閉状態における前記開閉部材の下方に配置され、前記ヒンジの前記軸支部を後方から覆うカバー部材とを備え、
前記開閉部材が開状態のときに、前記カバー部材を跨ぎ、且つ、前記開閉部材を前記カバー部材より車体後方側へ配置するように、前記ヒンジの前記回動部を屈曲した形状とすると共に、
前記開閉部材が開状態における前記回動部の最上部位が前記開閉部材の上面より下に位置するように、前記ヒンジの前記回動部を前記開閉部材の車幅方向側面に取り付けたことを特徴とする車両の開閉装置。
