Description

The present invention relates to a multistage open showcase in which an air curtain is formed by circulating cold air at a front opening of a commodity storage room in which a plurality of commodity shelves are installed in a plurality of stages above and below, particularly for improving the temperature distribution in the warehouse. Relating to the means.

A cold-air circulation type multistage open showcase is described in, for example, Patent Document 1, but its general structure is shown again in FIG. In FIG. 7, a product storage chamber 2 having a front surface serving as a product take-out surface opened inside a showcase main body 1 made of a heat insulating wall is partitioned by an inner box 3 made of a steel plate. Layer circulation vents 4 and 5 are provided. A blower fan 6 is installed under the product storage chamber 2 so as to straddle the circulation ventilation paths 4 and 5, and a cooler 7 is installed in the inner ventilation path 4. Air circulation outlets 8 and 9 having a rectifier having a honeycomb structure are formed in the circulation ventilation passages 4 and 5 so as to be positioned in the upper part of the front surface of the commodity storage chamber 2. In the merchandise storage room 2, merchandise shelves 10 (10-1 to 10-4) are installed in upper and lower multi-stages (generally 3 to 6 stages, four stages in the figure).

In such an open showcase, when the blower fan 6 is operated, the airflow circulates in the circulation ventilation paths 4 and 5 in the direction of the arrow, and the airflow blown out from the respective outlets 8 and 9 After two air curtains 11 and 12 are formed in the opening, the air curtains 11 and 12 are sucked into the circulation ventilation paths 4 and 5 from the suction port 13 again. In that case, the airflow circulating through the inner ventilation path 4 passes through the cooler 7 and is cooled, and cools a product (not shown) on the product shelf 10 while circulating as cold air. On the other hand, the airflow composed of non-cold air forms the outer air curtain 12 and protects the inner air curtain 11 composed of cold air. However, since the air curtains 11 and 12 take in outside air in the process of proceeding from the air outlets 8 and 9 to the suction port 13, the temperature of the inner air curtain 11 becomes higher as it proceeds in the direction of the suction port.
Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 11-325698

By the way, in the open showcase, a pressure difference due to a temperature difference occurs between the high temperature outside air side and the low temperature commodity storage room side, and the air curtains 11 and 12 are shown in FIG. Curving to the product storage room side. Therefore, the cold air of the cold air curtain 11 flows into the commodity storage chamber 2 from the upper side. When this inflow cold air was investigated, it turned out that it flows through the goods storage chamber as shown by the arrows 14-18 in FIG.

That is, in FIG. 7, the cool air 14 that has flowed in from the vicinity of the first and second stage product shelves 10-1 and 10-2 from above is between the product shelf 10 and the back wall 3 a of the product storage chamber 2. It becomes the cold airflow 15 which passes along the clearance gap 19 and flows along the back wall 3a. Here, the product shelf 10 is placed on a bracket (not shown) that is hung on a column (not shown) that stands upright along the back wall 3a, and the shelf angle of the product shelf 10 with respect to the horizontal plane can be changed depending on the posture of the bracket. However, in order to prevent the product shelf 10 from interfering with the back wall 3a at the time of adjusting the shelf angle, a gap 19 of, for example, about 5 to 10 mm is generally provided between the product shelf 10 and the back wall 3a. Yes.

Now, the cold airflow 15 flowing along the back wall 3a partially becomes a cold airflow 16 or 17 and is placed on the third and fourth (lowermost) product shelves 10-3 and 10-4 from the top. Although it is divided, most flows as it is along the back wall 3a, and finally becomes a cold airflow 18 and reaches the suction port 13. Therefore, there is little cool air flowing into the space 20 between the lowest product shelf 10-4 and the product shelf 10-3 which is one level above, and the temperature in front of this space 20 is high. In addition, the temperature in front of the space 22 between the lowermost product shelf 10-4 and the floor surface (deck pan) 21 of the product storage room 2, that is, in the vicinity of the suction port 13 is also high because outside air is involved.

FIG. 8 shows a measurement example of the temperature distribution in front of the product storage room, FIG. 8A shows the measurement points, and FIG. 8B shows the temperature distribution. The broken line in FIG. 8B is in the conventional open showcase (FIG. 7), and the temperature gradually increases from the first stage of the commodity shelf 10 toward the deck portion. On the other hand, in FIG. 7, the left and right ends (both ends in the direction perpendicular to the paper surface) of the product storage chamber 2 are surrounded by side walls (not shown). In the vicinity of the side wall, the temperature is inevitably high. That is, when the product storage room 2 is viewed as a whole, the temperatures of the front portions of the spaces 20 and 22 are high, and the temperature at both end portions is particularly high. In the above description, an open showcase with four shelves is shown as an example. However, the above-described flow of cold air tends to be found in all open showcases with three to six shelves.

Then, the subject of this invention is promoting the cooling of the front lower part of goods storage room, and aiming at the improvement of the temperature distribution in a store | warehouse | chamber.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, the invention of claim 1 is characterized in that a plurality of product shelves are installed in a product storage room having an opening on the front surface in a plurality of stages, and air is supplied to the opening by cold air circulating around the product storage room. In an open showcase in which a curtain is formed, a closing member that closes between the lowermost product shelf and the rear wall of the product storage room is provided, and the upper product shelf is lower than the lowermost product shelf. A gap through which cool air passes is provided between the rear wall of the commodity storage chamber.

As shown in FIG. 7, the cold air that has flowed into the cabinet from the upper part of the product storage room flows down along the back wall of the product storage room, and most of it passes through the deck space and is sucked into the suction port. . Accordingly, the invention of claim 1 is provided with a closing member for closing between the lowermost product shelf and the rear wall of the product storage chamber, and the upper product shelf and the rear wall of the product storage chamber than the lowermost product shelf. Cool air that is going through the gap between the product shelf and the product shelf at the lowermost level is forced to flow into the space between the product shelf at the bottom and the product shelf above it, It cools the space in the vicinity of the suction port located at.

According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the first aspect of the invention, the closing members are arranged at intervals in the left-right direction of the product shelf, and a gap for allowing cool air to pass between the adjacent closing members is provided. . The invention of claim 2 leaves a slight gap while closing the space between the lowermost product shelf and the rear wall of the product storage room, and supplies cold air to the deck space from this gap. If there is a concern that the cooling of the deck space will be affected by completely blocking the cool air flowing down along the back wall, an appropriate amount of cold air can be supplied to the deck space according to the invention of claim 2. Can be supplied to.

According to a third aspect of the present invention, in the second aspect of the present invention, the closing member is disposed at both end portions of a product shelf, and the gap is provided between the closing members at both ends. The temperature at both ends of the product storage room tends to increase due to heat penetration from the side wall. Accordingly, in the third aspect of the present invention, when the cool air flowing down along the back wall is supplied also to the deck space, the closing members are arranged at both end portions of the product shelf, and the lowest product shelf and one above it. More cold air is supplied to both ends of the space between the product shelves to promote cooling of both ends of the front lower part in the product storage room.

According to this invention, the closing member that closes the space between the lowermost product shelf and the back wall of the product storage room is provided, and most of the cold air flowing in from the upper part of the product storage room and flowing down along the back wall is removed. By forcibly guiding to the space between the lowest product shelf and the product shelf above it, and flowing it from the front of this space to the suction port, the lower front part of the product storage room where air is often trapped by the air curtain It is possible to improve cooling of the internal temperature distribution.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. In addition, the same code | symbol shall be used for the part corresponding to a prior art example.

FIG. 1 is a longitudinal sectional view of an open showcase showing Example 1, and FIG. 2 is a perspective view of a lowermost product shelf in FIG. In FIG. 1, the difference from the conventional open showcase is that a closing member 23 is provided between the lowermost product shelf 10-4 and the back wall 3 a of the product storage chamber 2 to close the gap therebetween. Is a point. The closing member 23 is formed in a band shape from an elastic material such as sponge, for example, and is fixed to the back surface of the commodity shelf 10 by adhesion, for example, as shown in FIG. The closing member 23 is pressed against the back wall 3a in a state where the product shelf 10 is mounted on a bracket (not shown), and closes the gap between the product shelf 10 and the back wall 3a so that airflow does not flow.

On the other hand, a gap 19 through which cool air passes is provided between the upper product shelves 10-1 to 10-3 and the rear wall 3 a of the product storage chamber 2 with respect to the lowermost product shelf 10-4. The size of the gap 19 can be a conventional gap necessary for adjusting the shelf angle as it is, but may be set anew based on a new air flow distribution plan.

Arrows 14 to 17 and 24 in FIG. 1 indicate the flow of cool air in the commodity storage chamber. The cool air 14 that has flowed in from the vicinity of the first and second stage product shelves 10-1 and 10-2 passes through the gap 19 between the product shelf 10 and the rear wall 3 a of the product storage chamber 2, and The point which becomes the cold airflow 15 which flows along the wall 3a is the same as the past. A part of the cold air flow 15 flowing along the back wall 3a becomes a cold air flow 16 and is diverted onto the third-stage product shelf 10-3 from the top, but most of it flows down along the back wall 3a as it is. .

However, since the space between the lowermost product shelf 10-4 and the back wall 3 a is closed by the closing member 23, the cold air flow 15 is the cold airflow 17 and the lowermost product shelf 10-4 and one above it. It is forced to flow into the space 20 between the product shelves 10-3. And this cold air current 17 turns into the cold air flow 24, it flows into the suction inlet 13 along the cold air curtain 11 from the front end of the goods shelf 10-4 of the lowest stage, and cools the front part of the space 20 and 22. As a result, the temperature in the vicinity of the front lower portion of the product storage chamber 2 and the suction port 13 is lowered. The temperature distribution shown by the solid line in FIG. 8B shows the measured value of the open showcase of FIG. 1 at the same measurement point as the conventional example. According to this temperature distribution, the temperature of the fourth stage and the deck portion is 2 to 4 ° C. lower than the conventional example, and the temperature distribution inside the chamber is leveled.

3 is a longitudinal sectional view of an open showcase showing Example 2, and FIG. 4 is a perspective view of the lowermost product shelf in FIG. In the second embodiment, as shown in FIG. 4, the closing members 23 are arranged at intervals in the left-right direction of the product shelf 10, and a gap 25 is provided between the adjacent closing members 23 to allow cool air to pass. . In the second embodiment, as shown in FIG. 3, a part of the cold airflow 15 that flows down along the back wall 3 a passes through the gap 25, flows through the space 22 as the cold airflow 18, and is sucked into the suction port 13. By providing a gap 25 without completely closing between the lowermost product shelf 10-4 and the back wall 3a, an appropriate amount of cold air is supplied to the deck space 22 through the gap 25, This part can be cooled. The flow rate ratio between the cold air flow 17 and the cold air flow 18 can be adjusted by the number and interval of the closing members 23.

FIG. 5 is a perspective view of the lowermost product shelf showing different modes of the closing member in FIG. 3. In FIG. 5, the closing member 23 is disposed at both ends of the commodity shelf 10-4, and a gap 25 is provided between the closing members 23. The temperature at both ends of the product storage room tends to increase due to heat penetration from the side wall. According to the closing member 23, the air volume of the cold air flow 17 (FIG. 3) is increased at both ends of the space 20, and cooling of both ends that receive heat intrusion from the side wall is promoted at the lower front portion of the product storage chamber 2.

FIG. 6 is a perspective view of the lowermost product shelf showing still another aspect of the closing member in FIG. 3. In the embodiment shown in FIG. 6, a plurality of closing members 23 are arranged at intervals between the closing members 23 at both ends in the product shelf 10-4 in FIG. 5 where the closing members 23 are arranged at both ends of the product shelf. The air volume of the cold airflow passing through the gap 25 is adjusted, and has the functions of the embodiment of FIG. 4 and the embodiment of FIG. 5 at the same time.
