Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a carton for stacking and packaging small-sized paper packages, and more specifically, a book of flat-cut sheets such as PPC paper or printing paper (a predetermined number of packages packaged with wrapping paper). It relates to a carton that packs multiple items together.
Used mainly in offices such as electrophotographic transfer paper (PPC paper), laser beam printer paper (LBP paper), printing paper, thermal paper, thermal transfer paper, pressure sensitive paper, copy paper, photosensitive paper, inkjet printer paper, label paper, etc. An oval cut sheet is a wrapping paper made up of kraft paper, polyethylene laminated paper or polyethylene film, and a moisture-proof laminate that does not use plastic film, in units of 100, 250, 500, or 1000 sheets. It is packaged. Then, 1 to 10 books (usually 5 books) are packaged and shipped mainly in a cardboard or paperboard carton with 1 unit as one unit.
Corrugated cardboard packaging cartons, called wrap round boxes, are widely used in the form of punched boxes, which are packed by packing with flaps.
In order to take out the contents (book of small paper) from the carton, the glued flap is peeled off or the cut tape provided around the carton is peeled off.
The present invention conserves resources for the purpose of reducing the burden of opening work, changing the form of the packaging carton, reducing the packaging material itself, and reducing the amount of used packaging material collected after unpacking.・ To provide environment-friendly cartons.
The present invention for solving the above problems has the following aspects.
[1] A carton for stacking and packaging small-sized paper packages (books), in which the stacked books are removed by gluing flaps and packed in a cylindrical shape, and between each book and at least one A carton characterized by applying glue between the book and the carton.
[2] The carton according to the item [1], wherein the booklet surface is coated with glue to prevent the book from protruding from the cylindrical carton.
[3] Item [1] or [2], wherein in the carton, tearing holes and cuts following the holes are provided radially in the side or top surface of the packed carton in the width direction of the carton. In the carton.
According to the present invention, the pasting flaps at both ends of a normal wrap round box are deleted, and the amount used as the material of the packing carton is obtained by applying and bonding the glue between the cylinder surface and the carton deposited on the packing carton. The amount of cartons recovered after unpacking has been reduced. Further, by bonding between the books and between the cartons, it becomes possible to prevent the books from popping out during transportation, and at the same time, since there is no glued flap, the opening operation is reduced.
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in more detail.
FIG. 1 is an exploded view of the carton of the present invention. In FIG. 1, there is no glued flap of a conventional wrap round box. The size of the carton is designed according to the size of the book to be packed and the number of books to be accumulated, and it has a strip shape with ruled lines and margins. In this figure, a case where five APCs of 500 sheets of A4 size are stacked and packed is illustrated. In the case of assembling as a box, a plurality of books that are adhered and glued only at the margin are packed into a cylindrical shape.
As a material used for the carton of the present invention, corrugated cardboard used for a normal wrap round box is preferably used. Depending on the form of the stepped and bonded structure, single-sided cardboard, double-sided cardboard, double-sided cardboard, double-sided cardboard, and the like can be mentioned. Corrugated cardboard is further classified into A flute, B flute, C flute, micro flute, and the like, based on the shape of the flute. In the present invention, in addition to corrugated cardboard, corrugated cardboard paper itself such as a liner and a core, multi-pack paper, and white paperboard such as coated white ball can be used as they are without being stepped.
FIG. 2 is a perspective view of a carton box in a state where packed books are packed. This figure shows an example in which five oval paper packages (books) are stacked. The figure also shows an example in which tearing holes (22) for opening and cuts (23) following the holes are provided radially on the side surface of the carton. The shape of the opening hole and the cut line is not particularly limited as long as a finger can be put in the hole to be teared and the opening can be opened along the cut line. After opening, the carton used for packing becomes a single sheet, and no flakes are generated, so that it can be folded compactly, which is convenient for later used paper collection.
FIG. 3 shows an example in which glue is applied to the book cylinder surface so that the packed book does not jump out of the cylindrical carton box. Gluing to prevent popping out is performed by applying 1 to 5 on the surface of one book cylinder. After stacking the glue-coated books on the number of books to be packed, casing them in a cylinder with a carton, Glue between the book and the carton. It is preferable to use glue that is strong against lateral displacement, peels off in the Z-axis direction, is easily peeled off, and does not break the booklet wrapping paper. The direction in which the paste is applied to the surface of the book body is not particularly limited, and the book can be prevented from popping out by being applied in parallel to the short side of the book or at any angle. Moreover, even if it is applied to the side of the book, the book can be prevented from popping out.
The width, length, and number of glue applied indicate the adhesive strength and degree of destruction of the booklet wrapping paper. In addition, the glue applied between the booklets prevents the packaged oval paper from being indented, and the packaged oval paper. Is determined in consideration of the size (A4, A3, B4, B5, etc.).
The glue used in the present invention is general, such as emulsion adhesives such as vinyl acetate, acrylic and SBR, hot-melt adhesives such as ethylene vinyl acetate, water-soluble adhesives such as starch, polyvinyl alcohol and carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC). An adhesive may be used, but an aqueous low-viscosity adhesive that spreads laterally when crimped and does not easily generate indentation molds is preferable. In addition, the adhesive between the booklet and the carton and the booklet can be bonded with a double-sided adhesive tape in addition to the above glue.
FIG. 3 shows a book in which the oval paper is packaged by the “carton hold type” from the viewpoint of preventing indentation.
FIG. 4 is a perspective view showing a state in which an outer flap of a conventional wrap round box is opened.
The present invention will be described in more detail with reference to the following examples, but the present invention is not limited thereto.
<実施例1>
<Example 1>
The original fabric is cut into A4 size (short side 210 mm × long side 297 mm) with a small size cutter.
Then, it packs in 500 sheets / book with an automatic packaging machine.
Further, three glues are applied to the book cylinder surface by a glue application device installed in a subsequent process of the automatic packaging machine.
The glue to be used is a water-soluble adhesive mainly composed of CMC, and is 3 mm wide × 15 cm long (about 0.1 g / piece) and is applied in parallel to the short side of the book.
Five books with glue applied are stacked, and the packaging is completed in an automatic caser with a cardboard carton casing in a cylindrical shape.
When the carton packed with the small-format paper obtained as described above was carried and transported, the book did not pop out.
Furthermore, it was able to be easily opened along the cut line from the tear hole provided on the side of the packed carton. Moreover, since the used packaging paper generated after unpacking has no flaps, the amount is small and the resources are saved. Furthermore, since it becomes one sheet after unpacking, it is convenient for collection.
