Description

The present invention relates to a cold-air circulation type showcase having a multi-stage product display shelf in a cabinet.

The cooler (fin-tube evaporator) provided in the cool air circulation duct defined between the inner box and the outer box of the case body is placed between the back panel of the inner box as the cold air circulation showcase described above. The air vents are arranged behind the lower panel area, and the cold air outlet holes are distributed and opened in the rear panel corresponding to the product display shelves arranged in the lower area of the cabinet. Along with the cold air blown out from the upper end of the cabinet to the front of the cabinet, a part of the cool air diverted from the discharge side of the cooler is blown into the cabinet through the cold air vent on the rear panel, so that the entire upper and lower sides of the cabinet are warmed The thing of the structure which carried out cold preservation is known (for example, refer patent document 1).
Next, the conventional structure of the above showcase is shown in FIGS. 3 (a) and 3 (b), reference numeral 1 denotes an outer box of the case main body that becomes a heat-insulating housing with an open front, 2 denotes an inner box, 3 denotes an outer box 1 of the case main body surrounding the inner box 2. 4 is a cooler (evaporator for the refrigerator), 5 is a blower plenum chamber disposed at the bottom (boat bottom) of the outer box 1, and 6 is a cool air circulation installed in the plenum chamber 5. A fan in the cabinet, 7 is a product display shelf arranged in multiple stages in the top and bottom, and 8 is a deck pan laid on the bottom of the cabinet.

Here, the merchandise display shelves 7 of each stage are installed on left and right columns (not shown) standing on the back panel 2a of the inner box 2 via support brackets. As shown in FIGS. 4 (a) and 4 (b), the cooler 4 is a fin-and-tube type heat in which a fin 4b is combined with a refrigerant tube 4a piped in a meandering manner, and a front end surface thereof is covered with a cover 4c. It is an exchanger and is arranged behind the lower panel region with an air guide interval 3a serving as a cold air diversion passage between the inner box 2 and the rear panel 2a. Further, in correspondence with the product display shelves 7 (lower three stages in the illustrated example) arranged in the lower area of the cabinet, a large number of cool air blowout holes 2b are divided and opened in the upper and lower stages on the rear panel 2a. . A windshield plate 9 is provided on the lower end side of the front cover 4c of the cooler 4 so as to project forward, and the lower end of the air guide gap 3a defined between the windshield plate 9 and the rear panel 2a is provided. It is trying to block.
With the above-described configuration, the cold cold airflow that has exchanged heat with the cooler 4 is circulated through the inside of the cabinet as shown by the dotted arrows shown in FIG. Keep the product cool. That is, the air flow A that has been blown into the cooler 4 from the plenum 5 through the internal fan 6 exchanges heat with the cooler 4 and becomes low-temperature cold air. Then, most of the cold airflow B discharged upward from the cooler 4 flows along the cold air circulation duct 3 as it is, and blows out the cold air curtain D to the front surface of the interior through the cold air outlet opening at the upper front edge of the inner box 2. Form. Further, a part of the cold air flow discharged upward from the cooler 4 is diverted from the cold air circulation duct 3 and flows into the air guide interval 3b (cold air flow C), and the cold air outlet 2b opened in the rear panel a. Further, it cools the products displayed on the product display shelves 7 that are blown out into the cabinet and arranged in the lower area of the cabinet.
JP-A-7-234059 (FIGS. 1 to 3)

By the way, in the above-described conventional structure, the air volume of the cold airflow C blown out toward the product display shelf 7 arranged in the lower part of the interior from the rear air guide interval 3a through the cold air outlet hole 2b on the back panel is particularly high. There is a problem that the temperature varies greatly depending on the position, and this causes a large variation in the cold insulation temperature in the lower region of the interior.
That is, the cool air blown out from the rear air guide interval 3a through the cool air blowing hole 2b opened in the back panel of the inner box 2 toward the inside of the box is guided through the cooler 4 by the push air blow of the inside fan 6. It blows out by the pressure difference between the air pressure flowing into 3a and the air pressure inside the warehouse. On the other hand, since the cold air that is diverted (U-turn) from the discharge side of the cooler 4 and flows into the air guide interval 3a has a lower temperature and a higher specific gravity than the air inside the warehouse, the relative pressure difference from the inside of the warehouse Becomes larger from the upper part of the passage of the air guide interval 3a toward the lower part.

For this reason, when looking at the cool air blowout holes 2b opened to different heights of the rear panel 2a corresponding to the product display shelves 7 arranged vertically, more cold air is blown out from the cool air blowout holes on the lower side. On the other hand, the amount of cool air blown out from the upper cool air blowout hole is conversely reduced, and as a result, the inside temperature and the cool temperature of the displayed goods vary.
The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and the object thereof is to solve the above-mentioned problems, and the product display shelves lined up in the lower area of the warehouse and the cold air outlets opened in the back panel corresponding to the product display shelves individually. An object of the present invention is to provide a cold air circulation type showcase excellent in cold insulation, in which the cold air blown out is averaged to suppress temperature unevenness in the cabinet.

In order to achieve the above object, according to the present invention, a product display shelf arranged in the upper and lower stages is provided in the store, and the store is provided through a cooler disposed in a cool air circulation duct defined between the inner box / outer box of the case body. A cool air circulation type showcase that keeps the displayed products cold by circulating cool air inside, and the cooler is disposed behind the lower area of the panel with an air guide interval between the rear panel of the inner box and a warehouse. Corresponding to the product display shelves lined up in the inner and lower areas, the back panel is divided into upper and lower cooling air blow holes, and the cold air that flows through the cold air blowing holes from the discharge side of the cooler is shunted into the air guide interval. In what was blown toward
A wind guide resistor plate is laid in the middle position of the wind guide interval defined between the cooler and the rear panel facing the cooler, and is stored from the cold air outlet holes of the rear panel opened on the upper side and the lower side. The cold air blown into the inside is averaged (Claim 1), and this wind guide plate is specifically configured in the following manner.
(1) The said wind guide resistance board is comprised with the punching board which opened many ventilation holes in the plate | board surface of the flat plate (Claim 2).
(2) A plurality of punching plates are installed in the upper and lower portions in the air guide interval, and the aperture ratio of the upper punching plate is set smaller than the aperture ratio of the lower punching plate. 3).
(3) The wind guide resistor plate is attached so as to be movable in the vertical direction within the wind guide interval.
(4) The wind guide resistor plate is detachably attached (Claim 4).

As shown in the above configuration, the cool air guide interval (cold air ventilation path) defined between the cool air blowout hole opened in the back panel with the opening position divided vertically and the cooler placed facing the back of the back panel On the other hand, by laying a wind guide resistor plate (punching plate) at the middle position, the pressure on the upstream side increases due to the pressure loss generated in the wind guide resistor plate, and the pressure drops on the downstream side. Therefore, compared to the conventional structure without a wind guide resistor plate, the amount of cool air blown into the cabinet through the cool air blowout holes on the back panel opened to the upper side of the wind guide resistor plate increases, and conversely the lower side of the wind guide resistor plate The amount of cold air blown out from the cold air blowing hole opened on the downstream side of the branch flow passage is reduced.
Therefore, by optimizing the aperture ratio of the punching plate as the wind guide resistance plate, the air volume of the cold air blown into the cabinet through the upper and lower cold air blowing holes opened in the rear panel is averaged. As a result, it is possible to keep the products displayed on the product display shelves lined up and down at a uniform temperature while suppressing the occurrence of temperature unevenness in the cabinet, which has been a problem with conventional showcases.

In addition, if the cold air outlet hole that opens in the back panel is opened at a different height to correspond to the product display shelves of three or more levels above and below, it corresponds to the opening height position of the cold air outlet hole. Then, after laying a plurality of wind guide resistance plates (punching plates) divided into upper and lower, by setting the aperture ratio of the upper punching plate to be smaller than the aperture ratio of the lower punching plate, It is possible to finely balance the amount of cool air blown air from each cold air blowout hole.
Furthermore, by installing the wind guide resistor plate so that it can be moved up and down within the wind guide interval and detachable, the necessary number of guides can be installed according to the number and height of the product display shelves installed inside the cabinet. The wind resistance plate can be set at the optimum position.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS Embodiments of the present invention will be described below based on the examples shown in FIGS. In the drawing of the embodiment, members corresponding to those in FIGS. 3 and 4 are denoted by the same reference numerals and description thereof is omitted.

First, FIGS. 1A and 1B show a first embodiment of the present invention. This embodiment is basically the same as the conventional structure, but a punching plate 10 as a wind guide resistance plate is connected to the rear panel of the inner box 2 at the middle position of the cover 4c arranged on the front end surface of the cooler 4. It is laid so as to protrude to the air guide interval 3a. The punching plate 10 has a large number of air guide holes dispersed on a flat plate surface, and the upper cool air outlet 2b and the lower cool air corresponding to the positions of the product display shelves 7 arranged in the lower area of the cabinet. It arrange | positions in the intermediate position with the blowing hole 2b.
With the above configuration, the punching plate 10 acts as a ventilation resistance plate for the cold air flow (the cold air flow C in FIG. 3) that is diverted from the cold air circulation duct 3 on the discharge side of the cooler 4 and flows through the air guide interval 3a. . As a result, the pressure of the upstream side air passage rises with the punching plate 10 as a boundary, and the amount of cold air blown out into the cabinet through the upper cold air outlet 2b (see FIG. 2) opened in the rear panel 2a is larger than that in the conventional structure. Become. On the other hand, on the downstream side, the pressure in the ventilation path drops conversely due to the pressure loss of the punching plate 10, and the amount of cold air blown out from here through the lower cold air blowing hole 2b opened in the back panel 2a is larger than in the conventional structure. Less.

Therefore, by appropriately setting the aperture ratio of the punching plate 10, the amount of cold air blown into the cabinet through the upper and lower cold air blowing holes 2b opened in the rear panel 2a is averaged, thereby suppressing temperature unevenness. The inside of the cabinet can be kept cool.
The punching plate 10 is screwed to the cover 4c of the cooler 4 and fixedly supported so as to be detachable. The installation position of the punching plate 10 is variable according to the installation height of the product display shelves 7 installed on the inside of the cabinet. In order to be able to adjust, for example, screw holes are formed at a plurality of locations along the vertical direction at both the left and right ends of the cover 4c so that the mounting height position of the punching plate 10 can be changed in the vertical direction. Alternatively, a long hole in the vertical direction may be formed on the left and right sides of the cover 4c, and the punching plate 10 may be moved and adjusted along the long hole.

Next, an embodiment corresponding to claim 3 of the present invention is shown in 2 (a) and (b). In this embodiment, a product display in which a plurality of punching plates (winding resistance plates) 10 described in the first embodiment are used (two in the illustrated example) and these punching plates 10 are arranged in a lower area in the cabinet. In accordance with the vertical arrangement of the shelves 7, they are installed in the passage of the air guide interval 3 a. Further, with respect to the hole area ratio of the punching plate 10, the hole area ratio of the punching plate 10 installed at the upper level is set smaller than the hole area ratio of the lower side punching plate 10.
Thereby, the balance of the cool air blown out into the store through the cool air blowing holes opened at different height positions of the rear panel 2a from the air guide interval 3a can be finely adjusted to equalize the temperature in the store.
