<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To emit light from a light emission portion uniformly without unevenness with a simple structure at low cost. <P>SOLUTION: One side face of a transparent sheet-like resin material 10 is regarded as a wide light emission portion 1, and the resin material 10 is cut and folded to form a plurality of light guide paths 2-5 diverging from the light emission portion 1. The ends of the light guide paths 2-5 are bundled to form a bundled portion acting as a light receiving portion 6 for receiving the light from a point light source.
