Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to, for example, a harness support for constantly supplying power by wiring a wire harness from a slide door of an automobile to a harness support on the side of a vehicle body and constantly supplying power to the door, and a harness routing structure using the same It is about.
5 to 6 show one form of a harness routing structure using a conventional constant power supply device for a sliding door (see, for example, Patent Document 1). FIG. 5 shows a state when the slide door is closed, and FIG. 6 shows a half-open state of the slide door.
The constant
The
The lower end portion of the
The
One electric wire portion 43a of the
As shown in the explanatory view (front view) of FIG. 7, the
As shown in the explanatory view (plan view) of FIG. 8 (a) and the explanatory view (side view) of FIG. 8 (b), the sliding door 41 (FIG. 5) is close to the vehicle body side when fully closed and is close to being fully closed. From the vehicle body 47 (FIG. 5) to the fully open state. Along with this, the
However, in the conventional harness wiring structure for continuous power feeding, for example, as shown in FIG. 9, the
There is also a concern that the
These concerns may occur regardless of the form of the
In view of the above-described points, the present invention provides a method in which the harness supporter is mounted on the plate when the wire support is supported by the harness supporter so that power is always supplied from the slide structure to the fixed structure. The wire harness hangs down when it is placed inside (back side) of the fixed structure or when the protector of the power supply device and the harness supporter are placed close to each other in the height direction, etc. An object of the present invention is to provide a harness support for constantly feeding without interfering with the harness and a harness routing structure using the same.
In order to achieve the above-described object, a harness support for constantly supplying power according to claim 1 of the present invention is configured to lead out the wire harness through a support portion that supports the wire harness at least in a swingable manner and the support portion. In the harness support device including the opening, an inclined portion is formed on one side or both sides of the opening, and the wire harness is lifted and supported along the inclined portion.
With the above configuration, for example, the harness supporter is disposed on the inner side (back side) of the fixed structure such as the vehicle body, or the harness lead-out portion of the slide structure such as the slide door approaches the harness supporter in the height direction. Even when the slide structure is fully closed, the wire harness part from the slide structure to the harness supporter is lifted by the inclined part on one side in the opening when the slide structure is fully closed, so the wire harness part and the scuff plate on the slide structure side And the wire harness is prevented from being caught between the slide structure and the scuff plate. When the slide structure is fully opened, the wire harness portion is lifted by the other inclined portion in the opening, and interference between the wire harness portion and the scuff plate on the slide structure side is prevented.
A harness routing structure using the harness support for constant power supply according to
Even if the harness supporter is arranged on the inner side (back side) of the fixed structure or the harness lead-out portion of the slide structure and the harness supporter are arranged close to each other in the height direction by the above configuration, the slide structure When the body is fully closed, the wire harness part from the slide structure to the harness support is lifted by an inclined part on one side in the opening, so that interference between the wire harness part and the scuff plate on the slide structure side, or the slide structure The wire harness is prevented from being caught between the hood and the scuff plate or the like. When the slide structure is fully opened, the wire harness portion is lifted by the other inclined portion in the opening, and interference between the wire harness portion and the scuff plate on the slide structure side is prevented.
A harness routing structure using a harness support for constant power supply according to claim 3 is the harness routing structure using the harness support for constant power supply according to
With the above configuration, when the slide structure is fully closed, the wire harness is drawn into the protector by the urging force of a spring member such as a leaf spring or the restoring force of the wire harness itself in the protector, and between the protector and the harness supporter. The extra harness length is absorbed. In this state, the wire harness portion that is about to hang down outside the protector is lifted by the inclined portion on the one side of the harness support portion, and interference between the wire harness portion and the scuff plate on the slide structure side is prevented.
According to the first aspect of the present invention, for example, the harness supporter is disposed on the inner side (back side) of the vehicle body, or the harness lead-out portion of the slide door and the harness supporter are disposed close to each other in the height direction. Even when the sliding door is fully closed, the wire harness part from the sliding door to the harness supporter is lifted by an inclined part on one side in the opening to prevent interference with the scuff plate on the vehicle body side. Abnormal noise due to vibration during travel, wear of the wire harness, etc. are prevented, and pinching of the wire harness between the sliding door and the scuff plate is prevented when the door is closed. Reliability is improved and vehicle quality is enhanced.
According to the second aspect of the present invention, for example, the harness supporter is disposed on the inner side (back side) of the fixed structure such as the vehicle body, or the harness lead-out portion of the slide structure such as the slide door and the harness supporter are provided. Even when placed close to the height direction, when the slide structure is fully closed, the wire harness part from the slide structure to the harness support is lifted by an inclined part on one side of the opening, and the fixed structure side Interference with the scuff plate, etc., thereby preventing abnormal noise due to vibration when fully closed, wear of the wire harness, etc., and when the slide structure is closed, the slide structure and the fixed structure scuff plate, etc. Since the wire harness is prevented from being caught between the two, the reliability of the constant power supply to the slide structure is improved, and the slide structure Quality of products made in the fixed structure is enhanced.
According to the invention of claim 3, when the wire harness is about to hang down outside the protector while the extra length is absorbed in the protector, the slanted portion of the harness supporter suppresses the sag and the scuff plate of the fixed structure The effect of the invention according to
FIG. 1 shows a main part of one embodiment of a harness support for constant power feeding and a harness routing structure using the same according to the present invention.
The
The
It is preferable that the
In this example, the lower end side of the
The
It goes without saying that this action is similarly achieved even when the bottom wall 68 of the
The
The
The
The door-
1, the
When the
As shown in the left side of FIG. 7, the
In the above embodiment, the
Moreover, in the said embodiment, although the existing thing was used as the
In the
As shown in FIG. 2, the
The
The sliding
2, the
The
When the door is fully closed in FIG. 2, the

Further, in each of the embodiments described above, the constant
The constant
In addition, the above-described constant
Moreover, it is also possible to use a protector (not shown) in which the wire harness is spirally wound with a string-wound spring as a protector. Also in this case, the wire harness led out from the protector is routed to the vehicle body side or the slide door side while being lifted by the
Further, in each of the above embodiments, the corrugated tube of the
It is also possible to use a harness supporter that fixes the
