Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a waterproof pan made of synthetic resin laid on a balcony, a terrace or the like.
[0002]
[Prior art]
General waterproofing pans made of synthetic resin laid on balconies, terraces, etc. are provided with a collar along the front edge, and a drain pipe is connected to a drain outlet formed at one end of the collar. It has become. In such a waterproof pan, in order to improve the flow of water in the buttocks, the bottom surface is often inclined so that the bottom surface of the buttocks becomes lower toward the drain outlet. However, since the above-mentioned waterproof pan is an integrally molded product of synthetic resin, there is a problem that it is difficult to cope with a large opening dimension (horizontal width dimension) of a balcony or a terrace.
[0003]
In view of this, a connection type waterproof pan has been developed in which the left and right end pans are connected in a watertight manner, or one or more intermediate pans and the left and right end pans are connected in a watertight manner. This connection type waterproof pan can cope with wide or narrow frontage dimensions such as a balcony by increasing or decreasing the number of intermediate pans connected. However, if this connection type waterproof pan is inclined on the bottom surface of the collar along the front edge, the depth of the bottom surface of the coupling end between the collars will not match when the number of intermediate pans is increased or decreased. There was a problem that it was difficult to drain water quickly by inclining the bottom surface of the buttock.
[0004]
On the other hand, the applicant of the present invention has a connection type waterproof pan body in which left and right end bread bodies and intermediate bread bodies that do not have a collar portion at the front edge are connected, and several types of bowl configurations with different inclination angles and lengths of the bottom surface. We have developed a connected waterproof pan that is made separately from a connected collar that is a combination of members and that is attached to the front edge of the connected bread body in a watertight manner. (For example, refer to Patent Document 1). This waterproof pan adjusts the left and right (horizontal width) dimensions of the waterproof pan body by increasing / decreasing the number of connections of the intermediate bread body, and the bottom surface of the waterproof pan that is combined and connected to match the left and right dimensions is inclined. By attaching the collar to the front edge of the waterproof pan body, you can obtain a waterproof pan suitable for balconies with different frontage dimensions, and so that the bottom of the collar approaches the other end closer to the other end. Since it is inclined, the flow of water is good and water can be drained efficiently from the drain outlet at the other end of the flange.
[0005]
[Patent Document 1]
Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2002-13190 (FIG. 3)
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the waterproof pan of the above-mentioned Patent Document 1 is such that the larger the left and right (horizontal width) dimensions, in other words, the longer the split-type collar part, the smaller the average inclination angle of the bottom surface of the collar part and the flow of water. There is a problem that the drainage performance deteriorates because it worsens, and since only one drain outlet is formed at the deepest part of the other end of the heel part, the amount of drainage becomes insufficient particularly when heavy rain falls. Was worried about overflowing from the buttocks. In addition, since the connection-type ridge part has some unevenness in the connection part of the ridge component members, there is a problem that when the rain stops, a small amount of rainwater stagnates in the connection part.
[0007]
The present invention has been made to cope with the above-mentioned problems, and its object is to adjust the left and right (horizontal width) dimensions corresponding to the frontage dimensions of a balcony and the like, and excellent drainage even when the left and right dimensions are increased. An object of the present invention is to provide a connected waterproof pan that maintains performance and prevents rainwater from accumulating on the bottom surface of the buttocks.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the waterproof pan according to the present invention is formed by watertightly connecting left and right end pans or by watertightly connecting one or more intermediate pans and left and right end pans. A rectangular waterproof pan having side walls on all four sides, wherein a rectangular opening is formed along the front edge of the end pan and the intermediate pan, and the heel member closed at both ends in each opening is watertight. And a drain pipe for draining water that is discharged from a drain outlet on the bottom surface of each gutter member.
[0009]
In the waterproof pan having such a configuration, the right and left (horizontal width) dimensions of the waterproof pan can be adjusted so as to conform to the frontage size of a balcony or the like by increasing or decreasing the number of intermediate pans connected. In addition, the rainwater that falls on the waterproof pan is divided into the dredging members fitted in the openings of the left and right end pans and the intermediate pan and flows into the drainage pipes from the drainage ports of the dredging members. They merge in the road and drain immediately. Therefore, even when the number of intermediate pans connected is increased and waterproof pans with large left and right dimensions are assembled, excellent drainage performance is maintained and sufficient drainage is ensured by the respective heel members. The worry of overflowing is resolved. Moreover, since the eaves members are independent and not connected to each other, a small amount of rainwater stays in the connection area when the rain stops, like a conventional waterproof pan with an attached connection type eaves. It won't get dirty. Moreover, if the eaves member is removed from the opening, it is possible to easily inspect the drainage pipe line and the like on the lower side of the waterproof pan through the opening.
[0010]
In the waterproof pan of the present invention, it is desirable to incline the bottom surface of each gutter member and form a drain outlet at its deepest part. If it does in this way, since the flow of the water of a gutter member will become good and the rainwater which flowed into each gutter member will flow on the sloped bottom face promptly towards a drain outlet, drainage performance will improve further.
[0011]
Further, in the waterproof pan of the present invention, the left end portion of the heel member fitted into the rectangular opening of the left end pan is inclined so that the bottom surface gradually decreases from the right end side toward the left end side. This is a left-sided dredge member with a drain outlet formed on it, and the dredge member fitted in the rectangular opening of the right end pan is inclined so that its bottom surface gradually decreases from the left end side toward the right end side. This is a right-handed saddle member with a drain outlet at its right end, and the saddle member fitted into the rectangular opening of the intermediate pan is inclined so that its bottom gradually decreases from the left and right ends toward the center. It is desirable that it is either a drop-down saddle member having a drain outlet formed at the center thereof, the left-down saddle member, or the right-down saddle member. As described above, when the gutter member is selectively used, the drainage pipe can be easily piped as described later, and the drainage performance is improved.
[0012]
Furthermore, in the waterproof pan of the present invention, a box having a substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape through which the drain pipe passes is opened at the lower side of the heel member, and by this box, the peripheral edge of the rectangular opening of the end pan and the intermediate pan It is desirable to support In this way, even if a load is applied to the front edge portion of the end pan or the intermediate pan, the front edge portion bends downward because the rectangular opening periphery formed along the front edge is supported by the box. There will be no damage or damage. And even if water leaks from the opening part which watertightly fitted the collar member, since the leaked water is received with a box, it does not leak outside.
[0013]
Further, in the waterproof pan of the present invention, it is desirable to provide a bellows-shaped expansion joint in the middle of the drainage pipe and to bridge this expansion joint between the boxes. If it does in this way, since heat expansion and contraction of a drainage pipe line is absorbed by an expansion joint, even if a drainage pipe line is long, the trouble accompanying heat expansion and contraction can be eliminated.
[0014]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, specific embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
[0015]
1 is an exploded perspective view of a waterproof pan according to an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a longitudinal sectional view of the waterproof pan, FIG. 3 is a transverse sectional view showing an example of construction of the waterproof pan, and FIG. It is the elements on larger scale of bread.
[0016]
As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 1 , P 2 Is a two-connection type waterproof pan that is assembled by connecting the end pans P 1 , P 2 All are press-molded materials such as SMC (sheet molding compound).
[0017]
End pan P having a substantially square planar shape on the left side 1 The side wall 1 is formed in a U shape at the left end and both front and rear ends, and the end pan P having a substantially square planar shape on the right side 2 The side wall 1 is formed in U shape at the right end and both front and rear ends. And left end bread P 1 Right end and right end pan P 2 The left ends of the left and right end pans are formed on connecting ends 2a and 2b without overlapping side walls, and the connecting ends 2a and 2b are overlapped with a waterproof packing (not shown) between the left and right end pans P. 1 , P 2 Are connected in a watertight manner, a waterproof pan P having a rectangular planar shape with side walls 1 around four sides is assembled.
[0018]
Left and right end pan P 1 , P 2 The rectangular openings 3 and 3 are formed along the front edge of each, and the flange members 4a and 4b are fitted into these openings 3 and 3, respectively. These flange members 4a and 4b are formed by press-molding SMC and the like, and are formed in a shallow and elongated hook shape with both left and right ends (both ends in the longitudinal direction) closed, and flange portions 41 are formed at the four peripheral edges of the upper end. Has been.
[0019]
Left end pan P 1 The eaves member 4a fitted in the opening 3 is inclined so that its bottom surface 42 gradually decreases as it approaches the left end side from the right end side to give a left flow gradient of about 1/100 to 3/100. The left-most dredging member is provided with a drain port 43 on the bottom surface of the deepest left end. In contrast, the right end pan P 2 The eaves member 4b fitted in the opening 3 is inclined so that its bottom surface 42 gradually decreases as it approaches the right end side from the left end side, thereby giving a right flow gradient of about 1/100 to 3/100. The right-handed dredging member is provided with a drain port 43 on the bottom surface of the rightmost end of the deepest part. However, in the waterproof pan of this embodiment, the same heel member is used as the heel members 4a and 4b, the direction is reversed 180 °, and the left and right end pans P 1 , P 2 By fitting into the openings 3 and 3, one is a left-down collar member and the other is a right-down collar member.
[0020]
Left and right end pan P 1 , P 2 As shown in FIG. 3 and FIG. 4, the flange members 4 a and 4 b fitted in the openings 3 and 3 are engaged with the flange portion 41 by holding the waterproof packing 7 around the thick peripheral edge 31 of the opening 3. The flange portion 41 is fixed by screwing a set screw 8b from above into a plurality of embedded nuts 8a embedded in the peripheral edge 31, thereby being attached to the opening portion 3 in a watertight and detachable manner.
[0021]
Left and right end pan P 1 , P 2 1 and FIG. 3, the lattice-shaped small grooves 5 are formed on the surface excluding the opening 3, and reinforcing ribs 6 are formed on the back surface as shown in FIG. It is formed in a lattice shape in accordance with the position 5. Accordingly, rainwater or the like that falls on the surface of the waterproof pan P immediately flows into the eaves members 4a and 4b through the small groove 3, so that the drainage performance of the surface of the waterproof pan is good, and the sole of the foot is small when walking. Since it has a good anti-slipping effect when it is hooked moderately to 5, it is safe without having to worry about slipping over the foot and falling. In addition, since the positions of the small grooves 5 and the ribs 6 coincide with each other, even if so-called “sinking” occurs in the press molding (the phenomenon that the surface of the rib forming portion of the waterproof pan is dented), It matches 5 and the aesthetics are not impaired.
[0022]
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, a drainage pipe 9 for draining water by joining rainwater discharged from the drainage ports 43 and 43 is provided below the flange members 4a and 4b. This drain pipe 9 is connected to the drain port 43 of one of the left-down collar members 4 a through the waterproof packing 91 and the drainage of the other right-down collar member 4 b through the waterproof packing 91. A cheese joint 93 connected to the mouth 43, a drain pipe 94 having a flow gradient of about 1/100 to 3/100, both ends of which are connected to the elbow joint 92 and the cheese joint 93, and an upper end of the cheese joint 93. It is constituted by a connected vertical drain pipe 95.
[0023]
In addition, boxes 10 and 10 having upper ends having a substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape through which the drainage pipe 94 of the drainage pipe 9 is passed are respectively installed below the flange members 4a and 4b, as shown in FIGS. In addition, the peripheral edges of the rectangular openings 3 and 3 of the end pans 4a and 4b are supported by the boxes 10 and 10, respectively. Therefore, even if a load is applied to the front edge portions of the end pans 4a and 4b, the front edge portion does not bend downward or break, and water is not supplied from the openings 3 and 3. Even if it leaks, since the leaked water is received by the boxes 10 and 10, there is no fear of leaking outside.
[0024]
Each of the boxes 10 and 10 has a U-shaped notch 11 formed on both end faces in the longitudinal direction so as to allow the drainage pipe 9 to pass therethrough, and a plurality of reinforcing ribs 12 are formed inside thereof. A plurality of positioning protrusions 13 are provided at the upper end of the front surface so as to protrude forward. And the hole which lets the lower end of the cheese coupling 93 pass, or the hole which lets the vertical drain pipe 95 pass is formed in the bottom of the box 10 installed under the drooping-down saddle member 4b. Moreover, both the boxes 10 and 10 are connected by a semi-cylindrical connecting member 14.
[0025]
The two-connection type waterproof pan P as described above is laid on a balcony or the like in the following manner.
[0026]
First, the boxes 10 and 10 are temporarily placed on the floor of the balcony, and as shown in FIG. 3, the boxes 10 and 10 are positioned while the protruding pieces 13 of the box are applied to the front wall surface 15 of the balcony. After the boxes 10 and 10 are connected, they are fixed. Next, the elbow joint 92 and the cheese joint 93 are bonded to both ends of the drain pipe 94, and the drain pipe 94 is inserted into the boxes 10 and 10 so as to fit into the notches 11 and 11 of the boxes 10 and 10. And left and right end pan P 1 , P 2 As shown in FIG. 3, the waterproof pan P is assembled on the balcony floor portion 16 as shown in FIG. 1 , P 2 The peripheral edge 31 of the opening 3 is supported. Then, as shown in FIG. 2, the drainage ports 43, 43 of both heel members 4 a, 4 b are connected to the elbow joint 91 and the cheese joint 93 in a watertight manner via the waterproof packings 91, 91, respectively. The members 4a and 4b are connected to both end pans P. 1 , P 2 Are fitted in the openings 3 and 3 and are watertightly attached as described above. And while waterproofing the circumference | surroundings of the hole of the bottom face of one box 10 which the lower end of the cheese coupling 93 protrudes, the vertical drain pipe 95 is connected to this cheese coupling 93, and finally, as shown in FIG. 17 is attached so that the upper end part of the side wall 1 of the four circumferences of the waterproof pan P may be covered, and construction is completed.
[0027]
As described above, when the two-type waterproof pan P is laid on a balcony or the like, the left and right end pans P 1 , P 2 The rainwater or the like that has fallen on the surface of the water flows into the eaves members 4a and 4b through the small groove 5, and the drain ports at the deepest left end and right end along the inclined groove bottom surfaces 42 and 42 of both eaves members 4a and 4b. It flows smoothly to 43,43. And this rain water etc. are discharged | emitted from the drain outlets 43 and 43 of both dredging members 4a and 4b to the drain pipe 9, and merges in the pipe, and is drained immediately from the vertical drain pipe 95 of the drain pipe 9. The Therefore, this two-connection type waterproof pan P has excellent drainage performance because the flow of water in both the flange members 4a, 4b is good and a sufficient drainage amount can be secured by both drain ports 43, 43. Even if it rains, it will not overflow.
[0028]
In addition, since the two linking members 4a and 4b are independent of each other and are not connected to each other in the two-connection type waterproof pan P, when the rain stops, as in the case of the conventional connection type waterproof pan. A small amount of rainwater does not accumulate in the joints of the buttocks and become dirty. In addition, even if water leaks from the connection portions of the drainage pipe 9 and the openings 3 and 3 fitted with the flange members 4a and 4b, the leaked water is received by the boxes 10 and 10, There is no worry of leaking outside. And if the eaves members 4a and 4b are removed, the inspection of the lower side of the waterproof pan P (presence / absence of water leakage, location of water leakage, etc.) can be performed through the openings 3 and 3, so that maintenance is easy. .
[0029]
FIG. 5 is a partially exploded cross-sectional view of a three-connection type waterproof pan according to another embodiment of the present invention.
[0030]
This waterproof pan P has left and right end pans P. 1 , P 2 And intermediate bread P 3 Is a three-link type waterproof pan that can be assembled by connecting 3 By increasing the number of connections, a multi-connection type waterproof pan having four or more connections can be obtained. Left and right end pan P 1 , P 2 Is the aforementioned end pan P shown in FIGS. 1 , P 2 And this end bread P 1 , P 2 Since the eaves members 4a and 4b fitted in the openings 3 and 3 are the same as the left eaves eaves member 4a and the right eaves member 4b, description thereof is omitted.
[0031]
Intermediate bread P 3 Has a substantially square planar shape with side walls 1 at its front and rear ends, and its left end and right end are formed at connecting ends without side walls. Therefore, this intermediate bread P 3 Left and right end pans P 1 , P 2 When a waterproof packing (not shown) is sandwiched and watertightly connected, the three-connection type waterproof pan P having a rectangular planar shape with the side walls 1 on four sides is assembled.
[0032]
This intermediate bread P 3 Also left and right end pan P 1 , P 2 Similarly to the above, the above-described lattice-shaped small grooves are formed on the front surface, and the above-described reinforcing ribs are formed on the back surface in a lattice shape in accordance with the positions of the small grooves. And this intermediate bread P 3 A rectangular opening 3 is formed along the front edge, and a flange member 4c is fitted into the opening 12.
[0033]
The flange member 4c is formed into a shallow and elongated flange shape with both left and right ends (both ends in the longitudinal direction) closed, and flange portions 41 are formed on the four peripheral edges at the upper end, like the flange members 4a and 4b described above. However, as shown in FIG. 5, the bottom surface 42 is inclined so as to gradually decrease from the left and right ends toward the center, and a flow gradient from both sides of about 1/100 to 3/100 is applied to the center. It is made into the drop-down collar member which provided the drain outlet 43 in the bottom face of the center part. The flange member 4c is fitted into the opening 3 of the intermediate pan 4c, and, like the flange members 4a and 4b described above, the flange portion 41 is engaged with the periphery of the opening 3 to sandwich the waterproof packing, The flange 41 is fixed by screwing a set screw into the embedded nut at the periphery of the opening 3 from above, so that it is attached in a watertight and detachable manner.
[0034]
Left and right end pan P 1 , P 2 And intermediate bread P 3 The drainage pipes 9 for draining the rainwater and the like discharged from the drainage ports 43, 43, 43 of the respective dredging members and the drainage pipes 9 are provided below the respective dredging members 4a, 4b, 4c. Three boxes 10, 10, 10 having an open upper end of a rectangular parallelepiped shape to be passed are arranged. These boxes 10 are the same as the above-described box 10, and the above-described semi-cylindrical connecting member 14 is bridged between adjacent boxes 10 and 10.
[0035]
The drain pipe 9 is the left end pan P 1 The starting elbow joint 92 connected to the drain port 43 of the left-down collar member 4a through the waterproof packing 91, and the intermediate pan P 3 An intermediate cheese joint 96 connected to the drainage port 43 of the dropped bowl member 4c through the waterproof packing 91, and the right split pan P 2 An end-point cheese joint 93 connected to the drain port 43 of the right-down saddle member 4b via a waterproof packing 91, and bellows-tube expansion joints 97, 97 supported by connecting members 14, 14 between the boxes, , A drain pipe 94 having a predetermined flow gradient piped between these joints, and a vertical drain pipe 95 having an upper end connected to an end point cheese joint 93.
[0036]
As described above, when the bellows-tube-shaped expansion joint 97 is provided in the middle of the drain pipe 9 and this expansion joint 97 is bridged between the boxes 10 and 10, the thermal expansion and contraction of the drain pipe 9 is reduced. Therefore, troubles caused by thermal expansion and contraction can be solved even when the drain pipe 9 is long.
[0037]
In addition, the structure of the drain pipe 9 is not limited to this embodiment, and drainage pipes that can drain drainage water efficiently from the drainage ports 43, 43, 43 of the dredging members 4a, 4b, 4c can be drained. Any configuration can be used as long as it is a road.
[0038]
Also in the three-connection type waterproof pan P having the above-described configuration, rainwater or the like that has fallen on the surface flows separately into the ridge members 4a, 4b, and 4c, and the deepest portion along the inclined bottom surfaces 42, 42, and 42 is provided. The water flows smoothly to the drain ports 43, 43, 43, discharged from the respective drain ports to the drain pipe 9 and merges in the pipe to be drained immediately. Therefore, this three-connection type waterproof pan P also has a good flow of water in the respective groove members 4a, 4b, 4c, and can secure a sufficient amount of drainage by the respective drain ports 43, 43, 43. Has performance. In particular, since the three-linked waterproof pan P is a bowl member in which the middle pan collar member 4c is dropped, the flow of water from both ends of the bottom surface 42 toward the central drainage port 43 is good, Since the drainage port 43 of the drop-down rod member 4c is located at the midpoint between the drainage port 43 of the left-falling rod member 4a and the drainage port 43 of the right-falling rod member 4b, from the starting elbow joint 92 to the intermediate cheese joint 96 The drain pipe 9 can be easily piped so that the length and the slope of the drain pipe 9 are equal to the length and the slope of the drain pipe 9 from the intermediate cheese joint 96 to the end cheese joint 93.
[0039]
In the unlikely event that water leaks from the connection location of the drain pipe 9 or the attachment location of the eaves members 4a, 4b, 4c, the same as the above-described two-connection type waterproof pan P Since the leaked water is received by the box 10, there is no worry of leaking outside. And if the eaves member 4a, 4b, 4c is removed, since the lower side of the waterproof pan P can be inspected from the respective openings 3, maintenance is easy.
[0040]
Left and right end pan P 1 , P 2 And intermediate bread P 3 The connected waterproof pan P is an intermediate pan P 3 By increasing the number of connections, a multi-connection type waterproof pan P having four or more connections can be obtained. 6 (a) to 6 (e) illustrate such a multi-connection type waterproof pan, and the left and right end pans and the intermediate pan are omitted, and only the drainage pipes that pass through the eaves member and the box are shown. It is.
[0041]
That is, FIG. 6 (a) shows a four-connection type waterproof pan in which left and right end pans and two intermediate pans are connected. However, the above-described right-down collar member 4b is fitted into the opening of the right end pan, and the above-mentioned middle-down collar member 4c is fitted into the openings of the two intermediate pans. A box 10 is installed on the lower side. A left-flow drainage pipe 9a is provided through the box 10 for draining the rainwater and the like discharged from the left-side lower panning member 4c and the left-side end panning member 4a of the left end pan. [0046]
As described above, the waterproof pan of the multi-connection type that connects the left and right end pans and the intermediate pan can adjust the left and right (horizontal width) dimensions by increasing or decreasing the number of intermediate pans connected. It can correspond to. The rainwater falling on the waterproof pan flows separately into the dredging members 4a, 4b, and 4c, is discharged from the drainage ports 43 of the dredging members to the drainage pipes 9a and 9b, and merges in the respective pipes. Therefore, even when a waterproof pan with a large left and right (horizontal width) size is assembled by increasing the number of intermediate pans connected, excellent drainage performance is maintained by the respective flange members 4a, 4b, and 4c. Sufficient drainage is secured. In particular, when the left-flow drainage pipe 9a and the right-flow drainage pipe 9b are provided as in the multi-connection type waterproof pan shown in FIG. 6, the lengths of both drain pipes are shortened. A sufficient flow gradient can be provided, and the amount of drainage is almost doubled, so that drainage performance is greatly improved. In addition, since the eaves members 4a, 4b, and 4c are independent and not connected to each other, a small amount of rainwater is connected when rain stops, as in a waterproof pan with a conventional connection type eaves portion. It doesn't get stuck and get dirty. Further, in consideration of the piping construction of the drain pipes 9a and 9b, the left end pan collar member is a left-down collar member 4a, and the right end pan collar member is a right-down collar member 4b. Since any one of the drop-down hook part 4c, the left-down hook member 4a, and the right-down hook member 4b is selected as the hook member, piping construction of the drain pipes 9a and 9b is easy.
