Abstract
Description
The present invention is a payment status for managing the payment of charges when payments of different charges occur regularly or irregularly depending on the customer by a predetermined transfer form sent to a customer who has contracted in advance Regarding management system.
Conventionally, at the time of purchase of goods or payment of public charges, etc., it is possible to transfer a predetermined amount at various payment places such as convenience stores, post offices, financial institutions, etc. by transfer forms sent from the company side There are forms of using payment-related services.
For example, an electric power company automatically sends a predetermined transfer form filled with monthly electricity charges to a customer's power contractor, and the contractor brings the transfer form to the payment location. There is a mechanism that collects a fee by paying a predetermined amount.
However, such transfer forms are mainly time-limited due to the intention of the company to make payments to the customer as soon as possible, so if the time limit is exceeded, it must be reissued. Inconvenience that it does not occur, there is a problem that it takes time and labor both sides.
In addition, there is a problem that a customer whose power supply has been stopped because he / she has not paid the fee within the deadline cannot quickly respond to a sudden request from the customer, such as when he / she wants to transfer the fee and use electricity immediately was there. In other words, the power supply stoppage and the timing of collecting and collecting electricity bills are managed and managed by multiple customers mainly by the power company. Thus, it was difficult to respond promptly each time.
In addition, as a technique related to transfer and payment, for example, a form reception apparatus and a form reception processing method (see Patent Document 1) that allow a user to easily perform transfer and payment without going to a window have been proposed. However, since this technology is for payment on the Web, for example, from the viewpoint of protecting personal information such as credit card numbers, the company side needs to pay sufficient attention in terms of security. It was not something that could be used with peace of mind. In addition, for example, an electronic application method and device (see Patent Document 2) that appropriately and reliably collects fees for application procedures to administrative institutions have been proposed, but they are related to special tasks such as application procedures to administrative institutions. Yes, it cannot be applied as a system premised on handling a transfer sheet with a time limit as described above.
In view of such circumstances, the present invention pays a fee when payment of a different fee depending on the customer occurs regularly or irregularly according to a predetermined transfer form sent to a customer who has contracted in advance. To provide a payment status management system capable of quickly and efficiently managing the payment of charges when payment of different charges depending on customers occurs regularly or irregularly depending on a predetermined transfer form to be sent It becomes possible.
The best mode for carrying out the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. The description of the present embodiment is an exemplification, and the configuration of the present invention is not limited to the following description.
In the present embodiment, for example, a transfer form sent from the company, such as when purchasing a product (for example, mail order) or paying for a utility bill (for example, an electric power company, a gas company, a water company, or a telephone company). For example, a system that can quickly and efficiently manage the payment of charges in a service usage mode that can transfer a predetermined amount at various payment places such as convenience stores, post offices, financial institutions, etc. It is realized.
FIG. 1 is a diagram showing a system configuration of a payment status management system according to an embodiment of the present invention. In this embodiment, the electric power company is illustrated as the company that sends the transfer form, and the payment location is always open and the payment status immediately online according to the payment that occurred within the deadline. Convenience stores that employ a system that can be checked and managed by the
As shown in the figure, the payment status management system 1 according to the present embodiment is configured to provide a predetermined transfer sheet for a
The
The
Specifically, the issuing means 31 determines whether there is another unpaid transfer based on the information about the transfer of the
In addition, when the predetermined amount is paid based on the payment code, the management means 32 has received a confirmation email or a predetermined amount indicating confirmation contents for the next action generated by the payment. Send a thank you email. For example, if the paid fee is an electricity fee for the
The
The above-mentioned payment code is, for example, a billing two-dimensional code (for example, QR code) or a barcode. Furthermore, such a code for payment is a code that is valid on the day of issue and is readable only at the time of one payment. In this way, by limiting the time limit and the number of payment codes issued by the
In addition, the
The
Here, the access code and the payment code will be described. FIG. 3 is a diagram showing an example of an access code of a payment status management system according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 4 is an example of a payment code of the payment status management system according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIG.
In the example shown in FIG. 3, a QR code and URL as an access code are printed on the lower left of the
If there is a non-paid month due to a transfer that occurred in the month prior to the
On the other hand, in the example shown in FIG. 4, a payment code issued in response to a payment request generated by an access from the
Note that the example shown in FIG. 4 shows a
Next, the processing procedure of the payment status management system 1 will be described. FIG. 5 is a diagram showing a communication sequence of the payment status management system according to the embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in the figure, first, the

(Other embodiments)
In the above-described embodiment, the
In the above-described embodiment, payment of a regular electric power company fee is targeted. However, for example, the present invention may be applied to an object for payment of an irregular fee such as mail order.
