該フレームの外周前面側から突出するフランジと、
該フレームの前面から背面に貫通し、かつ、該フレームの背面側で取付脚の一端側に形成された軸受部に係合するネジと、
該ネジの回転により該取付脚の他端側を、該ネジの軸方向へ移動し、並びに、該ネジの回転方向へ扇動し、該フレームの外周背面側から突出して該フランジに対向して取付板を狭持する、もしくは、該フレームの背面側に収容する該取付脚と、
該ネジの回転による該取付脚の移動並びに扇動を規制するガイド部と、
を備える、埋込型スピーカー取付装置であって、
該ガイド部が、該取付脚を該フレームの外周背面側から突出させて該ネジの軸方向へ移動させる突出規制部と、該取付脚を該フレームの背面側に収容することができる収容規制部とを備え、
