（ホ）ハンドル（５）と反対側に堆肥取り出し口（９）を、自由に開閉出来るように設ける
（ヘ）撹拌ヘラ（７−１）は（図−４）の如く回転軸（３）に対し角度を付け、ハンドル（５）を廻すと、撹拌ヘラ（７−１）が回転し、回転する度に生ゴミが、少しずつ取り出し口（９）の方に押し遣られるように角度を付けて設ける。
（ト）撹拌ヘラ（７−２）からは、順次其の取り付け角度を少なくして、最後の撹拌ヘラ（７−６）は其の角度を０とするように設定する。
（チ）上部開放部（２）には、水蒸気を逃がすように、又臭いを吸収し、外部に臭いが出ない様に、木炭等の脱臭剤を混ぜるか、挟んだ、発泡ウレタン等が嵌め込んで有る、自由に開け閉めできる、上蓋（４）を設ける
