit, as shown in FIG. 6, the male screw provided on the peripheral surface of the distal end portion of the pen-type syringe body 12 is connected to the sleeve 13 b of the needle unit 13. A method for screwing a female screw provided on an inner peripheral surface is known.

By the way, in general, the insulin injection solution in the cartridge is divided into a predetermined amount and used for a plurality of injections. However, the needle unit 13 having both the sword needles 13a needs to be replaced with a new one each time for preventing infection. When attaching the needle unit 13 to the pen-type syringe body 12, first sterilize the tip of the pen-type syringe body 12, and then hold the pen-type syringe body 12 in one hand and the protective cover 15 in the other hand. Holding the covered needle unit 13, the needle unit 13 is fixed to the distal end portion of the pen-type syringe body 12, and a female screw provided on the sleeve 13 b of the needle unit 13 is provided on the peripheral surface of the distal end portion of the pen-type syringe body 12. Threaded onto the male screw.
Further, when removing the needle unit 13 after the injection, the protective cover 15 is attached to the needle unit 13 having the two sword needles 13a in a bare state, and the needle unit 13 is turned in the direction opposite to that when the needle unit 13 is attached. Remove.

However, if a person with poor vision or an elderly person uses the pen injector 11, the detailed operation of fixing the needle unit 13 to the tip of the pen injector body 12 when attaching the needle unit 13 is difficult. There was a problem of being. Further, at this time, there is a problem that a finger touches the tip of the pen-type syringe body 12 that has already been sterilized, and it has to be sterilized again, and complicated operations are repeated. Further, when removing the used needle unit 13, there is a problem that it is difficult to perform a fine work of attaching the protective cover 15 to the needle unit 13 attached to the tip of the pen-type syringe body 12.

An object of the present invention is to provide a needle attachment / detachment jig used when attaching / detaching a needle unit covered with a protective cover to / from the tip of a pen-type syringe body. It is to make the attachment / detachment work easy.

In order to solve the above problems, the invention described in claim 1 is a needle unit in which the outer end of a pen-type syringe body 12 is covered with a protective cover 15 as shown in FIGS. A needle attaching / detaching jig 1 used when attaching / detaching 13,
A bottomed cylindrical jig body 2 to be inserted so that the pen-type syringe body 12 protrudes its tip,
A guide which is provided inside the jig body 2 so as to be slidable coaxially and axially with the jig body 2, and can protrude a predetermined length from the jig body 2 toward the tip side by sliding in the axial direction. A cylinder 5;
The inner peripheral surface of the distal end portion of the guide cylinder 5 is formed so that the protective cover 15 can slide.
The distal end portion of the guide cylinder 5 is the distal end portion of the pen-type syringe body 12 inserted into the jig body 2 in a state where the guide cylinder 5 is projected from the jig body 2 to the distal end side by a predetermined length. It is characterized by covering.

According to the first aspect of the present invention, when the needle unit whose outer side is covered with the protective cover is attached to the distal end portion of the pen-type syringe body, the bottomed tube is arranged so that the distal end portion projects from the pen-type syringe body. The tip of the pen-type syringe body is covered with the tip of the guide tube by inserting it into a jig-shaped jig body and sliding the guide tube to protrude from the jig body to the tip side by a predetermined length. In this state, the needle unit can be attached to the tip of the pen-type syringe body by sliding the protective cover covering the needle unit along the inner peripheral surface of the guide cylinder, and this operation is performed on the pen-type syringe body. This can be done without the finger touching the tip. Therefore, the needle unit covered with the protective cover can be easily attached to the tip of the pen-type syringe body.
Also, when attaching a protective cover to the needle unit to remove the used needle unit from the pen-type syringe body, insert the pen-type syringe body into the jig body and slide the guide tube from the jig body. The protective cover can be attached to the needle unit by sliding the protective cover along the inner peripheral surface of the guide cylinder while projecting a predetermined length toward the distal end. What is necessary is just to remove from the front-end | tip part of an injection type syringe main body. Therefore, the used needle unit can be easily detached from the pen-type syringe body.

The invention described in claim 2 is, for example, as shown in FIGS. 1, 4, and 5, in the injection needle attaching / detaching jig 1 according to claim 1, A window 7a is formed so that the tip of the pen-type syringe body 12 covered with the tip can be seen.

According to the second aspect of the present invention, since the window is formed at the distal end portion of the guide cylinder, when the needle unit is attached to the distal end portion of the pen-type syringe body, the needle whose outer cover is covered with the protective cover The state of attachment of the unit to the tip of the pen-type syringe body can be visually confirmed from this window. Therefore, the needle unit can be reliably fixed to the tip of the pen-type syringe body.
Similarly, when the protective cover is attached to the needle unit in order to remove the used needle unit from the pen-type syringe main body, the attachment state of the protective cover to the needle unit can be visually confirmed. Therefore, the protective cover can be securely attached to the needle unit.

According to the present invention, the needle unit covered with the protective cover can be easily attached to the tip of the pen-type syringe body. Moreover, the used needle unit can be easily removed from the pen-type syringe body.

Next, a method of using the injection needle attaching / detaching jig 1 configured as described above will be described with reference to FIGS.
First, an attachment method for attaching the needle unit 13 covered with the protective cover 15 to the pen-type syringe body 12 will be described.

First, as shown in FIG. 4A, after the tip of the pen-type syringe body 12 is sterilized, the pen-type syringe body 12 is inserted into the injection needle attaching / detaching jig 1.

Next, as shown in FIG. 4B, the guide tube 5 is slid in the axial direction so as to protrude from the jig body 2 to the distal end side by a predetermined length, and the distal end portion of the pen-type syringe body 12 is covered. After that, the protective cover 15 is slid in a state where the flange 15a of the protective cover 15 attached to the needle unit 13 (see FIG. 6) is along the inner peripheral surface of the guide cylinder 5, and the tip of the pen-type syringe body 12 is moved. The needle unit 13 (see FIG. 6) is fixed to the head. More specifically, the end of the female screw provided on the sleeve 13b (see FIG. 6) of the needle unit 13 (see FIG. 6) by pressing the needle unit 13 (see FIG. 6) against the tip of the pen-type syringe body 12 is shown. The portion is fitted to the end of the male screw provided at the tip of the pen-type syringe body 12, and a clicking sound is made and the needle unit 13 is attached to the tip of the pen-type syringe body 12 (see FIG. 6). Is fixed. After confirming that this sound has been made, whether or not the needle unit 13 (see FIG. 6) is fixed to the distal end portion of the pen-type syringe body 12 is visually confirmed from the window 7a provided in the guide cylinder 5.

Next, as shown in FIG. 4 (c), the guide cylinder 5 is slid to the proximal end side, and the connecting portion between the pen-type syringe body 12 and the needle unit 13 (see FIG. 6) is connected to the injection needle attaching / detaching jig. 1 is a male screw provided on the outer peripheral surface of the distal end portion of the pen-type syringe body 12 with a female screw provided on the inner peripheral surface of the sleeve 13b (see FIG. 6) of the needle unit 13 (see FIG. 6). Screwed on.

Then, the pen-type syringe main body 12 is taken out from the injection needle attaching / detaching jig 1, the protective cover 15 is removed from the needle unit 13, and the needle cover 14 is removed from the distal end side of the both sword needles 13 a of the needle unit 13 for injection.

Next, a method for removing the used needle unit 13 from the pen-type syringe body 12 will be described.

First, as shown in FIG. 5A, the used pen-type syringe body 12 is inserted into the injection needle attaching / detaching jig 1. At this time, the needle unit 13 is attached to the distal end portion of the pen-type syringe main body 12, and the distal end sides of both sword needles 13a are exposed.

Next, as shown in FIG. 5 (b), the guide tube 5 is slid in the axial direction so as to protrude from the jig body 2 to the distal end side by a predetermined length, and is attached to the distal end portion of the pen-type syringe body 12. After the needle unit 13 (see FIG. 5A) is covered, the protective cover 15 is slid in a state where the flange 15a of the protective cover 15 is along the inner peripheral surface of the guide cylinder 5, and the needle unit 13 ( The protective cover 15 is attached to the device shown in FIG. At this time, whether the protective cover 15 is attached to the tip of the needle unit 13 (see FIG. 5A) is visually confirmed from the window 7a provided in the guide cylinder 5.

Next, as shown in FIG. 5 (c), the guide cylinder 5 is slid to the proximal end side, and the connecting portion between the pen-type syringe main body 12 and the needle unit 13 (see FIG. 5 (a)) is an injection needle. The needle unit 13 (see FIG. 5A) exposed from the attaching / detaching jig 1 and covered with the protective cover 15 is rotated in a direction to remove from the pen type syringe body 12, and the pen type syringe body 12 and the needle unit 13 ( (See FIG. 5A).

According to the embodiment described above, when attaching the needle unit 13 whose outer side is covered with the protective cover 15 to the distal end portion of the pen type syringe body 12, the pen type syringe body 12 is bottomed so that the distal end portion protrudes. By inserting into the cylindrical jig body 2 and sliding the guide cylinder 5 to protrude from the jig body 2 to the distal end side by a predetermined length, the pen-type syringe body 12 is inserted at the distal end of the guide cylinder 5. Cover the tip. In this state, the needle unit 13 can be attached to the tip of the pen-type syringe main body 12 by sliding the protective cover 15 covering the needle unit 13 along the inner peripheral surface of the guide cylinder 5, and this operation is performed. This can be done without touching the tip of the pen-type syringe body 12 with a finger. Therefore, the needle unit 13 covered with the protective cover 15 can be easily attached to the distal end portion of the pen-type syringe body 12.
Further, when attaching the protective cover 15 to the needle unit 13 in order to remove the used needle unit 13 from the pen type syringe body 12, the pen type syringe body 12 is inserted into the jig body 2 and the guide cylinder 5 is slid. The protective cover 15 is attached to the needle unit 13 by sliding the protective cover 15 along the inner peripheral surface of the guide tube 5 in a state where it is moved and protruded from the jig body 2 to the tip side by a predetermined length. After that, the needle unit 13 and the protective cover 15 may be removed from the tip of the pen-type syringe body 12. Therefore, the used needle unit 13 can be easily detached from the pen-type syringe body 12.

Further, since the window 7a is formed at the distal end portion of the guide cylinder 5, when the needle unit 13 is attached to the distal end portion of the pen-type syringe main body 12, the pen of the needle unit 15 covered with the protective cover 13 on the outside. The state of attachment to the distal end portion of the injection syringe main body 12 can be visually confirmed from this window. Therefore, the needle unit 13 can be reliably fixed to the tip of the pen-type syringe body 12.
Similarly, when the protective cover 15 is attached to the needle unit 13 in order to remove the used needle unit 13 from the pen-type syringe body 12, the attachment state of the protective cover 15 to the needle unit 13 should be visually confirmed. Can do. Therefore, the protective cover 15 can be securely attached to the needle unit 13.

Further, when the needle unit 13 is attached to the distal end portion of the pen-type syringe body 12, the end portion of the female screw provided on the sleeve 13b of the needle unit 13 is replaced with the male screw provided on the distal end portion of the pen-type syringe body 12. The sound generated by fitting to the end of the syringe echoes inside the syringe attachment / detachment jig 1 and is transmitted from the window 7a and the opening of the injection needle attachment / detachment jig 1 so that the sound is more clearly displayed. I can hear it.

Further, a step is formed at the boundary between the sliding portion 6 and the gripping portion 7 on the inner peripheral surface of the guide cylinder 5, and the inner diameter of the sliding portion 6 is smaller than that of the gripping portion 7. Therefore, even if the protective cover 15 is slid along the inner peripheral surface of the guide cylinder 5, the protective cover 15 cannot be slid beyond the step at the boundary between the sliding portion 6 and the gripping portion 7. . Therefore, the protective cover 15 can be stopped at a predetermined position of the guide cylinder 5.

Further, when removing the used needle unit 13 from the pen-type syringe body 12, the pen-type syringe body 12 is inserted into the injection needle attaching / detaching jig 1 so that the guide cylinder 5 protrudes from the jig body 2 by a predetermined length. When the guide cylinder 5 is slid in the axial direction, the guide cylinder 5 is in a state of covering both the sword needles 13 a of the needle unit 13 attached to the tip of the pen-type syringe body 12. Therefore, when attaching the protective cover 13 to the needle unit 13 attached to the distal end portion of the pen-type syringe body 12, it is possible to prevent the needle from being stuck in the fingertip.
