Description

The present invention relates to a waterproof structure using a waterproof pan constructed on a balcony or the like.

Conventionally, floors such as balconies are waterproofed by laying a waterproof pan made of synthetic resin. The waterproof pan made of synthetic resin, for example, is a waterproof pan having a square planar shape with side plates on all four sides, a drainage groove is provided along the front edge, and a groove bottom at one end of the drainage groove There is known one in which a drain outlet is formed (see Patent Document 1, FIG. 11). Such a waterproof pan is laid on the floor of a balcony or the like so that a drain or the like is connected to the drain outlet, and rainwater or the like in the waterproof pan flows through the inclined bottom surface of the drain groove and drains from the drain outlet to the anchor or the like. It has become.

However, the above-described waterproof pan has a larger left-right dimension and a longer drainage groove, so that the inclination angle (flow gradient) of the bottom surface of the drainage groove becomes smaller, so that the flow of rainwater and the like deteriorates and drainage performance decreases. There was an inconvenience.

Therefore, the present applicant arranges a drainage drainage basin on the lower side along the four peripheral edges of the waterproof pan, and the front plate of the drainage drainage basin arranged along the front edge of the waterproof pan and the front side plate of the waterproof pan. A horizontal drainage pipe that leads to the vertical drainage pipe is installed in the space between them, and the drainage port that protrudes laterally from this horizontal drainage pipe is passed through the front side plate of the waterproofing pan so that it is desired for the drainage groove inside the waterproofing pan. Proposed a waterproof structure (Japanese Patent Application No. 2005-5978). This waterproof structure has excellent water resistance because it can be received by a drainage drain even if water leaks from the connection part of the horizontal drainage pipe or the four rounds of the waterproof pan, and the horizontal drainage pipe is located under the drainage groove of the waterproof pan. Since there is no need to secure piping space, workability is good, and drainage that drains through the front plate of the waterproof pan through the drainage drainage channel desired from the drainage drain to the side drainage pipe is good. there were. This waterproof structure has not been disclosed yet.

This waterproof structure has excellent waterproof properties as described above, but for some reason, water may invade between the waterproof pan and the floor of the balcony, or the waterproof pan may be Since water vapor in the air condenses on the back surface and water droplets may fall, and the water droplets may fall and accumulate water on the balcony floor surface, if the balcony floor surface is wooden, the tree may rot, In addition, there was a risk of rain leaking down the balcony.
JP 2000-87444 A

The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, has good drainage, has excellent waterproofness, should water enter the back side of the waterproof pan, or cause condensation to form water droplets on the back side of the waterproof pan. It is an issue to be solved to provide a waterproof structure that can be easily maintained without worrying that the floor surface of the balcony gets wet with water or accumulates water on the floor surface even if this occurs.

In order to solve the above-described problems, the waterproof structure of the present invention has a waterproof pan having a square planar shape arranged on the inner side of an underlay film whose four sides are surrounded by side plates, and the front side plate of the underlay film and the waterproof pan A horizontal drainage pipe leading to the vertical drainage pipe is installed in the space between the front side plate and the drainage port protruding sideways from the horizontal drainage pipe is passed through the front side plate of the waterproof pan to drain the water inside the waterproof pan. It is characterized by what is desired in the groove.

In the waterproof structure of the present invention, the underlay film is disposed at the four corners of the underlay film body, the underlay film body provided with the front side plate and the rear side plate, the side end members disposed at the left and right side edges of the underlay film body. It is preferable that the drainage port is provided in the underlay film body. The underlay film is composed of an underlay film body having a front side plate and a rear side plate, and a side plate disposed on the left and right side edges of the underlay film body with a bottom plate and side plates erected on three sides thereof. Also preferred is a waterproof structure provided with a drain outlet in the underlay film body. Then, a part of the front edge of the waterproof pan is cut out, and an inspection panel is attached to the cutout portion in a watertight manner, and a drainage port protruding from the side drainage pipe is passed through the inspection panel. Therefore, it is preferable that the drainage groove is provided inside the waterproof pan, and it is more preferable that a dust removal cover is attached to the drainage port desired in the drainage groove inside the waterproof pan. In addition, when the waterproof pan is formed by joining a plurality of divided pans, the joint portion between the divided pans is formed by overlapping the holding edge of the other divided pan with the waterproof packing on the supporting edge of one divided pan. It is preferable that the drainage groove is formed in the support end edge and the drainage hole is formed in the groove bottom of the end portion.

In the waterproof structure of the present invention, a waterproof pan having a square planar shape is arranged inside the underlay film that is surrounded by side plates on all four sides, so that by any chance water may flow between the waterproof pan and the underlay film. There is no worry that the floor of the balcony gets wet or the water collects on the floor even if it enters or drops of condensed water on the back of the waterproof pan, and there is a risk of rain leaking to the balcony below the floor. Also disappear. In addition, a horizontal drainage pipe leading to the vertical drainage pipe is installed in the space between the front side plate of the underlay film and the front side plate of the waterproof pan, and the drainage port protruding laterally from this horizontal drainage pipe is placed in front of the waterproof pan. Since it is desired for the drainage groove inside the waterproof pan by penetrating the side plate, it becomes unnecessary to secure the piping space of the horizontal drainage pipe under the drainage groove of the waterproof pan, and the workability is improved. Rainwater and the like are efficiently drained through the horizontal drainage pipe from the drainage hole that penetrates the front side plate of the waterproof pan and is expected in the drainage groove inside.

The underlay film comprises an underlay film body provided with a front side plate and a rear side plate, side end members disposed at left and right side edges of the underlay film body, and corner members disposed at four corners of the underlay film body. The waterproof structure with a drain outlet in the film body is a drainage provided in the underlay film body even if water enters between the waterproof pan and the underlay film or water droplets on the back of the waterproof pan fall. Since it is drained from the mouth to the outside of the balcony, there is no worry of wetting the floor surface of the balcony. In addition, since the underlay film is a separate body, it is easy to form and the cost can be reduced, and it is possible to deal with balconies of various dimensions.

On the other hand, the underlay film comprises an underlay film body provided with a front side plate and a rear side plate, and a side edge member provided with a bottom plate and side plates erected on three sides thereof and disposed on the left and right side edges of the underlay film body. The waterproof structure provided with a drain port in the underlay film body is completely surrounded by the side edge member having the bottom plate and the side plates erected on its three sides on the left and right side edges of the underlay film body. Even if a considerable amount of water intrudes between the waterproof pan and the underlay film due to the cause, the water leakage from the joint portion between the underlay film body and the side edge member becomes completely zero, and the water tightness is further improved.

Also, the inspection panel is partly cut off at the front edge of the waterproof pan so that the inspection panel can be attached in a watertight manner, and the drainage port protruding sideways from the side drainage pipe penetrates the inspection panel and passes through the drainage groove inside the waterproof pan. The desired waterproof structure can be easily maintained because the inspection panel can be removed to inspect and repair the back of the waterproof pan and the horizontal drainage pipe.

Furthermore, the waterproof structure with a dust removal cover attached to the drain outlet desired in the drain groove inside the waterproof pan can prevent the entry of dust from the drain opening to the horizontal drain pipe by the dust removal cover. And the clogging of the vertical drain pipe can be eliminated.

Further, the waterproof pan is obtained by joining a plurality of divided pans, and the joint portion between the divided pans is formed by overlapping the support edge of one divided pan with the presser edge of the other divided pan via the waterproof packing. A waterproof structure that is fixed with a stopper and has a drainage groove on the support edge and a drainage hole on the groove bottom of the end, the waterproof packing deteriorates over time. Even if rainwater enters from the gap between the support edge and the presser edge, the rainwater that has entered will flow into the drainage groove and will be received by the drainage drainage at the end so that it will leak. Don't worry.

Hereinafter, specific embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.

FIG. 7 is a partial perspective view showing a state before the inspection panel is attached to the notch portion of the front edge of the waterproof pan, and FIG. 8 is a state after the inspection panel is attached to the notch portion of the front edge of the waterproof pan. FIG. 9 is a partial perspective view showing the dust outlet cover attached to the drain outlet, FIG. 10 is a cross-sectional view showing the connecting portion of the horizontal drain pipe in the waterproof structure, and FIGS. 11 to 13 are the same. It is a perspective view explaining the construction procedure of a waterproof structure.

As shown in an exploded view in FIG. 1, this waterproof structure includes a two-part type waterproof pan 1 having a rectangular planar shape composed of left and right divided pans 11 and 12 joined to each other, and the waterproof pan 1 It is comprised by the underlay film 2 which consists of the underlay film main body 21, the side end member 22, and the corner member 23 which are arrange | positioned, the horizontal drainage pipe 3 and the vertical drainage pipe 4 which drain the water in the waterproof pan 1, and various other members. ing.

The waterproof pan 1 is composed of left and right divided pans 11 and 12 formed of a material such as SMC (sheet molding compound) in which glass fiber is blended with polyester resin. As shown in FIG. The support edge 1e formed at the right end of the pan 11 and the presser edge 1f formed at the left end of the right divided pan 12 are overlapped to form a watertight connection. A front plate 1a, a left plate 1b, and a rear plate 1c are formed at the front end, left end, and rear end of the left divided pan 11, and the front plate 1a is also formed at the front end, right end, and rear end of the right divided pan 12. A right side plate 1d and a rear side plate 1c are formed. The front side plate 1a, the left side plate 1b, the rear side plate 1c, and the right side plate 1d are all formed in a bent plate having a horizontal step portion at the upper and lower intermediate portions, and the front side plate 1a has other horizontal step portion widths. It is wider than that of the side plates 1b, 1c, 1d. Thus, by widening the width of the horizontal step portion of the front plate 1a, a space portion is provided between the lower portion of the front plate 1a than the horizontal step portion of the front plate 1a and the front plate 2a of the underlay film 21 as shown in FIG. 5 is formed, and the horizontal drainage pipe 3 can be piped in the space 5.

As shown in FIG. 1, each of the left and right divided pans 11 and 12 has a drain groove 1n formed along the front side plate 1a, and the center of the drain groove 1n is deepest at the groove bottom. Thus, a flow gradient is applied from both ends toward the center. Further, as shown in FIG. 3, a plurality of leg pieces 1p having slightly different heights, which also serve as reinforcing ribs, are formed on the back surfaces of the divided pans 11 and 12 at intervals. The surface of the waterproof pan 1 (divided pans 11 and 12) joined with 11 and 12 is inclined slightly forward and downward. Accordingly, the water on the surface of the waterproof pan 1 (divided pans 11 and 12) flows toward the front end of the waterproof pan 1, flows down into the drain grooves 1n and 1n, and is collected at the central portion of the drain grooves 1n and 1n. Yes.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 7, a notched opening 1q is formed in the center of the front side plate 1a and the drainage groove 1n of the divided pans 11 and 12, and an inspection panel 1r having a shape corresponding to the opening 1q. (Inspection panel having a shape including a front side plate portion and a drainage groove portion) is attached in a watertight manner so as to be detachable. Specifically, as shown in FIG. 4, the inspection panel 1r is screwed into the overlapping end portion 1s of the inspection panel 1r and the embedded nut 1j of the notched end portion 1t of the divided pans 11 and 12 (waterproof pan 1). 1r is attached to the openings 1q of the divided pans 11 and 12 in a watertight and detachable manner.

As shown in FIG. 6, the left and right divided pans 11 and 12 described above are provided between the support edge 1e of the left divided pan 11 and the press edge 1f of the right divided pan 12 superimposed thereon. The first waterproof packing 1g and the second waterproof packing 1h are sandwiched, and the bolt 1i is screwed into the embedded nut 1j of the support edge 1e from above the press edge 1f between the press edge 1f. And it is watertightly joined. And the drain groove 1k is formed in the front-end | tip part of the support edge 1e over the full length of the support edge 1e, and the groove | channel of the edge part (end part of the front end side of the division | segmentation pan 11) of this drain groove 1k A drain hole 1m is formed in the bottom.

When the left and right divided pans 11 and 12 are joined in this way, water leakage from the gap between the support edge 1e and the presser edge 1f is doubly prevented by the first and second waterproof packings 1g and 1h. Therefore, even if the waterproof packing 1g, 1h deteriorates with time and water enters from the gap between the support edge 1e and the presser edge 1f, it will penetrate. Since the water falls through the drain groove 1k and is received by the underlay film 2 (21) from the drain hole 1m at the end, there is no fear of water leakage, and excellent leakage prevention is maintained.

In this embodiment, a two-split type waterproof pan 1 (split pans 11 and 12) is used. However, depending on the size of the construction site, a three-part or more waterproof pan or a non-split type waterproof pan can be used. It is preferable to use them properly. When using a three-part waterproof pan, the split pan with the support end 1e formed at the right end and the press end edge 1f formed at the left end is positioned in the middle of the above-described split pans 11 and 12. It will join watertight.

On the other hand, the underlay film 2 is composed of an underlay film main body 21 formed by bending a plastic thin plate, a side end member 22 and a corner member 23. As shown in FIGS. The waterproof pan 1 (divided pans 11 and 12), the horizontal drain pipe 3, the cheese joint 3a described later, and the like are received from below.
In addition, although the material of the underlay film 2 is not limited to a plastic, since it is necessary to not condense, for example, aluminum etc. are unsuitable.

As shown in FIG. 1, the underlay film body 21 is a plastic plate having a concave cross-sectional shape including a front plate 21a, a bottom plate 21c, and a rear plate 21b. A horizontal drainage pipe 3 is provided at the right end of the bottom plate 21c on the front plate 21a side. A drain outlet 21d is formed to be inserted and connected. As will be described later, the drainage port 21d serves as a connection point between the horizontal drainage pipe 3 and the vertical drainage pipe 4, and also serves to discharge water that has entered the underlay film body 21 to the outdoors.
In addition, when constructing a two-part waterproof pan on the balcony as in this embodiment, one drain port 21d provided in the underlay film body 21 is sufficient, but a three-part waterproof pan is constructed. In such a case, it is more preferable to provide drainage ports 21d at two locations, the right end and the left end of the bottom plate 21c of the underlying film body 21.

Further, as shown in FIG. 1, the side end member 22 is an L-shaped plastic plate in which the side plate 22a rises by 90 ° from the bottom plate 22b, and is arranged at two locations, the right end and the left end of the underlay film body 21. In consideration of balance, water tightness, etc., the length of the bottom plate 22b and the height of the side plate 22a are formed to be substantially equal.

In addition, as shown in FIG. 1, the corner member 23 is a member in which an L-shaped side plate 23a rises 90 ° from two outer sides of a bottom plate 23b having a right isosceles triangle. 4 corners).
In the present embodiment, the shape of the bottom plate 23b of the corner member 23 is a right-angled isosceles triangle, but it may be a square or a rectangle.

The underlay film 2 comprising the underlay film body 21, the side end members 22, 22, and the corner members 23, 23, 23, 23 is joined in the following manner. That is, the corner members 23, 23, 23, 23 are arranged at the four corners of the balcony. Then, the bottom plate 22b of the side end member 22 is placed from above the bottom plates 23b, 23b of the right corner members 23, 23. At this time, each joint location (the bottom plate 23b of the corner member 23, the inside of the side plate 23a, the bottom plate 22b of the side end member 22, and the inside of the side plate 22a) is waterproofed with butyl rubber tape. Similarly, the side end member 22 is also placed on the left end corner members 23, 23. Next, the bottom plate 21c of the underlay film body 21 is placed from above the bottom plates 22b, 22b of the side end members 22, 22, and each joint location (the inside of the side end member 22 and the back side of the bottom plate 21c of the underlay film body 21; Further, the front side plate 21a, the rear side plate 21b and the inside of the corner member 23) of the underlay film body 21 are waterproofed with butyl rubber tape. When each member is joined in this manner, an underlay film 2 that is excellent in workability and waterproofness and is surrounded by side plates (21a, 22a, 21b, 22a) is formed.

Further, as shown in FIGS. 3 to 5, the gap between the underlay film 2 and the balcony wall surface attaches the moisture-proof paper 6a by bringing the front side plate 21a of the underlay film body 21 into contact with the wall surface of the balcony, The butyl rubber tape 6b is applied to the lower end of the moisture-proof paper 6a so as to prevent water leakage from the gap. Similarly, the rear plate 21b and the side end members 22 and 22 of the underlay film body 21 are also waterproof. It is being constructed. Further, the four side plates 1a, 1b, 1c, and 1d of the waterproof pan 1 are also waterproofed with the butyl rubber tape 6b, so that the waterproof property of the waterproof pan 1 is doubled. In this way, when the waterproof treatment is performed with the butyl rubber tape 6b, it is possible to sufficiently prevent the intrusion of rainwater or the like by wind. However, even if rainwater or the like invades due to the deterioration of the butyl rubber tape 6b over time, Since it is received by the underlay film 2 and drained into the vertical drain pipe 4 as will be described later, there is no concern about water leakage.

Further, as shown in FIG. 1, a cheese joint 3a and an expansion joint 3b having connection ports on three sides are connected to the horizontal drain pipe 3, and as shown in FIG. 5, this horizontal drain pipe 3 is an underlay film. A pipe is provided in the space 5 between the front plate 21 a of the main body 21 and the front plate 1 a of the waterproof pan 1. As shown in FIGS. 4 and 8, the remaining side connection ports 3c of the cheese joint 3a pass through the opening 1u of the inspection panel 1r as a drain port protruding sideways from the horizontal drain pipe. And the unnecessary upstream connection port of the cheese joint 3a connected to the start end of the horizontal drainage pipe 3 protrudes into the drainage groove 1n inside the waterproof pan 1 (left and right split pans 11 and 12). It is blocked with a stopper. As shown in FIG. 4, a pair of leg pieces 3d is formed on these cheese joints 3a, but the leg pieces 3d may be omitted. In addition, as a joint at the start end of the horizontal drainage pipe 3, a right angle elbow joint, a joint in which an unnecessary upstream connection port of the cheese joint 3a is omitted, or the like may be used.

The expansion joint 3b has connection ports formed at both ends of the bellows pipe. When the horizontal drainage pipe 3 is connected via such an expansion joint 3b, thermal expansion and contraction due to temperature difference is absorbed. There is no concern that the portion will come off and the water leaks, and the slope of the horizontal drainage pipe 3 can be adjusted freely by the expansion joint 3b.

As shown in FIG. 8, a male screw is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the connection port 3c (drain port) of the cheese joint 3a protruding from the opening 1u of the inspection panel 1r into the drain groove 1n of the waterproof packing 1. 4. As shown in FIG. 8, a drain plug 3e is screwed into the connection port 3c in which the male screw is formed, and the cheese joint 3a is fixed. A dust-removing cover 3f is fitted to the outside of the connection port 3c (drainage port) into which the drain plug 3e is screwed. When the dust-removing cover 3f is fitted in this way, the entry of large dust from the connection port (drainage port) into the horizontal drainage pipe 3 is prevented, and water that does not contain large dust is the deepest center of the drainage groove 1n. Since it flows into the connection port 3c from the portion and drains through the horizontal drainage pipe 3 and the vertical drainage pipe 4, clogging of dust can be eliminated.

The horizontal drain pipe 3 and the vertical drain pipe 4 are connected by a connection structure as shown in FIG. That is, the elbow joint 3g is connected to the end of the horizontal drainage pipe 3, and the lower insertion port 3h of the elbow joint 3g is inserted into the drainage port 21d on the floor of the underlaying film body 21 from the lower diameter joint 3i. The small diameter upper receiving port 3j is inserted and connected from above to be bonded. And the flange-shaped step part 3m between the small diameter upper receiving port 3j and the large diameter lower insertion port 3k of this different diameter joint 3i is adhere | attached on the back surface of the underlying film main body 21, and the large diameter lower part of the different diameter joint 3i The insertion port 3k is inserted and connected to the large-diameter vertical drain pipe 4, and further, a split groove portion 3n is formed in the small-diameter upper receiving port 3j of the different-diameter joint 3i. Accordingly, the water flowing through the horizontal drainage pipe 3 flows down to the vertical drainage pipe 4 through the elbow joint 3g and the different diameter joint 3i, and also drains from the waterproof pan 1 to the underlay film 2 due to condensation. As indicated by arrows in FIG. 10, water is drained by flowing down the vertical drain pipe 4 from the split groove portion 3n of the small diameter upper receiving port 3j of the different diameter joint 3i through the large diameter lower insertion port 3k.

The waterproof structure having the above structure is constructed on the balcony in the following manner. First, as shown in FIG. 11, corner members 23, 23, 23, 23 are arranged at the four corners of the floor of the balcony, and as described above, the corner members 23, 23, 23, 23 are located on the side from above. The end members 22 and 22 are placed, the underlay film body 21 is placed on the side end members 22 and 22, and the moisture-proof paper 6a and the butyl rubber tape 6b are attached and waterproofed as described above.

Next, as shown in FIG. 12, a space formed between the front side plate 1 a of the waterproof pan 1 and the front side plate 21 a of the underlay film body 21 by connecting the horizontal drain pipe 3, the cheese joint 3 a and the expansion joint 3 b. The horizontal drain pipe 3 and the vertical drain pipe 4 are connected via the elbow joint 3g and the different diameter joint 3i as described above.

Next, as shown in FIG. 13, the waterproof pan 1 in which the left and right divided pans 11 and 12 are joined in the structure described above is arranged on the underlay film 2, and the front side plate 1 a of the waterproof pan 1 and the front side plate of the underlay film body 21 are arranged. The horizontal drain pipe 3, the cheese joint 3a, etc. are accommodated in the space part 5 between 21a. Then, as described above, the inspection panel 1r is attached to the opening 1q of the waterproof pan 1 in a watertight manner so as to be detachable, and the remaining connection port 3c of the cheese joint 3a is used as a drainage port to be waterproofed from the opening of the inspection panel 1r. Projecting into the drain groove 1n inside the pan 1, the drain plug 3e and the dust cover 3f are attached, and the four side walls of the waterproof pan 1 are waterproofed with the butyl rubber tape 6b as described above to complete the construction. As described above, when the remaining connection port 3c of the cheese joint 3a is used as the drain port 3c protruding sideways from the lateral drainage pipe 3, the position of the connection port 3c is appropriately changed by changing the position where the cheese coupling 3a is provided. There are advantages you can do.

As described above, the waterproof structure of the present invention is easy to construct, and it is not necessary to secure a piping space for the horizontal drainage pipe 3 below the drainage groove 1n of the waterproof pan 1. Even if water droplets leak from the water or water drops from the back surface of the waterproof pan 1, the water received by the underlay film 2 is provided in the underlay film body 21. Since the water is drained to the vertical drain pipe 4 through the connection port 21d, there is no fear of wetting the floor surface of the balcony, and the waterproof property is excellent. Then, the rainwater collected in the drain groove 1n of the waterproof pan 1 flows into the connection port 3c that becomes the drainage port of the cheese joint 3a after the dust is removed by the dust removal cover 3f, and the horizontal drainage pipe 3 and the vertical drainage pipe 4 Since it is drained quickly through, there is no clogging of dust and drainage is good. Moreover, since the waterproof structure of the present invention can be inspected and repaired by removing the inspection panel 1r and inspecting and repairing the back side of the waterproof pan 1 and the horizontal drainage pipe 3, it is easy to maintain and the split type waterproof pan 1 is divided. Even if the waterproof packing at the joint portion of the pans 11 and 12 is deteriorated, there are many remarkable effects such as no fear of water leakage from the joint portion.

FIG. 14 is a perspective view of a side edge member that is a constituent member of a waterproof structure according to another embodiment of the present invention.

The side edge member 24, which is a constituent member of the waterproof structure shown in FIG. 14, is a member comprising a rectangular bottom plate 24b and a U-shaped side plate 24a erected on three sides of the bottom plate 24b. It is used instead of the member 22 and the corner member 23. Accordingly, the side edge members 24 are respectively arranged at the left and right end portions of the balcony (that is, the left and right side edge portions of the underlay film body 21), and the underlay film body 21 and the side edge member 24 are in the manner described above. Each joint location is waterproofed with butyl rubber tape 6b, and is constructed in the manner of placing the underlay film body 21 from above. Since the dimension in the length direction of the bottom plate 24b of the side edge member 24 is formed longer than the bottom plate 22b of the side end member 22 described above, the side edges (side edges and corner portions) of the underlay film body 21 are wide. A range can be enclosed.
Since the other structure of the waterproof structure using this side edge member 24 is the same as that of the waterproof structure of the embodiment shown in FIGS.

In such a waterproof structure using the side edge member 24, a wide range of the left and right side edges of the underlay film body 21 has a U-shaped side plate erected on the bottom plate 24b of the side edge member 24 and three sides thereof. Since a wide area is enclosed by 24a, even if a considerable amount of water enters between the waterproof pan 1 and the underlay film, water leaks from the joint between the underlay film body 21 and the side edge member 24. No worries about the balcony getting wet.

FIG. 15 is a perspective view of a corner member that is a constituent member of a waterproof structure according to still another embodiment of the present invention.

The corner member 25 shown in FIG. 15 is obtained by cutting the side edge member 24 in half at the intermediate portion in the width direction, and is disposed and used at the four corners of the underlying film body 21. Therefore, the construction procedure is the same as that of the corner member 23 of the above-described embodiment, and the corner members 25, 25, 25, 25 are arranged at the four corners of the balcony, and the side end members 22, 22 are placed from above. The corner members 25 and 25 are basically used in contact with each other in the width direction. Unlike the side edge member 24, the corner members 25 and 25 are divided into two types. It is necessary to mount 22 from above.
Since the other structure of the waterproof structure using this member is the same as the waterproof structure of the embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 to 13 described above, the description thereof is omitted.

A waterproof structure using such a corner member 25 can improve workability while maintaining high waterproof properties. That is, the side edge member 24 described above has a very high waterproof property, but since it is an integrally molded product, a large number of side edge members 24 are required to accommodate various balconies. Fine adjustment is difficult when is slightly deviated. In this respect, even if the corner member 25 is slightly deviated in size, the corner member 25 can be handled at the construction site because it is a two-divided type, and the area surrounding the underlay film body 21 is wide, so there is no fear of water leakage.
