Description

The present invention relates to an overload safety device used in a hanger device for suspending a suspended object from a ceiling.

Design Registration No. 1215164

Conventionally, there is a hanger device 101 for suspending a suspended object from a ceiling or the like, for example, a “room hanger” described in Patent Document 1 by the applicant of the present application. As shown in FIG. 4, this is attached to a high place such as a ceiling of a house, and a hanging object such as a small clothes dryer is hung on a ring-shaped supported part 102 that can be lifted and lowered. Used to dry things. The main body part 103 attached to the ceiling or the like of the main body part 101 has a built-in lifting device using a spring (not shown), and a support unit 104 that is a string-like body is attached to the lifting device. It has been. The lower end of the support portion 104 is connected to the supported portion 102.

In the main body 101 shown in FIG. 4, the supported portion 102 is attached to the lower end of the support portion 104 via the joint fitting 105. Since this attachment is firmly performed, if a large load is applied to the supported portion 102 and an overload state occurs, the weakest portion is destroyed. At this time, if the support portion 104 breaks, there is no particular problem, but if the mounting screw to the ceiling of the main body 103 is removed and the entire hanger device 101 falls, it is very dangerous, There is a possibility of a major accident. In this case, the ceiling is also damaged, which may cause a great economic loss.

In view of the above-described problems, the present invention provides an overload safety device in which a place to be destroyed when an overload condition occurs and a large accident cannot occur, and a hanger device including the same. Moreover, the invention according to claim 4 of the present application is provided with the overload safety device according to claims 1 to 3 and the main body portion 2, thereby providing a hanger device having the effects of the inventions according to the above claims. Was able to provide.

Hereinafter, an example of an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 shows an outline of the hanger device of this example, FIG. 2 shows a ring of this example, and FIG. 3 shows a ring, a hanging string and a cap of this example.

As shown in FIG. 1, the hanger apparatus of this example is provided with the main-body part 2, the hanging string 3 as a support part, and the ring 4 as a supported part.

The main body 2 is a box-like object attached to a ceiling C of a house or the like by screwing or the like. A hanging string 3 can be stored inside the main body 2. The suspension strap 3 is stored by a winding mechanism (not shown) provided inside the main body 2 (not shown), and when the ring 4 is used, the suspension strap 3 can be moved from the main body 2 to an arbitrary length. It can be held in a state of being pulled out and can be stored in the main body 1 again after use.

The hanging string 3 is configured such that at least a lower end portion can be raised and lowered with respect to the main body 2. In this example, stainless steel wire is used, but various materials can be used as long as it is a flexible long body that can be stored in the main body, such as a rope or chain made of synthetic resin. Also, the diameter of the hanging string 3 is always constant in this example, but for example, in a suspended state, it may be tapered so as to increase in thickness.

In this example, a spherical enlarged portion 31 is integrally provided at the lower end of the hanging string 3. The enlarged portion 31 is formed by caulking a metal ball, but may be joined by other means such as welding. Alternatively, the knot of the hanging string 3 or the lower end portion of the hanging string 3 may be bent and wound with a wire or a band. The form is not limited to a spherical shape, and may be a conical shape or a cylindrical shape. That is, various forms can be implemented as long as the diameter of the hanging cord 3 is deformed larger than a through hole 52a of the breakable portion 5 described later. In addition, the part immediately above the expansion part 31 of the hanging string 3 is called the insertion part 32 for convenience, and is demonstrated below.

The ring 4 is suspended from the lower end portion of the suspension string 3. This is a portion where a suspended body such as a clothes dryer can be suspended, and is an annular shape in this example. The form of the ring 4 is not limited to the one in this example, and can be implemented in various forms such as a polygonal shape such as an annular shape, a hook shape, and a rod-like body.

In the hanger device 1 of this example, as shown in FIG. 2, the breakable part 5 is integrally provided at the upper end of the ring 4. The destructible portion 5 is a hollow cylindrical body, and has a hollow portion 51 inside and has a lower end continuous with the ring body 41 as illustrated.
A slit-like through-hole 52 a is provided in the upper end portion 52, which is a part of the portion surrounding the hollow portion 51 of the destructible portion 5, so as to pass at least the center of the upper surface of the upper end portion 52. An opening 53 a having a dimension capable of introducing the enlarged portion 31 into the hollow portion 51 is formed in the side portion 53 of the breakable portion 5.
The through-hole 52a has at least one slit-shaped one end opened to the side portion 53 of the breakable portion 5 and is continuous with the opening 53a. Of these, the insertion part 32 can pass therethrough. Thereby, the expansion part 31 of the hanging string 3 is introduced into the hollow part 51 from the opening 53a, and at the same time, the insertion part 32 of the hanging string 3 is passed through the through hole 52a, thereby expanding to the breakable part 5. In this state, as shown in FIG. 3 (A), the enlarged portion 31 and the upper end inner surface 52b of the destructible portion 5 come into contact with each other, so that the tensile force can be It can be transmitted to the ring 4 via the breakable part 5.

On the other hand, when the tensile force is increased, the demagnifying part 5 is destroyed by the enlarged part 31 pressing the upper end part inner surface 52 b of the destructible part 5. That is, the through hole 52 a is pushed and expanded by the enlarged portion 31. And when the magnitude | size of the expanded state of the through-hole 52a exceeds the magnitude | size of the enlarged part 31, an enlarged part passes the through-hole 52a, and the destructible part 5 and the enlarged part 31 isolate | separate.

By setting the thickness of the upper end portion 52 of the breakable portion 5, the shape of the through hole 52 a, and the shape of the enlarged portion 31 according to the tensile force that the through hole 52 a spreads as the enlarged portion 31 passes through, The destructible part 5 can be destroyed with a desired tensile force, and the other part of the hanger device 1 is destroyed or the destructible part 5 is provided before the main body part 2 falls from the ceiling C. Only the ring 4 can be dropped, and damage during overload can be minimized.
In addition, since only the ring portion 4 positioned below the hanger device 1 is destroyed, the main body portion 2 is not required to be disassembled even during subsequent repairs and can be easily operated. Moreover, since the ring part 4 is a comparatively cheap part in the hanger apparatus 1, economical loss can also be minimized.

The breakable portion 5 of this example is made of resin and is formed integrally with the ring 4, but may be made of a material different from that of the ring 4. Alternatively, a relatively short string similar to the hanging string 3 may be provided at the upper end of the ring 4 as a part of the ring 4, and the breakable part 5 may be provided at the tip of the string. Furthermore, although the destructible portion 5 is integrated with the ring 4 in this example, it may be integrated with the suspension string 3 on the contrary. In this case, it is necessary to provide the enlarged portion 31 on the ring 4 side. After all, it is sufficient that the breakable portion 5 is provided at the end portion on one side and the enlarged portion 31 is provided at the end portion on the other side of the hanging string 3 and the ring 4. However, the embodiment is not limited to the above.

Further, the through hole 52a is not limited to the one in this example, and can be implemented in various forms. For example, a circular hole may be provided in the center of the upper end portion 52, and a hole such as a keyhole formed by a slit connecting the hole and the side portion 53 may be used. Further, as described above, in order to facilitate the expansion of the through hole 52a by the enlarged portion 31 at the time of destruction, a slit or a cut may be further provided around the through hole 52a.

Next, in this example, the cap 6 which can cover the destructible part 5 in the state where the enlarged part 31 is arranged in the hollow part 51 as described above is provided. As shown in FIG. 3, the cap 6 is a hollow cylindrical body whose upper end is closed, and has an inner diameter that can be fitted to the outer surface of the side portion 53 of the breakable portion 5. In the center of the upper end portion 61, a through hole 61a through which the insertion portion 32 of the hanging string 3 can pass is provided.

As described above, the cap 6 covers the destructible portion 5, and thus it is possible to prevent the enlarged portion 31 from being detached from the destructible portion 5. In addition, when the destructible portion 5 is destroyed as described above and the destructible portion 5 and the enlarged portion 31 are separated, the entire hanging strap 3 is unexpectedly moved by the winding mechanism built in the main body portion 2. Even when wound on the part 2, the cap 6 is hooked so that at least the cap 6 and the enlarged part 31 are exposed to the outside of the main body part 2. Therefore, even when the ring 4 is subsequently replaced, it is not necessary to disassemble the main body 2 every time in order to take out the hanging string 3 wound around the main body 2, and the replacement work can be easily performed and restored. Is easy.

Further, the presence of the through hole 61a can prevent the enlarged portion 31 from shifting laterally with respect to the through hole 52a of the destructible portion 5, so that the destructible portion 5 can be reliably destroyed during overload. Can be.

In addition to the above, as shown in FIG. 3B, a key-like protrusion 62 that can be fitted into the through hole 52 a of the destructible portion 5 is provided on the inner surface of the cap 6. The projection 62 is fitted to one end side of the slit-shaped side of the through hole 52 a that is open to the side portion 53. The protrusion 62 can position the cap 6 itself with respect to the breakable portion 5, and in addition, the enlarged portion 31 extends laterally with respect to the through hole 52 a of the breakable portion 5 in the same manner as described above. It also has an effect of preventing deviation.

In the present invention, the cap 6 is not essential. For example, the diameter of the hole of the portion through which the hanging cord 3 of the main body portion 2 passes is formed smaller than the diameter of the enlarged portion 31, thereby preventing the hanging cord 3 from being caught in the main body portion 2. Also good. Further, the detachment prevention between the breakable portion 5 and the enlarged portion 31 may be performed by caulking and closing a portion opened to the side portion 53 of the slit-like through hole 52a.
