Description

The present invention relates to an incontinence pad, and more particularly to contact with the buttocks to prevent contamination to the surroundings by permeating and adsorbing diarrhea-like stool and liquid incontinence of urine, and protecting the skin and preventing skin damage It is related with the pad for incontinence for preventing.

Conventionally, this type of incontinence pad has a liquid-permeable top sheet, a liquid-impermeable back sheet, and an absorbent body disposed between the two sheets. , A basis weight of 15 to 40 g / m 2 , and a liquid-permeable nonwoven fabric with a thickness of 50 to 500 μm, and the absorbent comprises 50 to 300 g / m 2 of fluff pulp and 30 to 400 g / m 2 . A pad for mild incontinence made of a superabsorbent polymer has been proposed (see, for example, Patent Document 1).

In addition, in a vertically long incontinence pad that is detachably attached to the inner surface of the pants, the pad covers the absorbent member and the lower surface of the absorbent member and sews a moisture-permeable waterproof cloth that is folded back to the periphery of the upper surface. An incontinence pad configured as described above has been proposed (for example, see Patent Document 2).
JP 2000-197656 A Registered Utility Model No. 3007829

However, although Patent Document 1 uses a liquid-permeable non-woven fabric as the top sheet, the non-woven fabric is not sufficiently liquid-permeable and has a considerable liquid-absorbing property. Although cloth is used, the cloth has insufficient liquid permeability and has considerable liquid absorbency. As a result, incontinence diarrhea-like stool and urine contact the skin and cause skin damage. In addition to the spread of contamination to the surroundings, it is difficult for the caregiver to clean up, and in some cases, incontinence reaches the pressure ulcer, causing skin damage to be significantly exacerbated.

In view of such circumstances, the present invention solves the above problems, prevents diarrhea-like stool and liquid incontinence of urine from permeating and adsorbing, prevents contamination to the surroundings, and protects the skin to prevent skin damage. An incontinence pad is provided.

Claim 8 of the present invention is the incontinence pad according to any one of claims 1 to 7, characterized in that liquid absorbent fiber cotton is laminated on liquid permeable antibacterial processed fiber cotton. Content.

A ninth aspect of the present invention includes the incontinence pad according to the eighth aspect, wherein the liquid absorbent fiber cotton is at least one selected from gauze, natural cotton, and cellulose fiber cotton.

Claim 10 of the present invention is the incontinence according to any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein the antibacterial processed fiber cotton and / or the liquid absorbent fiber cotton is further coated with an antibacterial agent. Includes pad for use.

The eleventh aspect of the present invention includes the incontinence pad according to the tenth aspect, wherein the antibacterial agent is hinokitiol.

Since the incontinence pad of the present invention is made of liquid-permeable antimicrobial processed fiber cotton, diarrheal feces and urine liquid incontinence are sucked up by capillarity between the fibers of the liquid-permeable antimicrobial processed fiber cotton. It penetrates and is held on the lower side of the fiber cotton (the side opposite to the side in contact with the human body).

Therefore, the upper side of the liquid-permeable antibacterial processed fiber cotton in contact with the human body is substantially free of liquid incontinence and is in a smooth state and is maintained in a comfortable state, protecting the skin and preventing skin damage. While preventing, the surrounding pollution is prevented, for example, the trouble which reaches the surrounding pressure ulcer part and worsens the pressure ulcer is prevented.

In addition, the liquid-permeable antibacterial processed fiber cotton is partly fused with the heat-fusible fiber cotton, whereby the liquid permeability due to the capillary phenomenon is further enhanced, and the above-described effects become more remarkable.

Further, by laminating the liquid-permeable antibacterial processed fiber cotton with the liquid-absorbing antibacterial processed cotton, the liquid incontinence sucked up by the liquid-permeable antibacterial processed fiber cotton penetrates the antibacterial processed fiber cotton. Absorbed and retained by the liquid absorbent fiber cotton, the above effect is further enhanced remarkably.

The incontinence pad of the present invention is a pad to be brought into contact with the buttocks, and is characterized by being made of a liquid-permeable antibacterial processed fiber cotton.

The liquid-permeable antibacterial processed fiber cotton used in the present invention is for contacting the buttocks, and does not substantially absorb diarrhea-like stool or urine liquid incontinence, but sucks and permeates it by capillary action. is there. Accordingly, the liquid-permeable fiber cotton layer is preferably composed of fibers that do not easily absorb liquid. For example, polyester fiber, polyamide fiber, polyurethane fiber, polyolefin fiber, polystyrene fiber, polyvinyl chloride fiber, Examples include acrylonitrile fiber and polyvinyl alcohol fiber, and these may be used alone or in combination of two or more as required.

The above-mentioned antibacterial processed cotton is for preventing the propagation of various germs. The above fiber is subjected to sterilization treatment such as dry heat sterilization, gas sterilization, gamma irradiation sterilization, and the above fiber contains or is coated with an antibacterial agent. The antibacterial fiber etc. which were made are mentioned, These are used individually or in combination of 2 or more types as needed.
As the liquid-permeable antibacterial processed fiber cotton in the present invention, those made of polyester fiber are particularly preferable. Specifically, for example, polyester fiber “Kemitac Σ” in which an inorganic silver antibacterial agent is kneaded during spinning. "(Trade name, manufactured by Teijin Limited) is preferable.

The liquid-permeable antimicrobially processed fiber cotton is preferably partly fused and networked with heat-fusible fiber cotton. In this way, the liquid-permeable antibacterial processed fiber cotton networked with heat-fusible fiber cotton is similar to capillaries in that many fine spaces formed by the heat-fusible fiber cotton fusion part The liquid incontinence can be effectively sucked up and permeated by capillary action.

As the heat-fusible fiber cotton, it is preferable to use a fiber having a lower melting point than the liquid-permeable antibacterial fiber cotton among the above-described fibers. Moreover, you may use a polyethylene fiber and a polypropylene fiber. In particular, a core-sheath structure having the above-described fiber as the core and polyethylene as the sheath is preferable, and the polyethylene is melted to fuse the liquid-permeable antimicrobially processed fiber cotton to form a network. As such heat-fusible fiber cotton, for example, “TBS” (trade name, manufactured by Teijin Ltd.), which is made of a core-sheath fiber having a polyester fiber as a core and polyethylene as a sheath, is preferable.

The mixing ratio of the liquid-permeable antibacterial processed fiber cotton and the heat fusible fiber cotton is 95 to 80% by weight of the antibacterial processed fiber cotton and 5 to 20% by weight of the heat fusible fiber cotton. Is preferred. When the heat-fusible fiber cotton is less than 5% by weight, the network formed by the fusion part of the heat-fusible fiber cotton becomes insufficient, and the formation of the fine space part formed becomes insufficient, and the capillary phenomenon. There is a tendency that the effect of sucking up and transmitting liquid incontinence due to is reduced. On the other hand, if it exceeds 20% by weight, networking will proceed excessively, the elasticity and flexibility will be reduced, and the touch and feel may be lowered.

The liquid-permeable antibacterial processed fiber cotton in the present invention is, for example, defatted with a defatting device, carded, molded into a predetermined size with a molding machine, and then cut with a cutting device to form an incontinence pad. Is preferred.
In addition, when the liquid-permeable antimicrobially processed fiber cotton is partially fused with the heat-fusible fiber cotton to form a network, for example, the liquid-permeable antimicrobially processed fiber cotton and the heat-fusible fiber cotton Is mixed at a predetermined rate, defatted with a defatting device, blown into a mixing tank, passed through the mixing once or twice, carded, molded into a predetermined size with a molding machine, and heat treated with a heat treatment machine. After fusing, it is preferable to cut with a cutting device to make an incontinence pad.

The molding size in the molding machine is not particularly limited, but is preferably about 1 to 2 m in width, about 1 to 2 m in length, and about 10 to 40 mm in thickness from the viewpoint of ease of manufacture and handleability.
In addition, the size to be cut by the cutting device is not particularly limited, but is preferably about 10 to 30 mm in width, about 10 to 30 mm in length, and about 10 to 30 mm in thickness from the viewpoint of easy pinching to the cleft portion.

In the incontinence pad obtained as described above, liquid absorbent fiber cotton is laminated on liquid permeable antimicrobial processed fiber cotton as necessary.
Liquid absorbent fiber cotton is for absorbing and retaining liquid incontinence that is sucked and permeated by liquid permeable antimicrobial processed fiber cotton. There is an effect to keep it in a smooth state.
Therefore, what has liquid absorptivity is used, for example, gauze, natural cotton, cellulose fiber cotton etc. are mentioned, These are used individually or in combination of 2 or more types as needed. The gauze is used by being folded to a desired thickness.

The liquid-permeable antibacterial processed fiber cotton and / or liquid-absorbing fiber cotton is coated with an antibacterial agent as necessary. Such antibacterial agents are not particularly limited, but, for example, hinoki has excellent antibacterial and deodorizing effects, forest bathing effects, high tranquilization and stress relieving effects, and pure plant nature, which also has excellent safety. Hinokitiol, an extract from the family tree, is preferred. The amount of hinokitiol applied is preferably about 0.003 to 0.05 g per square meter of fiber cotton with 100% hinokitiol. Application | coating can be suitably performed, for example with the method and apparatus of patent 3443256.

The incontinence pad of the present invention obtained as described above is used in contact with the buttocks, but is preferably used by being sandwiched between the torn parts. If necessary, it can be fixed with a bandage, an adhesive tape or the like. When the incontinence pad of the present invention is formed by laminating a liquid-permeable antibacterial fiber cotton with a liquid-absorbing antibacterial fiber cotton, the liquid-permeable antibacterial fiber cotton is sandwiched between the cracks so as to contact the human body. It is.

In the incontinence pad of the present invention, the liquid-permeable antibacterial processed fiber cotton sucks and permeates the liquid incontinence by capillary action, and holds the incontinence on the lower part of the pad, that is, the side opposite to the side in contact with the human body. Therefore, the side of the pad that contacts the human body can be kept smooth.

Further, by partially fusing the liquid-permeable antibacterial processed fiber cotton with the heat-fusible fiber cotton, the liquid permeability due to the capillary phenomenon is further enhanced, and the above-described effects become more remarkable.
Further, when the incontinence pad of the present invention is formed by laminating liquid-absorbing antibacterial fiber cotton on a liquid-permeable antibacterial processed fiber cotton, the liquid incontinence that the liquid-permeable antibacterial processed fiber cotton is sucked and permeated Is absorbed and retained by the absorbent fiber cotton, so that the side of the pad in contact with the human body is further maintained in a smooth state.

EXAMPLES Hereinafter, although an Example is given and this invention is demonstrated further in detail, this invention is not restrict | limited at all by these.

Example 1
As a liquid-permeable antibacterial processed fiber cotton, polyester fiber “Kemitac Σ” (manufactured by Teijin Limited), which is made by kneading an inorganic silver antibacterial agent during spinning, is carded and width is removed with a molding machine. Molded to a size of 2m x length 1.5m x thickness 20mm, then press cut to a width of 200mm, a length of 300mm and a thickness of 25mm with a Thompson bar. An incontinence pad P made of fiber cotton 1 was obtained.

Next, after cleaning the buttocks of the cared person and wiping off the moisture, as shown in FIG. 2, the incontinence pad P obtained above is applied to the anus from the tailbone and sandwiched in the cleft portion 3, A diaper (not shown) was worn from above.

Liquid diarrheal stool and urinary incontinence were sucked and permeated by the pad P and held on the opposite side of the human body, and the side in contact with the human body was smooth. Therefore, even after 2 weeks, the skin damage does not cause or worsen, and the pad P plays a role in blocking the incontinence, and the incontinence reaches the pressure ulcer 4 just above the tailbone. Never reached. Furthermore, since the incontinence is adsorbed and held on the pad P, and the spread of the incontinence around the incontinence is prevented, the diaper can be easily replaced and cleaned up by the caregiver.

Example 3
Liquid-permeable antibacterial processed fiber cotton, 90% by weight of polyester fiber “Kemitac Σ”, and heat-fusible fiber cotton, core-sheathed fiber “TBS” with polyester fiber as the core and polyethylene sheath (Teijin Ltd.) 10% by weight (made by a company) was mixed and defatted, then blown to the first mixing tank, passed through the mixing tank, and then supplied to the second mixing tank.

Next, it is carded with a card machine, molded into a size of 2 m wide × 1.5 m long × 20 mm thick with a molding machine, and then heat treated at 150 ° C. for 2 minutes with a heat treatment machine to melt the heat-fusible fiber cotton. Then, it was press-cut with a Thompson bar to a width of 200 mm × length of 300 mm × thickness of 25 mm, and partially melted with heat-fusible fiber cotton as shown in FIG. 3 (fused portion 1 a). An incontinence pad P made of permeable antimicrobial processed fiber cotton 1 was obtained.
The obtained incontinence pad P was superior to the incontinence pads of Examples 1 and 2 in the smoothness of the pad in contact with the human body.

Example 4
Liquid absorbency obtained by folding dry heat-sterilized gauze to 200 mm × length 300 mm × thickness 20 mm on the liquid-permeable antibacterial processed fiber cotton partially fused with the heat-fusible fiber cotton of Example 3 An incontinence pad P comprising a liquid-permeable antibacterial fiber cotton 1 and a liquid-absorbing fiber cotton 2 laminated with fiber cotton and partially fused with heat-fusible fiber cotton as shown in FIG. The incontinence pad P was sandwiched between the crevices so that the liquid-permeable antimicrobial processed fiber cotton 1 was on the human body side.
The liquid incontinence is sucked up and permeated by the liquid-permeable antibacterial processed fiber cotton 1 and absorbed by the liquid-absorbent fiber cotton 2. It was excellent.

As described above, since the incontinence pad of the present invention is made of a liquid-permeable antimicrobial processed fiber cotton, diarrheal stool and liquid incontinence of urine are caused by capillary action between the fibers of the antimicrobial processed fiber cotton. It is sucked up, permeated, and held on the lower side of the fiber cotton (the side opposite to the side in contact with the human body).

Therefore, the liquid incontinence is substantially absent in the upper part of the antibacterial processed fiber cotton in contact with the human body and is in a smooth state and is kept in a comfortable state, thus protecting the skin and preventing skin damage. At the same time, contamination around the incontinence is prevented, and for example, trouble that the incontinence reaches the surrounding pressure ulcer and worsens the pressure ulcer is prevented. Also, since the pollution is not enlarged and stays in a narrow local area, the caregiver can easily clean up.

In addition, the liquid-permeable antibacterial processed fiber cotton is partly fused with the heat-fusible fiber cotton, whereby the liquid permeability due to the capillary phenomenon is further enhanced, and the above-described effects become more remarkable.

Furthermore, by laminating liquid absorbent fiber cotton on liquid permeable antimicrobial processed fiber cotton, liquid incontinence sucked up by the antimicrobial processed fiber cotton permeates the antimicrobial processed fiber cotton and absorbs liquid. The above effect is further enhanced remarkably because it is absorbed and retained by the conductive fiber cotton.
