中央固定台(1)と、増速機構(8)を連結するVベルト(9)を介して、発電機(4)を増速作動し、発電して蓄電池(5)に充電する事を特徴とする動物力発電プラントで、又は、単独プラント2輪車軸の回転力で、伝動発電して、蓄電する自由経路発電システムでも移動式プラントとして同一視出来る。
