Description

The present invention relates to an outdoor unit of an air conditioner, and relates to an outdoor unit of an air conditioner having a handle portion that can be handled during a lifting operation of the outdoor unit.

The air conditioner has an indoor unit that exchanges heat with indoor air indoors and an outdoor unit that exchanges heat with outdoor air outdoors, and the indoor unit and the outdoor unit constitute a refrigeration cycle engine And operate. The outdoor unit is usually installed at a position such as near the outer wall of a building before its operation, and a handle is provided to facilitate the lifting operation of the outdoor unit accompanying the installation ( For example, Patent Document 1). Further, during installation, wiring is drawn into the inside from the outside of the main body housing of the outdoor unit, and connected to, for example, a wiring board, a terminal board, etc. provided in the inside. The outdoor unit operates as a heat engine in such a state that the wiring is pulled in.
FIG. 1 is a perspective view of an outdoor unit of an air conditioner according to a conventional example described in Patent Document 1 and the like, and FIG. 2 is a dual handle part that also serves as a terminal plate cover of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner according to the conventional example. FIG. 3 is a partial cross-sectional view of an outdoor unit of an air conditioner according to a conventional example (cross-sectional view taken along a broken line xx ′ in FIG. 2). Hereinafter, an outdoor unit of an air conditioner according to a conventional example will be described with reference to FIGS.

As shown in FIG. 1, an outdoor unit B of an air conditioner according to a conventional example (hereinafter simply referred to as “outdoor unit B”) includes various electrical wirings and circuits, a compressor, a capillary tube, An expansion valve, a fan, a motor for driving the fan, a heat exchanger, a refrigerant pipe, a drain tray for drain water generated in the heat exchanger (all not shown), and the like are schematically configured.
The main body housing Y1 includes a terminal plate cover 2 that covers a terminal plate 1 (see FIG. 3) described later on the side surface 3a side. Further, as shown in FIG. 2, the terminal plate cover 2 is provided with a handle portion 4b having a recess α.
Further, a handle portion (not shown) paired with the handle portion 4b of the terminal board cover 2 is also provided on the back surface (the shaded surface in FIG. 1) 3b of the side surface 3a among the side surfaces of the main body housing Y1. Yes. An operator carries with the installation of the said outdoor unit B, putting a hand on those handle parts (inserting a hand in the recessed part (alpha)).

As shown in FIG. 2, the terminal board cover 2 is fixed to the main body housing X <b> 1 with screws 5. By removing the screws 5, the terminal board cover 2 becomes removable from the main body housing Y1.
As shown in FIG. 3, a terminal plate 1, which is a part of the electrical wiring, is provided at a location facing the terminal plate cover 2 inside the outdoor unit B. When the outdoor unit B is installed, the wiring 6 led from the outside of the main body housing Y1 is connected to the terminal plate 1 with the terminal plate cover 2 removed, and the terminal plate cover 2 is again connected in this state. It is attached to the main body casing Y1.
An umbrella part 7 is provided at the lower part of the terminal board cover 2, and the inside and outside of the main body housing Y <b> 1 communicate with each other through a space 7 a formed by the umbrella part 7. The wiring 6 is led from the outside through the space 7a and connected to the terminal board 1 even when the terminal board cover 2 is attached to the main body housing Y1.
JP-A-5-157291

However, in the configuration of the conventional example as described above, it is necessary to provide a space 7a (the umbrella portion 7 of the terminal plate cover 2) serving as a drawing port for drawing the wiring separately from the handle portion 4b. There is a problem that the shape of the main body housing Y1 to which the shape 2 is attached and by extension is complicated.
Further, even when the handle portion 4b and the lead-in port are directly formed in the main body casing Y1 without using the configuration like the terminal plate cover 2, the shape of the main body casing Y1 becomes complicated. Is the same.
Further, since the main body housing Y1 requires a large area for providing the handle portion 4 and the space 7a, there is a problem that the entire apparatus becomes large.
Accordingly, the present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to provide an air conditioner capable of preventing the shape of the main body casing from becoming complicated and the overall size of the apparatus from being increased. It is to provide an outdoor unit.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention has a handle portion that is provided on a side surface of a main body housing and can be handled during a lifting operation of the main body housing, and at least one of the handle portions has the main body housing. An outdoor unit for an air conditioner, characterized in that a communication hole is provided to allow communication between the inside and outside of the body.
As described above, since the communication hole is provided in the handle portion, the wiring can be drawn into the main body housing through the communication hole. That is, it is possible to make the handle part and the wiring inlet have the same configuration, and when they are provided separately, the shape of the main body casing is complicated, the main body casing is enlarged, etc. Is prevented. Hereinafter, the handle portion provided with the communication hole is referred to as a communication handle portion.
Here, a pair of the handle portions are provided on a side (hereinafter referred to as an exhaust surface) side and a back surface (hereinafter referred to as an exhaust rear surface) side of the side surface of the main body housing where heat-exchanged air is exhausted. This is considered most desirable from the viewpoint of stability during transportation.
Further, it is desirable that the communication handle portion for drawing in the wiring is provided on the exhaust rear side. This is because the main body casing is usually installed so that the exhaust rear side faces the wall of the building. Therefore, when the communication handle portion is provided on the exhaust rear side, the wiring led to the communication handle portion is behind the main body casing, so that the appearance of the outdoor unit after installation is not impaired. .
Further, when the wiring installed over the ground is guided to the inside of the main body casing, it is desirable to provide the communication handle portion as low as possible (near the lower side of the side face) of the side face of the main body casing. As a result, the number of exposed portions of the wiring around the main body casing is reduced, so that the appearance of the outdoor unit is not impaired, and the possibility of disconnection of the wiring can be suppressed.

Here, the handle portion has a concave portion into which a hand can be inserted during a lifting operation of the main body housing, and the communication hole is formed inside and outside the main body housing together with the entrance of the concave portion. It is possible to make it communicate. Furthermore, when the communication hole is provided at a position higher than the highest position in the entrance range of the recess, it is possible to prevent water from entering the main body casing due to, for example, rain. It is.
Furthermore, the present invention may be understood as a thing in which a removal target part capable of easily forming the communication hole is provided in the handle part. The parts to be removed include a portion formed thinner than the surroundings, a portion formed thinner than the surroundings, a portion formed of a softer material than the other portions, and a portion formed of a soft material around the surroundings. , A part surrounded by intermittent cuts can be considered.
The handle portion can be an independent member that can be detached from the main body casing. In that case, only the handle part with the communication hole can be sold separately from the outdoor unit, which is beneficial.

According to the present invention, since the communication hole is provided in the handle portion, it is possible to draw the wiring into the main body housing through the communication hole. That is, it is possible to make the handle part and the wiring inlet have the same configuration, and when they are provided separately, the shape of the main body casing is complicated, the main body casing is enlarged, etc. Is prevented.

Hereinafter, the outdoor unit of the air conditioner according to the embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 4 and 5.
As shown in FIG. 8, an outdoor unit A of an air conditioner according to this embodiment (hereinafter simply referred to as “outdoor unit A”) includes a terminal plate 8, a compressor 9, an expansion valve 10, and a refrigerant pipe inside a main body housing X1. 11 and a fan (not shown), a motor for driving the fan, a heat exchanger, a drain tray for drain water generated in the heat exchanger, and the like. Further, the main body casing X1 is provided with an exhaust port 12, and the outdoor air heat-exchanged with the refrigerant by the heat exchanger is exhausted from the exhaust port 12 as the fan is driven to rotate. Hereinafter, of the side surfaces of the main body casing X1, the surface on which the exhaust port 12 is provided and exhausted is referred to as an exhaust surface 3c, and the back surface of the exhaust surface 3c among the side surfaces is referred to as an exhaust rear surface 3d. I will decide.

The outdoor unit A is operated in a state where it is installed outside the building, and two (one or a plurality of examples) that can be handled during the lifting operation of the main body casing X1 accompanying the installation. A handle portion 4 is provided. Such a handle portion 4 is provided in a pair on the exhaust surface 3c and the exhaust back surface 3d which is the back surface thereof. The outdoor unit A of the air conditioner according to the present embodiment is different from the conventional example in the handle portion 4 provided on the exhaust back surface 3d of the plurality of handle portions (that is, provided on the exhaust back surface 3d). The handle part is a characteristic part). Hereinafter, the handle portion 4 provided on the exhaust back surface 3d and characteristic of the present embodiment is referred to as the handle portion 4a, and is distinguished from the handle portion 4b similar to the conventional example provided on the exhaust surface 3c.
A front panel portion 13 that can be removed by manual operation is provided at a part of the side surface of the main body casing X1 (mainly the exhaust surface 3c), with the position of the handle portion 4b as a center. .

FIG. 6 is a front perspective view of the characteristic handle portion 4a of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner according to the embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 7 is a characteristic of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner according to the embodiment of the present invention. It is a cross-sectional perspective view of the handle part 4a. Hereinafter, the handle portion 4a that is characteristic of the present embodiment will be described in detail with reference to FIGS.
As shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, the handle portion 4a has a concave portion α into which a hand can be inserted. The handle portion 4a is provided with a communication hole β that communicates the inside and the outside of the main body housing X1 in series with the entrance of the recess α.
The outdoor unit A operates as a heat engine in a state in which the wiring 6 (see FIGS. 1 and 8) is drawn in from the outside and connected to the terminal board 8 (see FIG. 8). The wiring 6 can be pulled in through the communication hole β provided in the handle portion 4a (see FIG. 5).
As shown in FIG. 7, the communication hole β is formed at a position higher than the highest position of the entrance of the recess α, and this shape allows moisture to be removed due to, for example, rainfall. It is possible to prevent intrusion into the body X1. (As will be described later, after the outdoor unit A is installed, the communication hole β may be putty-filled, but it is not always considered that the waterproofing by the measure is not perfect.)

FIG. 8 is a perspective view showing the inside of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner according to the embodiment of the present invention. Hereinafter, with reference to FIGS. 4, 5, and 8, the drawing of the wiring 6 into the outdoor unit A and the attachment to the terminal plate 8 will be described.
As shown in FIG. 4, as described above, the front panel portion 13 that can be removed by manual operation is provided in the peripheral portion of the handle portion 4 b provided on the exhaust surface 3 c of the side surface of the main body housing X 1. Is provided. When the wiring 6 is drawn, it is convenient to remove the front panel portion 13 so that the interior of the outdoor unit A is exposed as shown in FIG.
In this state, if a hand is inserted from the open part of the main body casing X1, the hand can reach the handle portion 4a provided with the communication hole β, and the wiring 6 is connected to the main body from the communication hole β. It can be pulled into the inside of the housing X1. In addition, a terminal plate 8 to which the wiring 6 is to be connected is provided inside the main body casing X1 so as to face the open position when the front panel portion 13 is removed. When the wiring drawn through the communication hole β is connected to the terminal plate 8, the outdoor unit A can be operated. Thereafter, the front panel portion 13 is again attached to the main body casing X1, and the communication hole β in the handle portion 4a is filled with putty or the like.
As described above, according to the present embodiment, the wiring 6 can be drawn into the main body casing X1 through the communication hole β provided in the handle portion 4a. That is, it is possible to form a lead-in port for the wiring 6 in the handle part itself for placing a hand during a transport operation, and the shape of the main body casing X1 is complicated compared to the case where they are provided separately. An increase in the size of the main body casing X1 is prevented. Specifically, the umbrella part 7 for preventing raindrops in the space 7a and the cover 4d (see FIG. 7) of the handle part 4a, which are the conventional example, can be used together, and the number of parts can be reduced. Moreover, since it is not necessary to provide the space 7a again, the appearance can be refreshed. In addition, considering the construction procedure, it is normal to transport the outdoor unit using the handle to install the outdoor unit at a predetermined location, and then perform piping and wiring processing after the installation. Even if the wiring protrudes, the handle is not used after installation, so there is no problem. Further, even when moving or moving the location of the outdoor unit, since the outdoor unit is transported after the normal piping and wiring are removed, the jumped-out wiring does not get in the way.

In the above-described embodiment, the example in which the communication hole β is provided in the handle portion from the beginning is disclosed, but the present invention is not limited to this. That is, an outdoor unit of an air conditioner that includes a handle portion provided with a removal target portion that is a formation target portion of the communication hole β (a portion where the communication hole β can be formed by easy processing) is also conceivable. .
For example, in the handle portion 4c shown in FIG. 9, the periphery of the removal target portion γ that is the target for forming the communication hole β is surrounded by a perforated cut (an example of an intermittent cut). By cutting the periphery of the removal target portion γ with a cutter knife or the like along such a cut, the removal target portion can be easily removed. The communication hole β (see FIG. 7) can be formed.
As the removal target portion, in addition to a portion where intermittent notches are formed around, a portion surrounded by a thin portion, a portion surrounded by a soft member, and the like can be considered. Furthermore, a portion formed thinner than the surrounding, a portion formed of a member softer than the surrounding, and the like are also conceivable. The part to be removed does not have to be removed completely, and a part thereof may be removed as long as the area necessary for the wiring 6 to pass through can be secured.

The handle portion 4a provided with the communication hole β may be provided in any part of the main body housing. However, in order not to impair the aesthetics of the outdoor unit, it is also formed on the outer wall of a normal building as in the embodiment. It is considered desirable to be provided on the exhaust rear surface 3d that is considered to be opposed (the rear surface of the side surface provided with an exhaust port for exhausting outdoor air).
Further, when the wiring installed over the ground is drawn into the inside of the main body casing, the handle portion 4a provided with the communication hole β is not particularly illustrated, but the side surface of the main body casing is not illustrated. It is desirable to provide it in the vicinity of the lower side. As a result, the number of exposed portions of the wiring around the main body casing is reduced, so that the appearance of the outdoor unit is not impaired, and the possibility of disconnection of the wiring can be suppressed.
On the other hand, in the case where the wiring that hangs down along the wall of the building and is led to the outdoor unit is drawn into the main body housing, the handle portion 4a is provided in the vicinity of the upper side of the side surface of the main body housing. It is desirable to keep it.
Moreover, the said handle part is a member independent of the main body housing | casing of an outdoor unit, and the thing which can be removed in the side surface of the said main body housing | casing may be sufficient.
