Abstract
Description
The present invention belongs to a technology for constructing a tank related to storage and penetration of rainwater or the like.
Storage and infiltration tanks buried underground for the purpose of suppressing or effectively using rainwater are plastic unit members arranged to secure storage space and covered with appropriate sheets, box culverts or Various types such as those made of concrete have been proposed and used. Various examples of using plastic unit members have been proposed, such as JP-A-912792, JP-A-10-252108, and JP-A-11-222886. A storage and penetration tank using a concrete box culvert is proposed in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 07-166595.
Tanks that use plastic unit members can be constructed in a short construction period without using heavy machinery, but there is a problem that they are difficult to use due to their strength in places with high vertical and horizontal earth pressure. On the other hand, the concrete tank has no problem in terms of strength, but has problems such as having to use heavy machinery and lengthening the construction period.
This invention exists in the proposal of the tank which combined the advantage which uses a plastic unit member, and the advantage which uses concrete.

An array member that forms a shape including a cylinder penetrating through the ceiling member and a ceiling member, and the hole formed by the array member is arranged by arranging the array member inside the side wall so that the flat plate portion forms a horizontal beam. It is a tank which has the side wall comprised with the material which has the intensity | strength covered with.
In any of the inventions, the construction period is shortened by arranging unit members prepared in advance.
In the first aspect of the present invention, concrete or steel flat unit members having strength are arranged in a beam shape on a layer in which table-like unit members are arranged in a tank having side walls of concrete or steel plates having strength. Since the layers are arranged, the horizontal earth pressure is supported by the beam layer composed of the side wall and the flat unit member, and the beam is supported by the layer of the table-like unit member. Since the horizontal beams are formed by arranging the unit members, the construction period can be shortened.
In the second aspect of the invention, the arrangement member is prepared in advance as a unit member and arranged in the tank, so that the construction period can be shortened.
The horizontal earth pressure applied to the tank can be received by the side wall portion and the flat plate portion arranged in a beam shape.
In any of the inventions, a permeation tank or a storage tank is configured by combining unit members. In particular, in the case of a storage tank, the water shielding is extremely difficult for a concrete tank, but it can be easily implemented by stretching a water shielding sheet along the bottom and the inner periphery of the side wall.
