Abstract
軽量・簡易な支持体を使って、懸濁液分離槽内の所定の位置に保持することができ、懸濁液分離槽の底に落下した場合に、底部に設置された機器等を破損しない分離水路モジュールを提供する。
【解決手段】
懸濁液分離槽と別体に構成され、モジュール本体の内部に懸濁液を沈降分離又は浮上分離する複数の傾斜板流路を有するとともに、前記各傾斜流路の一端が、当該傾斜流路内に生成される清澄液を吸引排出すための吸引管5に連通された分離流路モジュール1に、前記懸濁液分離槽の懸濁液内において分離槽流路モジュール1に生じる浮力を調節する浮力調整タンク6を備える。

Description
懸濁液がバラストタンクに流入し、吸排気弁を閉じれば、流入が停止する。また、吸排気管を高圧空気源に接続して吸排気弁を開いて、高圧空気をバラストタンク内に導入すれば、バラストタンク内の懸濁液は注排液口を通して外部に排出される。

Claims (11)
- 懸濁液分離槽と別体に構成され、モジュール本体の内部に懸濁液を沈降分離又は浮上分離する複数の傾斜流路を有するとともに、前記各傾斜流路の一端が、当該傾斜流路内に生成される清澄液を吸引排出するための吸引管に連通された分離流路モジュールであって、
前記懸濁液分離槽内の懸濁液中において前記モジュールに生じる浮力を調節する浮力調節手段を備えていることを特徴とする分離流路モジュール。 - 前記浮力調節手段は前記傾斜流路の上方に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の分離流路モジュール。
- 前記浮力調節手段は、
空気を吸排及び保持する空気嚢、中空ホース、又は中空パイプからなる空気容器、
及び前記空気容器に対して吸排気を行う吸排気手段
を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の分離流路モジュール。 - 前記浮力調節手段は、
前記懸濁液分離槽内の懸濁液を注排液可能なバラストタンク、
及び前記バラストタンクに対し、前記懸濁液分離槽内の懸濁液の注排液を行う注排液手段
を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の分離流路モジュール。 - 前記注排液手段は、
前記バラストタンクの下方に形成された注排水口、
前記バラストタンクに対する吸排気を行うべく前記バラストタンクの上方に形成された吸排気口、
及び前記給排気口を開閉する吸排気弁
を備えていることを特徴とする請求項4記載の分離流路モジュール。 - 前記モジュール本体の少なくとも2点の異なる場所に備えられて、その浮力の大きさを独立に増減する浮力バランス調整手段を備えることを特徴とする
請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれかに記載の分離流路モジュール。 - 前記一対の浮力バランス調整手段が前記モジュール本体の左右に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項6記載の分離流路モジュール。
- 前記各浮力バランス調整手段は、前記モジュール本体の前記傾斜流路が開口する側及び前記吸引管が接続された側に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項6記載の分離流路モジュール。
- 前記モジュール本体の設置深度を計測する標尺を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至8のいずれか一に記載の分離流路モジュール。
- 前記懸濁液分離槽の液面に浮遊する排液トラフ、
前記排液トラフに取り付けられ、モジュール本体の内部に懸濁液を沈降分離又は浮上分離する複数の傾斜流路を有する分離流路モジュール、
一端が前記各傾斜流路の一端に接続され、他端が前記排液トラフ内に連通しており、当該傾斜流路内に生成される清澄液を前記排液トラフ内に吸引排出すための吸引管、
及び前記排液トラフ内に流入する清澄液を排液する排液管、
を備えていることを特徴とする懸濁液分離ユニット。 - 懸濁液の液面を航行して前記懸濁液を沈降分離し清澄液を生成する懸濁液分離船において、
船体の喫水線下の船側に開口形成された取液口、
船内に配設され、前記取液口から流入する懸濁液を沈降分離して清澄液を生成する傾斜流路、
及び前記傾斜流路で生成される清澄液を貯留するタンク、
を備えることを特徴とする懸濁液分離船。
