Abstract

<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coil-terminating device with which a coil end can be easily positioned and soldered and insulation processing can also be easily carried out. <P>SOLUTION: The coil-terminating device for motors is constructed so as to fix a coil end 10 of the coil 2 wound on the core of a stator on a circular substrate 1 at a coil end section in wire connection processing. The device includes a substantially cylindrical coil end cover 9 for holding the substrate on the coil end section. The coil end cover includes a disk portion, whose sections in the axial direction are extended from the peripheral portion toward the inner radius side. Description

図5は、従来のモータ全体の側断面図である。図において、1はコイル端末処理をする基板、2はコイル、3はコア、4はステータ、5はフレーム、6は絶縁紙、7はサーミスタ、10はコイル端である。
ステータ4は、コア3のスロットにコイル2が巻回され、コイルエンド4aの近傍で端末が基板1に結線処理されている。絶縁紙6aはコイル2とコア3間、絶縁紙6bはコイル2とフレーム5間、絶縁紙6cはコイル2と基板1間の絶縁を行う。
コイル端10の結線処理は、次のように行っている。
コイル端末処理の詳細を図6に示す。図6(a)は基板取付け前、(b)は基板取付け後の状態を示している。図6(a)の状態では未だコイル端10は固定されていない。コイル端10は、治具等で位置決めされた後、基板ランド8に半田付けにて結線処理する。
このように、従来のコイル端末処理装置は、コイル端10の正確な位置決めを治具等で行うものである。
また、コイル端末の処理として、内部断面がコイルエンドの形状に形成されたコイルカバーをコイルエンドに装着し、コイルカバーに設けられた端子にリード線を接続する構造も提案されている(例えば、特許文献1参照)。

従来のコイル端末処理装置は、コイル端を正確に位置決めする機能は無く、治具等で位置決めを行う必要があり、結線処理工数がかかるという問題があった。また、コイルとフレームの絶縁距離が保たれないような場合は、コイルの外周部に絶縁紙を巻くこととなるので、作業工数がかかるというような問題もあった。
本発明はこのような問題点に鑑みてなされたものであり、コイルエンドカバーにてコイル端を位置決めするとともに容易に結線処理でき、簡単にコイルの絶縁処理をすることができるコイル端末処理装置を提供することを目的とする。

図において、1はコイル端末処理をする基板、2はコイル、3はコア、4はステータ、5はフレーム、6は絶縁紙、7はサーミスタ、10はコイル端、9はコイルエンドカバーである。
ステータ4は、コア3のスロットにコイル2が巻回されている。絶縁紙6aはコイル2とコア3間の絶縁を行い、コイル2とフレーム5間、コイル2と基板1間の絶縁はコイルエンドカバー9にて行う。
コイルエンドカバー9の詳細を図2に示す。図2(a)は中実部、(b)は空間部を示している。図において、9aはカバー本体の略円筒部、9bは基板1が固定される円板部、9cは空間部である。空間部9cはサーミスタ7が配置されるサーミスタ配置部11である。
コイル端末処理の詳細を図3に示す。図3(a)は基板取付け前、(b)は基板取付け後の状態を示している。図において、12はスリット部、13は穴、14はピンである。
製作方法はつぎのとおりである。
(1)先ず、コイルエンドカバー9を取付け、コイル端10をコイルエンドカバー9のスリット部12へ挿入し、位置決めを行う。
(2)コイルエンドカバー9のサーミスタ配置部11に、サーミスタ7を装着する。
サーミスタ配置部11により、サーミスタ7の固定が容易になり、取付け作業が簡単になる。また、サーミスタ配置部11の穴により、コイルの熱をサーミスタへ伝え易くなっている。
(3)コイル端10を基板1の基板ランド8に半田付けして結線処理する。

Details of the coil terminal processing are shown in FIG. FIG. 3A shows a state before the substrate is attached, and FIG. 3B shows a state after the substrate is attached. In the figure, 12 is a slit portion, 13 is a hole, and 14 is a pin.
The manufacturing method is as follows.
(1) First, the coil end cover 9 is attached, and the coil end 10 is inserted into the slit portion 12 of the coil end cover 9 to perform positioning.
(2) The thermistor 7 is mounted on the thermistor placement portion 11 of the coil end cover 9.
The thermistor disposition portion 11 makes it easy to fix the thermistor 7 and facilitates the mounting operation. In addition, the hole of the thermistor placement portion 11 makes it easy to transfer the heat of the coil to the thermistor.
(3) The coil end 10 is soldered to the substrate land 8 of the substrate 1 and connected.
