Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to an endless sling formed of a wire rope.
An endless sling is a ring-shaped sling that is used for a load lifting operation or the like. One method of endless sling processing is grommet processing. Grommet processing is performed in the following procedure (see
(First step) When forming an endless sling of six strands, a wire having a length of about 7.5 times the inner peripheral length of the desired endless sling with a 6 strand rope having the same thickness as the desired endless sling Prepare a rope. This wire rope is once broken into six strands, and one of them is used.
(2nd process) The approximate center part of a strand is combined and it is made circular shape so that it may become the reference | standard of the magnitude | size of a desired endless sling.
(Third step) The right and left strands extending from the central portion of the strand are twisted into the ring-shaped portion. Each of the right and left strands is circulated, and the twisting by a total of 6 wraps including the first ring-shaped portion is completed. The remaining strands without twisting are struck with a hammer to correct the twist.
The above-mentioned conventional endless sling by grommet processing is formed using a strand, and before forming the endless sling, the wire rope must be once broken into strands. When forming a six-strand endless sling, the strand needs to be about 7.5 times as long as the inner circumference of the desired endless sling. For this reason, for example, when forming an endless sling having an inner circumferential length of 10 m, a wire rope of 75 m must be prepared and the wire rope must be unraveled. Therefore, when forming an endless sling with a long inner circumference or an endless sling with a large diameter (thickness), it is necessary to break up the long wire rope or the thick wire rope into strands, and this work takes a long time. In addition, there is a problem that it takes time.
When suspending a load using an endless sling, an operator needs to fold the endless sling in half and turn it under the suspended load, or to hang the endless sling that has been turned on the suspended load on the hook. Since endless slings use double wire ropes, endless slings are harder than the original wire ropes and are less likely to bend. If the endless sling is hard and difficult to bend, the load lifting work by the operator is not performed smoothly, and the workability of the load hanging work is reduced. The above-mentioned conventional endless sling by grommet processing is formed by twisting the strands once disassembled again, and since it has the same cross-sectional structure as the original wire rope, it has the property of being very hard and difficult to bend, depending on the operator There is a problem that the work of lifting the load is not performed smoothly, and the workability of the load lifting work is reduced.
When the above-mentioned conventional endless sling is loaded with a heavy object, the wire of the portion hitting the suspended load or the portion hanging on the hook is liable to be flattened or bent. Since the above conventional endless sling has the property of being very hard and difficult to bend, it is not easy to fix this habit once it has become hazy. When such a habit is attached to the endless sling, there is a problem that the strength of the portion is lowered and the life of the endless sling is shortened.
The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and its purpose is to be easily formed in a short time even when the inner peripheral length is long or the case of a large diameter, and has high flexibility. It is an object of the present invention to provide an endless sling that has good workability in load-loading work and is less prone to the habit of being flatly deformed or bent.
In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, according to the first aspect of the present invention, the temporary rope is formed in a ring shape, and the wire rope is wound around the temporary rope while being wound around a predetermined number of times. The endless sling is formed by cutting out the part and pulling out the temporary rope instead of inserting the rest of the wire rope as a rope core.
In the invention of
(Function)
Therefore, the endless sling according to the present invention is different from the conventional endless sling in that the endless sling is formed using a wire rope. Therefore, it is not necessary to divide the wire rope once into a strand. In the case of a six-strand endless sling, a wire rope having a length about 7.5 times the inner peripheral length of the desired endless sling is prepared and formed. In the case of a 6-strand endless sling, the diameter (thickness) of the endless sling is three times the diameter of the wire rope used (see FIG. 12), so the wire rope has a desired endless sling diameter. Use one third of the diameter. The wire rope is processed as it is without breaking it up to form an endless sling.
The endless sling according to the present invention is formed by using a wire rope, and when forming an endless sling, it is not necessary to separate the wire rope into a strand. Even when forming an endless sling with a long inner circumference or an endless sling with a large diameter (thickness), there is no need to break up a long wire rope or a thick wire rope into strands. Endless slings can be formed. Accordingly, it is possible to omit the work time for unraveling the strands, and the labor for forming the endless sling can be greatly reduced.
Moreover, the structure of the endless sling by grommet processing is the case where the endless sling of 6 strands is twisted by rotating around the
According to the endless sling according to the present invention, in the case of a six-strand endless sling, the wire rope is wound around the core rope six times and twisted together. When the configuration of the wire rope is 6 (number of strands) × 37 (number of strands) = 222 (total number of strands), it is formed of 6 wire ropes, so the total number of strands of the endless sling is 6 × 222 = 1332. In the case of a 6-strand endless sling, the diameter (thickness) of the endless sling is three times the diameter of the wire rope used (see FIG. 12), so the diameter of the wire rope is the diameter of the endless sling. 1/3 is used.
As described above, when compared with the endless sling having the same diameter, the endless sling according to the present invention is a collection of a large number of strands having an extremely narrow diameter as compared with the above-described conventional endless sling. For this reason, the endless sling according to the present invention is more flexible than the endless sling by grommet processing, makes it easy for the operator to perform the load lifting work, and improves the workability of the load lifting work.
Moreover, the endless sling according to the present invention is more flexible than the endless sling by grommet processing, and even when a heavy object is hung, it is difficult to get addictive. Even if there is a slight habit, it can be easily corrected by hand, and the habit can be removed and restored to its original shape. Since the endless sling is less likely to be wrinkled, the strength of the endless sling is less reduced and the service life is longer than the conventional one.
Embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

(Third Step) As shown in FIG. 2, the substantially central portion of the
(4th process) As shown in FIG. 3, the
(5th process) After twisting the
(Sixth Step) Next, as shown in FIG. 6, the
(Seventh Step) After twisting the
(Eighth step) When twisting of the

切断荷重は、図13に示すように、試料1は153kN(ワイヤーロープ4本切断)、試料2は172kN(ワイヤーロープ1本切断)、試料3は392kN(ワイヤーロープ1本切断)、試料4は476kN(ワイヤーロープ5本切断)、であり、実用上の支障のない強度を有していることが確認された。

Next, a test was performed to confirm that the
Next, the endless sling by the conventional grommet processing was left for a whole day and night with the same heavy load suspended. After removing it, the part where the load was applied was bent and had a habit. Even when about half a day had passed, the bent part remained as it was and had a habit. Even if I tried to adjust the shape by hand, it was very hard and I could not remove the habit.
With respect to the

With respect to the
As shown in FIG. 21, the

(Second Step) As shown in FIG. 21, the
(Third Step) Twist from the
(Fourth Step) Next, although not shown in the figure, the second half of the
