La presente invenzione riguarda il settore dell’abbigliamento, ed in particolare fa riferimento ad un indumento intimo, come ad esempio una mutanda, che incorpora una porzione centrale che si estende dalla parte anteriore dell’indumento a quella posteriore atta a essere asportata per permettere ad una persona impossibilitata a muoversi di espletare i propri bisogni fisiologici e di mantenere una corretta igiene intima senza la necessità di togliere e rimettere ogni volta l’intero indumento intimo. Con riferimento alle figure da 1 a 10, si prevede un indumento intimo 1 ad uso sanitario comprendente una porzione centrale asportabile 2 che si estende dalla parte anteriore di detto indumento intimo alla parte posteriore attraverso la parte di cavallo dell’indumento stesso.
