複数のイオンからなるイオン群毎にダンデム質量分析を行うための条件設定をするための入力部と、
前記入力部からの入力に基づいて前記イオントラップ部への印加電圧が制御される電源部と、
前記質量分析部の分析結果を検出する検出部とを有することを特徴とする質量分析システム。 At least one database storing information of a plurality of substances;
