Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to an unmanned site management agency system using a management robot that performs work on behalf of a manager of a building or the like.
Conventionally, there is a remote monitoring system in which a network-compatible monitoring camera is connected to a monitor device via a network, and an image taken on the monitor device side is monitored to control operations such as pan / tilt of the monitoring camera. .
FIG. 31 is a configuration diagram of a conventional surveillance camera, and the
FIG. 32 is a diagram showing a display image on the display unit. In this case, the captured image is displayed as a line with a black circle indicating the pan rotation range (from the CCW end to the CW end) of the camera. Δ mark cursors C1 and C2 representing the positions of the software limit switches are displayed. In addition, the limit position values (20 ° to 300 ° in the figure) are displayed in the boxes D1 and D2. These limit switch position and box position can also be used to set the rotation range. Similarly, a tilt range is displayed on the left side of the screen. Also, as shown in FIG. 33, according to the angle of view of the camera, for example, when the angle of view is 60 degrees, a landscape corresponding to the full limit switch range (turning range) is displayed and designated with six images. The limit position can also be determined by converting the positions of the images (for example, image A and image B) into numerical values. FIG. 34 is for creating a camera command from the screen. When a composite screen that covers the entire monitoring range is created on the display screen and an area A indicated by hatching is clicked and designated, an image at this position is displayed. The camera can be moved to the shooting position. (See Patent Document 1)
Next, as an example of a monitoring camera to which a motion detection function or a voice function is added, there is an example of a network camera monitoring system shown in FIG. A plurality of
FIG. 36 is a detailed view of the camera unit. The
However, the system in the case of the above-mentioned conventional example is a fixed system that is consistently configured with its own equipment from the installed camera to the remote control device, and is not oriented toward a distributed system, so the version upgrade cycle becomes shorter and shorter. There is a problem that it is not possible to respond flexibly and quickly to the current situation.
In addition, the network camera installed at each site has a problem that it is not a multi-function robot type having functions equivalent to human eyes, ears, and mouth of a two-way communication type.
In addition, the conventional system does not function as a high-precision monitoring system such as intelligently editing and aggregating alert generation images acquired by the camera motion detection function to generate an alert generation database. there were.
In view of this, the present invention installs a monitoring robot type network camera having a function corresponding to the human eyes, ears, and mouth of a two-way communication type at each site, and generates an alert occurrence image acquired by the motion detection function. Edit and aggregate with intelligent functions to improve monitoring accuracy, generate an alert generation database that makes it easy for managers to monitor, and build a distributed system with a high security effect that separates servers and databases and other installed devices. The purpose is to provide a data center type unmanned base management agency system that can cope with a fast version upgrade.

According to the present invention, a robot-type network camera having a function equivalent to the human eyes, ears, and mouth of a two-way communication type is arranged at each base, and the contents and accuracy of monitoring data, which was conventionally only an image, are improved. By constructing an alert generation database that facilitates highly accurate monitoring work, and introducing a data center method that is highly effective in security, easy to handle version upgrades, and advantageous in terms of cost, it is possible to implement remote control with high accuracy and efficiency. It is possible to monitor, and it is possible to reduce the labor cost at the location where managers such as buildings and condominiums are stationed, improve the convenience of tenants and prevent the progress of slamming, and eliminate the negative circulation in crack window theory .
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

In FIG. 1, 1 is a management agency center in the unmanned base management agency system, and 2 is a "
Management of monitor image data using the IDC system in this way is advantageous in terms of reliability in terms of security and security because of the difference in server, database, and management agency center.
In addition, by using IDC system rental services, it is also possible to distribute data centers using multiple IDCs. Because the system can be operated efficiently with no increase or decrease in the number of devices, it is possible to develop business more flexibly and speedily than the system that covers all of the cost and security from the company's facilities.
The network camera 6a is capable of visual field control such as pan / tilt by a command signal from the
The zoom function can be about 40 times by combining optical zoom and digital zoom according to the level of pixel processing. As an automatic image transfer function, “alarm image transfer” for transferring an image simultaneously with the occurrence of an alarm situation and “timer image transfer” for automatically transferring at a specified date and time are possible. As a multi-camera function, images of 12 cameras can be divided and displayed simultaneously on the “
Other functions include a pan / scan function that reciprocally moves the camera in the horizontal direction, similarly a tilt / scan function in the vertical direction, a remote pan / tilt function that changes the camera direction from the Web browser screen, and to be viewed in advance. A preset function or the like that can be viewed by registering the camera orientation at a certain image position (for example, six locations) is provided. It is compatible with the Internet and the Web, and has built-in communication protocols such as TCP, UDP, IP, HTTP, FTP, SMTP, and DNS.
